Thorough and professional. Enjoyed working with them. They were able to refinance our home even with it being a manufactured home. Not many companies out there that will do that.LoanDepot

Deceitful business practices - I told the loan officer what I was looking for (HELOC) and only after completing the application did she tell me that they didn't offer that product and tried to tell me that refinancing my mortgage at a worse interest rate and longer term would save me money because the monthly payment was lower. If I had done that my "savings" would have cost me over $100,000 - this is predatory lending at its finest.LoanDepot

They called me about a dozen times I'm two days. When I first was curious, the page I was on didn't even load yet and they were calling me. On the initial page I was on for loan depot it had the option of when to call and I indicated at night. They called me 20 minutes apart during the day before 11am while I was at work. I got robocall messages multiple times on my voice-mail. They have very poor business practices. I refuse to work with any company with such practices that they ignore the details and call you everyday multiple times a day.LoanDepot

From the first time I had called to the end of the process, it was smooth and straight forward. Both the agent and manager treated us professionally in a friendly manner so we didnt feel intimidated or insecure in any way. We told them our issues and needs and they listened to us and provided the results. They were in constant communication with us via text, emails or calls. They were on top of things and it exceeded my expectations. Were satisfied that we picked LOANDEPOT. Thank you.LoanDepot
