On March 12, 2025, I contacted Asics customer service about a warranty claim that I filed several months prior. The warranty claim was filed for a pair of sneakers that retailed for $180.00. Those sneakers started to fall apart within a month after very little use. I just assumed it was a manufacture defect and that I would receive a new pair of the same sneakers. After the claim was approved I was not given the option to receive a pair of the same sneakers, but I was given a voucher to purchase another pair of sneakers. The sneakers that I originally purchased were no longer available, so i started looking for a different pair. i have very specific taste in sneakers so the only ones that were similar were in the same price range as my original sneaker I purchased. I tried to go ahead and purchase those sneakers using the warranty voucher and the military discount approved by Asics. The system would not let me make the purchase, so I contacted customer service, which I received terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed in line for a supervisor to contact me. On March 14, *****, I received an email from ***** *. Who was extremely rude and condescending. He managed to make my terrible experience dealing Asics and make it worse. He said things like " you are lucky we even offer a warranty, because we do not have to" When I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me " I am the highest level person you are allowed to speak to and Asics corporate entrust him to speak on their behalf" If this is the person Asics corp puts in charge i think they should know how he treats loyal customers. For the last 10 years my family and have been buying Asics sneakers and this will be my last pair. This company has truly disappointed in more ways than one. This started out because of a defective product and instead of just making it right they made me feel worse for asking to receive a similar product to the one i originally purchased.Initial Complaint

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from **************************. I bought a pair of shoes (Order #: ASCUS49058763 | Order date: May 14, 2024, GEL-NIMBUS 26, Color: CONCRETE/PURE SILVER, Size: 10.5) and within four months of use, the fabric on the inside edge of the shoe started ripping off.I reached out to your customer service team in December 2024 for assistance, but I was informed that a replacement would not be provided. Instead, I was advised on how to wear the shoe. Unfortunately, this response does not address the issue of the products defect, which I believe falls under reasonable durability expectations for a pair of ASICS shoes.I am disappointed with this outcome and would like to request a replacement or a refund for the defective product.Initial Complaint

I bought a pair of Asics Nimbus 26 running shoes from ****** very recently. I have been a lifelong runner, but haven't run regularly for about 3 - 4 years. I'm just getting back into it, so I went for my most trusted brand, Asics. I used these shoes twice, for approximately 45 - 60 minutes, at home on my treadmill to make sure they didn't end up dirty or used looking. I literally can't get more than ********************************************* to the point of it ruining my workout. I thought hmmm, that's really too bad I guess Asics changed & started the return process. Much to my dismay asics changed their policy and it's extremely unfriendly. Basically from what I've read, I'm going to lose 50% of what I paid because I wore them for an hour of less, even though they are in perfect condition. It essentially means that I won't order direct ever again, and I most likely will permanently change brands. Very disappointing after spending $140 on a pair of what was always the best running shoes for my need for stability and arch support. They claim on their website they want you to be happy with your product, but then won't do anything about it. Mixed messages, crappy options. Honestly I was going to try the Novablast 5, but after this epic failure I'm not risking that much money on Asics if they won't stand behind their product. Sad.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for asics shoes order#ASCUS50577173 on 2/16. ASICS site says order processing 2-3 days. My order has still not processed or shipped and kept being told its problems with the warehouse. I have contacted the company several times with no resolution.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of Cumulus 26 a couple of weeks ago on line. They arrived about a week later. I put them on a day after I received them as my wife and I walked at a fair. My right foot against the outside of the shoe was aggravated by the seam, I removed them after 1.5 hrs or so. My return request was denied without them even looking at the shoe other than photos I sent. They will not issue me a refund stating that the claim did not meet the criteria for the warranty. I only had them a day or two and wore them once for a short distance. The seam on one shoe (right) was aggravating my foot to the point I could no longer bear them. I ended up buying another pair of ASICS at their store in ******, Ca while I waited for what I expected to be a decision in my favor.Initial Complaint

Asics owns Runkeeper. Runkeeper app wont delete my account. It gives no way to do that. I sent a request. I got an email with easy instructions that were just another runaround. This is designed by companies to make it so hard youll just give up. I wont give up.Initial Complaint

On 2/10/25 I verified my military status with sheerid to get my military discount applied. I received confirmation that I was approved and discount was applied. Discount was never applied. I have called several times all getting different answers to why it has not been added. There is no *** on when they will fix there system and their customer service is no help at all. I ordered a pair of shoes on 1/8/2025. The expected delivery date of 1/16/2025 was given. Then I was tracking my package and the current delivery service ASICS was using went out of business and my package was re-routed to ****. After numerous calls to report the package missing, the company promised emails to update me, which never occurred. I asked for a refund and they said they would contact me by email today, no response. I have checked my emails frequently and my spam and no communication from them. I am getting the run around and would like my money back and soon. I will never order from this company ever again and will not recommend to anyone.
