    At this point, I really don't how to begin. when I first got on board with them I invested 10k with the promise that I would be receiving 5k a month every month after a specific time until I reached 150% and then I would have the option to opt-in again or have the option to a buyout. I have been with them for over a year and what they promised me has not been the case whatsoever. The first check I got from them was for, I believe 1k, and then 2k, and another somewhere around 2.5k, but never what was advertised to me. and those checks were not frequent, I would get them every two or three months apart. after those checks stop coming, which suppose to be coming because I had not reached my 150% threshold, I decided to reach out to the **** he mention to me that I should be receiving another check soon in the amount of 3.5k, and that was 4 months after, and by the way, I didn't know I had that payment coming to me until I reached out because I no longer have access to the dashboard. I asked him when will the payment sent, and he said the payment will be sent out on March 5th, so I waited for it, is now April 14, and still no checks. I have reached out to him many times concerning this and all I have been getting are excuses. He would tell me that his in a meeting he will call me back, or out sick, and he would make every excuse he can in order to prolong or delay. He told me the reason why I haven't received the payment is that they had an error with their ACH transaction. I found that to be another excuse because he got my routing number and account number in order for him to make the transaction, something as simple as a direct deposit has now turned into something out of a scheme that I cannot understand. I write this complaint in hope that someone else will not fall into the trap. I now know for a fact that I will not get that money and they have not met their contractual obligations so what I may do is seek out legal help in order to get a refund.

    I have been a client of Optimyze Digital since December 2020. I was initially contacted by a ************, after a subsequent inquiry I had made regarding their program. I joined their $10,000 program at that time, where I was Guaranteed to be paid-out a total amount of $15,000 within 6 months. And should the company default, then I could Opt-out (what they call a "Buy-Out") at any time, for a refund of the amount not paid-out to me. Well, the program only paid me $9,000 in the matter of 22 months. Meanwhile, they were still sending me emails (Shion Galata) trying to entice me to join another tier of their program promising 5-figure returns. At any rate, on 10/12/2022 I requested a Buy-Out of my program slot, which was agreed to by *******************************. The Buy-Out payment owed to me is $6,000 + interest. I have emails and texts messages from ******************************** and ***************************, each making claims that my Buy-Out payment would be soon sent out. Also, since December 2022, *************************** has been promising me via phone or text, that they "will be sending out my payment and that he would provide me with payment confirmation." I have not received my Buy-Out payment nor any payment confirmation from this company. Each week ***************************, only communicates with me on a Thursday or Friday stating that he is either "just getting into the office: of :traveling" or etc, and that he would "follow-up" with me later. Yet, in reality this just continues to roll-on to the next week. Then, I am told the same exact story.Well, it does not take 3 months+ to send funds either via Wire Transfer or an ACH Payment. Plus, I have verified all of my banking information with this company several times (with ********* and ******), but still to no avail. In total, I have corresponded with ************, ***************************, ****** **************************************, and a ******************************** the end I would like to receive the $6,000; plus any interest owed to me immediately!//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////END OF STATEMENT//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

    I entered into an agreement with Optimyze for their ********************* funnel program. I invested $20,000 in this on December 9, 2021. The term of this agreement was one year, after which I could receive a refund if my funnel did not make my money back after the year term. On December 9, 2021, my funnel had brought in a total of $9,000. I notified the company that I would like the buyout clause for the funnel. Per the contract, these funds were to be paid out no later than 15 days of notification. Today is March 1, 2023, and the company has yet to pay what is owed. The owner of this company has lied over and over as to the reasons for the delays. He has constantly made up excuses about money being frozen in bank accounts. Upon discussion with other customers, I have learned this has been a continuous pattern with this organization, and that they always promise to pay soon but never actually do. Also, upon discussion with former and current employees, I have learned that what they were doing with the original money paid is buy more online advertising trying to get more people to buy the same program. This is the definition of a pyramid/ponzi scheme, and not at all what they represented the program as being upon the sale. I would like this business investigated and shut down for fraud. The *** and his business partner should never be allowed to own another company and defraud people again under some new LLC.

    I entered into a signed an E-******************* Agreement with Optimyze Digital and Passive Scaling back in June of 2022. One of the key selling points in the agreement was Section 10. Refund Policy. I've contacted the company about issuing my refund because the parameters of the Refund Section have been met. The first response I received was their lawyers were reviewing the account and would get back to me. After that, the company ghosted me. I've emailed multiple people over the course of a month, including the owners, and not a single person will respond. It's very clear that I've been blacklisted and that they do not intend to honor their refund policy. I've attached my contract. I've also attached a court case that I just found against ********************** that looks very similar to the situation I'm in with **********************. The plaintiffs are asserting that ********************** also overstated his company's ability to provide the services outlined in the contracts to the defendants.

    I signed a contract for 2 Amazon stores ($55,000). I was sent excel spreadsheets on they money we would make and when on how therie performances have been. They were contracted with Ascend but we were told they would be our contact if we had any trouble. 5 months later we still do not have the stores fully set up. I had a zoom call with Ascend and was told that they are no longer working with Optimyze do to the customer complaints of what they were telling customers that they would make and timeframe. I wondered why my contact, ***************************, was not answering my phone calls anymore and this is why. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are a scam and telling you false information to get your money. Absolute lies and I am so disaapointed. This was a lot of money I feel these people stole becuase of their lies.And yes, I have everything to back up my conversations and emails with them. And then of course I was told I can't get a refund because it was a 2 year contract. Even though they no longer do business with Ascend, they said no, that I would have to wait it out. And I'm sure when that time comes, they still will not pay it out as it says in the contract becasue they are liars!

    I invested $15,000 dollars back in November of 2021 for an affiliate funnel with a contractual 12 month guarantee buyout agreement if my funnel didn't make 115%. In November of 2022, I asked for the buyout due to my funnel only making $2k. I then got told that it would take two to four weeks as they have a new process of selling these funnels to new clients before paying me out. This ended up being false as I found out through a ************** that more than 20 other people are having problems with getting paid out as well. Even after confronting ****** and having him tell me that they are currently struggling with getting money "available" to payout his clients, he continues to lie and says funds will be delayed to next week. This has been going on for me personally since November of 2021, but for other people it has unfortunately been going on longer. I unfortunately put to much faith into his word once he told me the truth about the the company problems and started believing him payment would be coming soon and now I have a financial burden on myself as I took on too much medical debt payments because I believed he was being truthful in his timeline of payment. Unfortunately, I don't know when or if I will ever be paid at this point. I would highly suggest staying away from this business.
