      I purchased a pair of Gel Nibmus 27 on 4/10. Within 5 days of wearing them there was a defect on both shoes around the toe area. A large indention. I filed a warranty claim, they approved it and got replacements. (the same style shoe). The first day I wore them within a hr the same defect. I filed another warranty claim that afternoon. And this one was denied. Which I didn't understanding seeing that it was the exact same defect...they asked for pics both times and I sent them. I have called and wrote several times for a explanation. Never really got a satisfactory one. Today 4/30 I called again and basically was told since they approved the claim the first time they wouldn't the second time. I feel it is a manufacturing defect. I have bought several pairs of shoes from Asics and never had a issue until I purchased Gel Nimbus 27. So now I have 2 pairs of shoes with this indention in the toe area.

      Re: Order ASCUS50944532 I did not receive my entire order.I ordered:Black Cushion Quarter socks in size medium Black Cushion Quarter socks in size large ******************* socks in size medium ******************* socks in size large HOWEVER, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE BLACK TRAINING CREW SOCKS IN SIZE LARGE. I CALLED ASICS AND USED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT CHAT SEVERAL TIMES AND SPOKE WITH ****** *******, ********* *., ***** AND *****, ALL OF WHOM WERE UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC FOR THEIR MISTAKE, AND COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL.       I bought a pair of Asics gel-nimbus shoes at *************** Goods store for ****** + tax on 3/30/25. Approximately April 10, I noticed the shoes making a popping noise when I walked at work, and it felt almost like suction to the floor, I could feel the popping. I contacted Asics on April 16 by filling out their warranty form online. I received a reply email needing pictures of the bottom of the shoes and other information. I sent that info in on April 23. They emailed me back and asked for more info like a video with sound of me wearing the shoes and hearing the popping noise. I received a email on May 11 saying they denied the claim and it said that that "your shoes do not meet the criteria for a warranty, as the product has been determined not to have a manufacturing defect." "The sound you are experiencing is due to the rubber soles interacting with the floor surface or something present on the rubber itself, rather than a defect in the product." I waited a few days even though I know this is not the case, I have had hundreds of pairs of tennis shoes and they do not pop. Plus I am a nurse and work with nurses who have these shoes and they do not pop, also I work with nurses who have had shoes from ******* and they acknowledged a defect in their shoes when they started popping and honored the warranty. So I got on Asics website and looked at reviews on these exact shoes and found three reviews that says the exact same thing, making noise, popping in their shoes when they walk. One says exactly " I've had the shoes just a few days and they make a popping , clicking sound when I walk and you can feel it on your foot when it does it." This proves it is a defect of the shoe and they should stand behind the warranty offered. It is a very annoying noise. Plus they were very expensive. I originally asked for replacements but now I would like a refund due to I don't want to support Asics in any form or fashion from now on.

      I received my order of Asics Gel-Kayano 31 shoes on May 7th, 2025. One pair is for Women's Size 8 and the other pair is for Men's Size 12. I wore mine (Size 8) for only a couple of hours just for regular walking. It ripped the back of my foot, causing to bleed. I called the **************** and told them about the problem and talked to a supervisor. They did not even listen to try to find a solution. They told me I cannot return. If I want to return I have to go to a physical store but they said there is not one in my area. I am stuck with a pair of shoes that makes my foot bleed and they won't accept the return.

      I purchased a pair of ASICS Nimbus 26 runners on January 9th 2025. After two months of light road running in them they formed a hole on both runners making them not functional to wear.I submitted my warranty claim on April 8th 2025. I was informed by customer service that this would take ***** hours to review. I did not receive a warranty review until April 19th 2025. I then received my replacement code for my runners. I was disappointed to see my runners were not available on the website. I had been training for a race in my ASICS Nimbus 26 and informed ASICS I had an upcoming race on May 4th. I had no other choice but to order a different model of ASICS-Novablast 5 lite. I placed an order on April 19th and it said it would take 3-5 days. It was delayed and scheduled to arrive April 28th. On April 28th it said it was further delayed and sitting in ******** facility. It is now May 1st and I have still not received my order. I have contacted customer service by email on April 29th, April 30th and May 1st. I have not received any email back. At this stage, I dont even know who to contact as I have not received any response via email or phone. I am extremely disappointed with how I have been treated.

      Purchased size 11 Wide Gel-Contend 9 shoe on February 4, 2025. I only use the shoes for walking and they have started to deteriorate on the inside. The left shoe stitching has come undone and starting to wear oddly. This causes issues with the shoe performance and comfort. On 4/11/25, I filed a claim with the warranty department, and in less than 12 hours my claim was denied. Asics never completed a proper or thorough investigation into the shoe. They simply denied the claim at 6:08am EST (4/12/25). This proves Asics warranty process is to deny all claims and force the customer to prove manufacturers defect. Why offer a warranty process if all claims get denied. This is purely theater and bait/switch with customers.I have owned these ********************** for about 2 months at the time of this writing and it is absurd to claim "improper fit" or "normal wear and tear"....in 2 months. Clearly, Asics does not care about their customers or stand behind their manufacturing process. I seek further investigation by the company into this issue and a proper resolution. Simply saying this is my fault is unacceptable as this is clearly an issue with the shoe manufacturer.

      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against ASICS regarding a misleading return policy and an unacceptable customer service ********************************** website clearly states that gently worn shoes may be returned in person at any ASICS retail store in the **** within 30 days of purchase. I visited an ASICS retail store today to return a pair of shoes that were lightly worn, but I was told they could not process the return because the shoe I wanted to exchange for was not in stock. At no point was I offered store credit, despite the website stating that gently worn returns in-store are eligible for store credit.When I followed up with ASICS customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do. The store clerk also mentioned that the return policy is ultimately up to each individual store, even though the companys website gives a different impression. I feel that this is deceptive, as I made the purchase based on the belief that I could return the shoes if they didnt fitprovided they were gently worn and within the return ********* someone who has worn ASICS shoes for years, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of support and misleading communication. I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that do not fit and no resolution from ASICS. I am requesting that the BBB investigate this matter and that ASICS be held accountable for their unclear and inconsistently enforced policies.Sincerely,**** ******

      I have been a very loyal user of ********************** for a long while and same with my family, any time an issue has occurred they have fixed it, but there's always one that they wont. I have a pair of shoes I bought less than a year ago at an outlet location, from the actual retailer, a Asics branded store. I wear these shoes for casual activities like going to school and just around town. The gel on the bottom of the shoes has started to separate and so causing some issue and within their warranty standards, I'd want credit or a replacement as they are not very heavily used. I get the ring around that oh its my fault because you take the shoe off incorrectly and all the other excuses that they use to throw off the claim. First I take my shoes off "properly" according to cooperate, Second, the gel that is coming off is not only at the back but everywhere the gel is located, the sides, the front, etc. So to say taking off my shoes caused all the damage is ridiculous.Additionally they gave me the issue of not having a receipt. I gave a picture of my BANK statement showing the charge, date, location and amount. By simply going into records you would be able to find my *********** least to say I am very upset and that a company that I trust and thought would help wont.

      On March 12, 2025, I contacted Asics customer service about a warranty claim that I filed several months prior. The warranty claim was filed for a pair of sneakers that retailed for $180.00. Those sneakers started to fall apart within a month after very little use. I just assumed it was a manufacture defect and that I would receive a new pair of the same sneakers. After the claim was approved I was not given the option to receive a pair of the same sneakers, but I was given a voucher to purchase another pair of sneakers. The sneakers that I originally purchased were no longer available, so i started looking for a different pair. i have very specific taste in sneakers so the only ones that were similar were in the same price range as my original sneaker I purchased. I tried to go ahead and purchase those sneakers using the warranty voucher and the military discount approved by Asics. The system would not let me make the purchase, so I contacted customer service, which I received terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed in line for a supervisor to contact me. On March 14, *****, I received an email from ***** *. Who was extremely rude and condescending. He managed to make my terrible experience dealing Asics and make it worse. He said things like " you are lucky we even offer a warranty, because we do not have to" When I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me " I am the highest level person you are allowed to speak to and Asics corporate entrust him to speak on their behalf" If this is the person Asics corp puts in charge i think they should know how he treats loyal customers. For the last 10 years my family and have been buying Asics sneakers and this will be my last pair. This company has truly disappointed in more ways than one. This started out because of a defective product and instead of just making it right they made me feel worse for asking to receive a similar product to the one i originally purchased.

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from **************************. I bought a pair of shoes (Order #: ASCUS49058763 | Order date: May 14, 2024, GEL-NIMBUS 26, Color: CONCRETE/PURE SILVER, Size: 10.5) and within four months of use, the fabric on the inside edge of the shoe started ripping off.I reached out to your customer service team in December 2024 for assistance, but I was informed that a replacement would not be provided. Instead, I was advised on how to wear the shoe. Unfortunately, this response does not address the issue of the products defect, which I believe falls under reasonable durability expectations for a pair of ASICS shoes.I am disappointed with this outcome and would like to request a replacement or a refund for the defective product.
