      I have never reached out to this company but they keep calling and harassing with me with multiple calls a day and leaving voice-mails. I'm not sure who sold my information to them, but they did not get my contact information from me. They I've tried blocking their number but they keep calling from different numbers.

      I recently filled out an application to see if I pre-qualify for a new home loan through my loan officer. My phone has been blowing up non stop with calls and text messages from this business. I recieved a text and an hour after I didn't respond another one was sent out asking me to contact them. This is a bit aggressive since this was happening before 11am. I would like them to stop contacting me.

      I recently applied for a mortgage through a local agent, unrelated to e-mortgage. After my credit was run for mortgage approval, I began receiving calls from e-mortgage. They called as many as 50 times a day last week. Either they hang up when I answer the phone or acknowledge that I am not interested but do not take me off the call list at least six times. Usually, when I ask to be removed, I am hung up on. As of 10:15 AM, I have received eight calls. I did not apply for a mortgage through e-mortgage and would never get a mortgage through them based on their ridiculous practices

      Recently applied for a mortgage through a local agent, unrelated to emortgage. After my credit was ran for mortgage approval, I began receiving calls from emortgage. They have been calling *****x a day for the last week. Either they hang up when I answer the phone, or they acknowledge that I am not interested but do not take me off the call list, so I continue to be harassed. I did not apply for a mortgage through emortgage and am in no way interested in doing business with the company. It should be illegal for credit bureaus to sell my personal information in the first place. But regardless, that should not give a mortgage company the right to continuously harass people.

      I have been being harassed by E-mortgage via several phone calls in a week and now several daily. Every time a e-mortgage telemarketer calls me, I tell them I'm not interested and please stop calling me. I have blocked several of their phone numbers. E-mortgage employees have assured me that my name would be added to a do not call list. Every time I'm assured this, I get a call from another emortgage telemarketer 20 minutes later.

      We have deleted from our records. We are doing what we can however there are 4 other E Mortgage companies other then ours so there may be some confusion between our company which is called E Mortgage Capital, and E Mortgage Home Loans, E Mortgage Management, E Mortgage Financial, E Mortgage Now and E Mortgage Fundingwe are bearing the consequences of other companies  companies with a similar name. We apologize for any inconveniences this has caused and we will do our part.

      I received the following text message at **** PST from a man name Sani with EMC: *********** this is Sani with EMC. Your file got assigned to me, when is a good time to review & lock your rate? https://www.emortgagecapital.com/cl/******************* In speaking with my current home lender, my information and/or file was not submitted to eMortgage Capital nor any other company. I received this text early in the morning and I do not appreciate the timing of the text nor the the misleading content in calling the phone number, I inquired about the location of their office and it being located in Orange County (same time zone). I advised them to not contact me again. Im asking to look into this unscrupulous business activity and consider pulling your BBB certification for this business. Thank you

      On the first of August I received an unsolicited text and call from someone representing E Mortgage Capital. They provided an website link to https://www.emortgagecapital.com/cl/*************************** saying they want to review and lock in my rate. I never worked with this company before hand so I asked who they were. When I asked how they gave my number they avoided answer at first so I asked again how they did and said some vague statement of "I got notified that you are in the market, after your recent credit run." After Since responding to this text and a brief call where I refused further information. I have received multiple harassing phone calls from numbers that appear spoofed. Since this is the only company that reached out to me I assume they are responsible since this began occurring within an hour or two of our conversation taking place. I have screenshots of the text conversation and the series of calls I received which I will upload as well.

      We only made initial solicitation, if client applies for a mortgage or runs credit their information will be sold to multiple companies. We are being blamed for something we have no control of, however we have removed them from all databases.

      Never got my appraisal and they charged me for it.

      We do not charge for appraisals, we are only the mortgage broker, client will have to reach out to either the lender, the loan officer they were working with to help assist, or the appraisal management company who charged the appraisal. Client can also look at whoever billed the credit card on there credit card statement and call that number on the statement and reach out to whoever billed the appraisal. We are just the mortgage broker who facilitate the loan with all parties, we do not charge any fees and are prohibited from doing so.

      first ******* was told by me to tell me how much an appraisal would cost no one contacted me and ****** was taken out of my account -then I was told that that appraisal company did not due modular homes and it would be another ****** dollars ****** How ever I thought e mortgage would only take the ****** however took out and additional ****** which mess my account up I file a complaint with my bank E mortgage did put the ****** back I contacted my bank to stop the investigation However was informed E mortgage took another ***** out of my account I had no knowledge of my bank informed me not to stop this investigation. I went ahead and let E mortgage get the appraisal but due to very poor information banking problems and staff, i difd not go forward with this company. Now come to find out threw my new lender stated they issued the Wrong appraisal which was verified ( I called) by the appraisal company UWM I spent 686 dollars for a report I can not use and have to pay for another one in order to get cash out for home improvements I have text ************************* about this appraisal issue and he has not contacted me ---even if I did go forward with Emortague I would have not been able to use this report asking to be paid back in full for the appraisal; their staff is very unprofessional not informing clients of funds ie amounts and taking money from the bank without permission g I told ************ did not want staff member ******** working on my case very unperfectional I have text messages from ***** which is confusing it's a lot going on with this company Please help this should have never happen I need my money back.ASAP Thank You

      We do not bill for appraisals, this is done my the appraisal management company. Client will have to call the management company who performed the appraisal to remedy. E Mortgage Capital is just the broker and does not accept any money for services from clients and is compensated by the bank only after the time of funding.

      hello E mortgage are the ones who were responsible  for getting the correct appraisal for my home the one they order was not the right one and even if I moved forward with there companey I would not have been able to use it I feel they were going to Pass it knowing it was the wrong appraisal but when I deciided not to move forward with there company they knew red flags were going to pop up e mortgage was responsiable I can not use it after I payed for it not with them or any other companey I feel due to there error I should be compensatied Do I need to send the report ???

      The appraisal was the wrong one e mortgage could not use it eighther City Mortgage which I decided to go with could not use it and your Mortgage company E mortgage can't use that appraisal it is the wrong one for the house I have I have to get another appraisal due to Wrong appraisal E Mortgage ordered your company is negligenceand now I have to pay it is not fair If I did go with your company the underwriter should have pick this error up you owe me for the payment this is your mistake
