    The owner of this company entered into a signed contractual agreement in Jan 2022 in the amount of $30k with apparent intention to defraud customer. Owner does not meet commitments, continually misrepresents the truth, provides misleading information, and does not have any credibility. Furthermore, upon writing a NSF check in excess of $5k to my company in late September 2022, owner signed a contractual agreement in October 2022 to refund my money within 10 days but has yet to pay me. This appears to be a Ponzi scheme.

    In April 2022 I was approached by ************ to purchase a ******** store. The cost was $15,000 and would turn a quick profit of $3-4K a month (per Shion). On September 14th, ********* S, a Senior Procurement Manager notified me that the company would no longer be continuing with the ******** store as it was not working effectively. After I requested a refund for the ******** store I had paid for that they were no longer providing, I was hit with a river of lies and excuses for why they would not refund my money. They tried telling me that this email they sent was not correct, that they were referring to changing to a ******** dropdown menu (you read that right), that they were not stopping work on ********, I was even told via phone that this email was not for me, that it was a general newsletter email. Every excuse under the sun to avoid refunding my money for a product they were no longer offering that I had paid $15,000 for. I finally got ********************** on the phone. After a lengthy conversation about this & his lies, I finally got him to agree to a refund. However, he stated he could only do it in installments over 6 months. $2500 per month, starting in Oct 2022. After signing his agreement, he moved the first installment refund from October to within 30 days (By Nov 7th). That refund was never received by Nov 7th. I had to email multiple times & threaten legal action to get that refund payment, which landed in my account on Nov15th. This happened again in December. Now we are in January and no refund has been received. My emails have been ignored & ***** has now blocked my number from his cell phone. When talking with ***** initially, he said he was the main point of contact & any questions I have can go through him. Now that I want a refund, he claims he has no control over anything. I want my refund in full.

    I hired Optimyze (******) to run an online business. Signed a contract with them in 2021. Sales started coming into the store front beginning feb 2022. I was promised that payment for said sales would be paid out on a monthly basis. I have not received any payment AT ALL. I have contacted them over and over again for them to fulfill their end of the contract and get nothing but excuses. First I didnt have my account set up right, then it was well we sent it I have no idea why its not there. Now its the bank has frozen their account and they had to physically go to the bank and send an EFT. I was promised that he would send me verification that the payment was sent and still havent received it. Now 2 more weeks after he said he went to the bank and he is avoiding all contact and wont give me an update. I will be contacting lawyers for breach of contract. I have asked that the store be sold and my funnel closed out. They owe me ****** for the store and ***** still for the funnel.

    This company continues to not honor contractual agreements and not pay its obligations. As stated previously, company appears to be caught in a ponzi/ pyramid scheme and now their bank has frozen their accounts rendering their business non-transactionable.

    We invested 40k with Optimyze Digital with the contractual promise of obtaining 60k return within 6 months! This has not happened after two years. They just give excuse after excuse and create fake invoices and dashboards. Over 20 of us in a ************** strongly believe this is a Ponzi scheme. People have lost upward of 100k.

    This company wrote me a check from their business account established at **** of America. The amount of the check was greater than $5k. Upon depositing the check in my account at my bank, the check was returned due to NSF. This company fails to live up to contractual obligations and operates what appears to be a ponzi/pyramid scheme.
