      I am filing a complaint against Arrive ********************* (managed by Trinity Property Consultants) due to severe mismanagement and negligence during my lease.I paid my first months rent before move-in, but they lost the check and wrongly charged me $30 in late fees. They also mishandled my move-in date and lease, delaying my move after I had already taken time off work. On move-in day, I was trapped in a broken elevator. As an apology, management offered free motorcycle parking.After management changed, this agreement was not communicated, and my motorcycle was towed. I paid $525.52 in towing fees. My numerous outreach emails to the office and Trinity about correcting these charges went unanswered. To preserve my right to dispute the charges, I had to pay the last months rent by credit card, incurring a $90.99 fee. These errors cost me $646.51 in total My roomate and I had payed all our bills associated with this property in-full at the time of move-out. We had no remaining balance. Though my credit card dispute seems to have succeeded, I now received an automated email today (06/02/2025) claiming I now have unpaid rent with this complex, with threats to send it to collections. Ive been locked out of the resident portal and can't verify or resolve the charge. No one from the Arrive ***************** or property management company has responded to my emails about correcting this issue. I request this charge be removed immediately to prevent credit damage, as it stems from their negligence.***** ******* ************ ****************** (I am best reached via email)

      I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue of verbal intimidation, unprofessional behavior, threats and video recordings to my person without my consent I have experienced from ****** ******* Leasing Agent at Arrive ************. This occurred inside of the building.

      Since we have moved in here we have been having issues. When we signed our lease we submitted renters insurance at the time it was fine with the community 5 months prior they changed the policy and our insurance was not good enough they right away charged us a ***** fee no message through the portal or anything so reading the lease they have the right to change it without notice but legal law is we was suppose to be informed of the change to give them whatever they needed that we didnt have which was nothing how can the renters insurance be good in the beginning and not anymore scam complex so we submitted the renters they ask for that wasnt enough we both have renters insurance we both had been paying two places and so they refunded us 12 even tho we was charged for 5 months when we had it the whole time. We are never late we cause no problems like you would think people who pay their rent early and on time dont cause problems would be treated better then the ones who dont but we get treated just as bad. We tried to wash our clothes all dryers are broken now we pay to have a laundry unit so we can not wash our clothes we should be refunded because thats something they said was in the lease this place is not maintained well trinity is the issue When our dish washer broke it took multiple complaints to get a new one the guy even lied and said he didnt see an issue when we submitted a video review showing it was leaking their is no way we should have to go through all this but they want rent.

      In 2020 CA Covid Rent Relief sent Trinity Consultants four direct payments to cover my rent fees total of $21,535.45 in full.I been sent to collections since 2022, I have more than enough documentation and emails Trinity won't answer calls or emails to resolve this issue. Below is the email I received from the rent relief program. They took the funds and still reported me. Emergency Rental Assistance Program@HCD: Three payments went to **********************/****** ****** ****, ******** is information on the funds paid to your landlord:E-Payment for $4623.75 received July 28, 2021 E-Payment for $3074.09 received July 28, 2021 E-Payment for $1541.25 received July 1, 2022 E-payment for $12,296.36 was received July 1, 2022

      We were experiencing harassment for 2 months by a neighbor. We reported the harassment, called the police multiple times, and submit video recording as proof to management. They informed us they would be issuing official notices to the people harassing us and start the eviction process. We continued to report constant and ongoing harassment and they would refuse to take any action after telling us they would. It got to the point we were no longer safe there and needed to move immediately. We should be compensated for moving expenses, storage fees and emotional distress.

      I have had several problems since I lived here 2 years . First of all I can't get my mail . Second of all I really feel I was moved here for a reason . My grand father left me a trust in 2021 since then I've had so many issues with my identity and the management has changed 2 times and ot has been my exes look I have tried everything and now I've been getting sick when I went to check I have all the symptoms of being posiend. Look I have an ex that is involved and he is the person of interest behind my stolen inheritance . He appears as a stand-up guy but he has been to prison before and he also works for the place I'm not sure the name but it's in regards to property s he monitors people s properties nation wide . And that is just suspicious to me . I was trying to find a lawyer I found out he has all my devices hacked . Turned out my emails where not even going to any of the lawyer s . This is a serious situation and he makes sure I don't ever talk to the right person. He has made my life h*** I believe they have a policy on me . I really need this looked into because this man is dangerous . He leaking carbon dioxide I have all the symptoms . I live with my dad . However recently found out he is not . I feel he's working with this ex . His name is ******* ******* Dob ***** 87 and his accomplances ****** ********** Dob ******** both ex felons both suspected of forging my trust fund documents these people put cameras iny home as well . I need this looked into there are dirty officials involved as well . I have to go these people time My every move . Please I have several friends and family that have went missing . This is my last hope oh another name **** *******/ ****** ******* ex felons as well . These people have been doing a lot of fraud .

      Date 04/21/2025 Trinity management charges me along with my rent, waste service which is $72.50 a month. I have been trying to contact them to see why my service is not paid and wanted to know if I am to close my service when they already included in my rent payment. Its been a week and they still havent replied back on some simple issue. Now my waste service is charging me $357.82.

      Arrive Hollywood, which acquired the property after our lease was signed with Eastown Apartments, never executed a lease with either myself (***** *****) or the leaseholder (********* ********).On February 5, 2025, Arrive served a Three-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit but failed to file it with the Los ************************** (LAHD) within 3 business days as required by LAMC **************************** later issued a second Three-Day Notice on February 24, creating confusion and legal inconsistency.Despite our compliance with the first notice and having paid the full rent for February, Arrive falsely claimed we:Breached the lease by not giving a 30-day notice Initiated termination (contradicting their own notices)Owe additional 30 days of rent starting from a fabricated move-out date (Feb 28)Must repay rent concessions and termination fees without legal basis These demands violate California Civil Code ******, which limits recovery and requires mitigation.I was only an extra occupantunemployed, not screened for tenancy, and not financially liable under the lease.The lease was revised four times, and I did not sign the final version. Arrive has refused to provide me a copy.All of my letters and negotiation efforts were ignored, including emails to property staff, executives, legal agents, and board members.Arrives actions reflect deception, bad faith, and harassmentan abuse of both tenants rights and city law.I am requesting investigation, penalties, and protection from further collection threats or misrepresentation.

      Trinity purchased The Park at **************** in ********** and then it became ReNew at *********. My daughter physically lives in the apartment but has repeatedly had plumbing issues in both bathrooms from stopped up toilets to leaks coming from the ceiling and wall from the upstairs unit that begin before Trinity. Most recently, 3-4 work orders have been submitted for the same issues. When asked before we attempt to terminate the lease the community mgr only offered a transfer to another unit and waiving the transfer fee. A new 6-12 month lease would need to be signed also. She only has 3 months left on her current lease. No other compensation offered.

      My smoke alarm has been beeping for three days straight, 24 hours a day. It beeps three times in a row every 45 seconds. Clearly, it is malfunctioning and nobody on their worthless maintenance team will fix it. Theyve said theyll be over **** to fix it but it has now been three days.
