      Absolutely 100% would recommend you go through them E Mortgage Capital! The process was incredibly easy and we closed in no more than a 10 days! *** was responsive and easy to work with and *** is what I call someone who knows whats up!

      *********************** of E Mortgage Capital is by far the best loan officer I have had the pleasure to work with and I did meet many on my journey to buying my home. First I will start with what many of you reading this will care about most: He saved me a LOT of money! When I was shopping for a mortgage, I was of course interested in what sort of interest rate I would get but I also cared about what my closing costs would look like and my monthly payment and he got these down a LOT lower than other lenders were able to and then he did more than that, his final numbers at the time of closing were even lower than what he originally gave me. No ugly surprises or extra fees tacked on at the end. So I put that here first because I know that everyone cares about money.Now lets get to some of the other important things that made **** really stand out to me. When I was shopping around for a lender, the other lenders were very quick to down talk each other and say that the other guy is lying or doesn't know what he is doing and things like that like they do in politics. **** never did that. He just focused on what HE could do for me, not what the other guy could not do for me. And when things got stressful (because buying a house can be stressful) he always was there with his optimistic attitude to talk to me and make me feel better about whatever was going on and let me focus on whatever needed to be done and even to be excited about buying my first home. He let me know that he would be relentless in getting things done and getting them done quickly for me and he always kept his word. I found him to be honest and reliable and while I do not expect to ever sell the home I have just purchased with his help, if I ever decide to refinance, he will be my go to guy for that and if I ever encounter anyone who needs a loan officer I will certainly be giving him the best reference. You can't go wrong with *********************** as your loan officer.

      We got a pre-approval to purchase a new home and now *********************** from E Capital Mortgage will not stop calling, texting, and emailing us. He somehow found an email address for one of our relatives and told us he was emailing her too. Its non-stop and over the line. Hes trying to get us to click links from text messages.
