    This company should be held liable for their misrepresentation. I ordered a cover on 5/12/2023 and my card was charged in full that same day. My order confirmation noted it will be 4-6 weeks during the busy time. I emailed them for an update on July 24 and they replied on July 26th that ********** because your Shipment is in Packaging Process now this will be Shipped out later this week or Early next week. and will be delivered to you Either 1st or 2nd week of August . once it is shpped out You will receive a tracking information on this Email. " Well it is the 2nd week of July, near 12 weeks after they took my money and i have yet to receive a tracking number. They are on the west coast but I will be calling today and cancelling my order to get a refund and go with another company. This is unacceptable.

    I ordered and paid for a spa cover May 7. I was told 4-6 weeks. This was sooner than the local business (**** weeks). I feel terrible I didnt give my business to the local store. I emailed June 22 and was given a new delivery date of 1st or 2nd week of July. I requested a full refund on July 23. They responded that the cover was in sewing and would ship the end of the week and offered an accessory package. I told them which accessory I wanted and I wanted confirmation the cover shipped out that Friday. I never heard anything. They responded July 26 that the cover was shipped to their warehouse and they would forward a tracking number as soon as they had one. I emailed again today (Aug 4) and advised if I dont have a tracking number by Monday. I want a full refund and my ordered canceled. This company needs investigated. Its been 13 weeks and only communication is when I demand it.

    MySpaCover does not stand behind their product when they make an error in manufacturing. We ordered our spa cover after much back and forth, agreeing to the specs they outlined in their CAD drawing. I was confident they would send us exactly what we ordered given the attention to detail in the CAD drawing that we had to sign-off on. When we received the cover, the handles were on the wrong side. Customer support advised we would have to dismantle the cover, remove the foam from the skin and rebuild it so the handles were on the correct side. This is no easy feat and the outcome will not look like it was professionally built. I advised customer support that I paid full price for a cover that was suppose to be built to spec. MySpaCover needs to either replace the cover or give me a discount that offsets the inconvenience of lifting a lid from the side without handles for the next several years. MySpaCover would not make any concessions. When a company does not manufacture an item to spec, they should do whatever they can to ensure the customer gets a replacement to spec or compensate the customer for the off-spec product. MySpaCover did neither. I will not order from MySpaCover again and will advise friends with hot tubs to steer clear of MySpaCover.

    I ordered a spa cover for $568 on April 19, 2023 and they said it would take 4-6 weeks. It's now July 26, 2023 and we still have not received our cover. I followed up multiple times, have emailed and called. Each time they say they're sorry, their production facility is swamped and that they'll get it to us asap. Lies! They have had my money for over three months. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from Myspacover.com

    Incredible. Wish I would have read these first. I already had gotten screwed by another company that took my money during COVID. Our hot tub is without a cover due to a storm. We ordered 5/5/23 with promise of 6-8 weeks. With no correspondence from company when time frame came, I emailed. Was told it would be 3rd week in July. We are now in 3rd week, so I emailed again to make sure it was shipping out. Got response that it is now 2nd week in August. They were quick to take my money. Talked to a supervisor and got a lame excuse and that there was nothing they could do about it. I said what are you going to do for me since you have had no proactive communication with us letting us know about changes. They offered me an accessory pkg I can chose from, but I have to wait for an email to chose. I really am not confident that I will get either my cover or pkg (if I get an email at all to chose). We will see.

    We ordered our spa cover in May and was advised by email that the cover would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. At the end of the 6 week period the cover had not been shipped so we contact Myspcovers and they told us it would take 8 to 10 weeks. When we reached out to Myspacover again they sent another email telling us that the cover was in the "middle stage of production" and would be ready to ship the 3rd ot 4th week of August. That would be 12 to 13 weeks. We paid upfront for the cover and they have been benefitting from our money without delivery of any product, this is wrong. If they would have been honest about their ability to deliver we would have gone with another company. The continuous moving of the completion date a little at a time appears to be in attempt to keep customers from cancelling their order.Not sure what "middle stage of production" means but if it is going to take 5 weeks to complete, it appears to means that they require 10 weeks of production to complete one cover? Myspa cover's failure to be upfront with their customers concerning their long production schedule is them being misleading to get customers to give them money they don't plan to deliver a product for when they say they will.I would not recommend this company and buyers beware.

    This company should be investigated for its business practices. We placed an order in May, paid them $500+ dollars, and were given a delivery date of 4-6 weeks. That was already a long time to wait, but it's now mid-July and we were just told that the product won't even ship until the 3rd week of August. In the meantime, we have a hot tub with no lid.

    When I ordered my spa cover the delivery was 4-6 weeks. It has been 12 weeks so far and I still do not have my cover. I have been told for the last two weeks it is in the middle of production. A manager was suppose to call me back yesterday. Now when I call I get a recording telling me to leave a message, but the mailbox is full and will not allow me to leave a message. Stay away from this company.

    I'm so disappointed in this company. We ordered our cover the beginning May at which time they told us 2 weeks. When I called after the 2 weeks were up they told us that it was just going to production and due to busy season it would be approximately 4-6 weeks, we should have it by the end of June. I called last week before the holiday and was told it should ship after the first week of the holiday and still haven't heard anything so I emailed the. Their response, it's in the middle of production and could be another 6-8 weeks. Huh? Boy do I regret the money we gave this company........don't do it if you're considering it.

    The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with based on there terrible customer service, incompetent Technical Team, and Management who provided empty promises, cancelled my order without approval, delayed the order, and provided no solutions
