      I just want to give an honest review of my experience with E-Mortgage Capital. In July of 2022 we decided to refinance. Our goal was to pay off a little credit card debt and also have some cash for home improvements. So, we first called our current mortgage company at the time Rocket Mortgage and we were told to get what we wanted they would have to convert our VA to a conventional loan. The representative at Rocket Mortgage said "your going to get a lot of calls so just ignore them". I did politely tell each individual who called that we were just fine. Then ****** from E Mortgage Capital greeted me and his first words are a guarantee we can do better. Guarantee? What? Okay I gotta see this. Why not shop around it's my money and time, right? Then I spoke to **** and gave him some basic information and he came back with a VA, lower interest rate, no points, and more cash out. WHOA! So glad that I talked with ******, ******************** and the entire group at E-Mortgage. They really do their research and want to know their clients. ******************* was incredibly patient and through. My mortgage was paid off, we skipped two payments, cash out, lower interest rate and most importantly stayed with a VA loan. Happy E Mortgage customer and will probably never go back to Rocket Mortgage again!

      After running in the walls over and over again in my refinancing efforts with many different lenders I was fortunate to be contacted by ************************* who put together a deal that made sense for me and my needs. Once the process started ***** and ******************************* were able to get the loan closed very quickly. I would definitely recommend E Mortgage Capital for loan financing needs.

      Looking at their reveiws and most are 5out of 5!. Wow. I do hope they were being honest and not harrased and bullied like I was byt the ** ***************************. Apparwntly he did not loke that I dis not give them a 5 out of 5 and so he had the odasity to call me several times to tell me that he was was going to cancel our loan and defund it. I could not beleive what I was hearing and I clarified with him what he was saying. ***, thats what he said... he said he would send me a link to "delete" my inital reveiw and give a 5 out of 5 if I reconsidered so that he would not cancel our loan!... well I didnt. So he e maild me again sending me an email he had forwrded to their "funding" **** to cancel our transaction!... loan was closed, funded,done with and in the books!... I am discusted with him and very disapointed to say the least. UNETHICAL PRACTICES,.. and I have proof.

      This is my second time working with E Mortgage Capital, what more can I say! The first time was to refinance my mortgage. Thanks to ******* she got me a ****% interest rate - AMAZING. After some home renovations, I wanted to consolidate the new debt. ******* wanted to make sure my excellent mortgage interest rate would remain unaffected by creating a ***** for me. The ***** saved me thousands in interest on the new debt while preserving the ****% original mortgage. ******* has a diverse toolkit to draw from when working with each scenario. The result is money saved and a happy customer. She's also just a super darn nice person. Bottom line, E Mortgage Capital will figure out the best loan for your situation, and making it a reality will be a snap.

      E Mortgage Capital did an awesome job with our loan for our new home! They answered any questions quickly and even surprised the realtors with how fast they were able to close the loan. We will definitely be working with them again.
