      I cannot express how disappointed I am with this company. I have been buying Asics since I was a teenager over 20 years ago and never had an issue until this shoe. After having them less than 10 days and wearing 3 times, I noticed one side was giving me a blister at the very back of my heel/foot. Upon inspecting, one side (as seen in phots) is clearly thinner than the other. There is a hard spot rubbing my heel. I reached out to customer service to be insulted time and time again. The most horrible experience I've been through. They said I didn't put them on right or they were wrong sized, along with many other excuses. First of all, I'm 39 and know how to put a shoe on. I also know my size and have 4 other pairs of Asics at home all the same size, which is my adult size. I work in healthcare and was splurging with this $160 purchase. I've sent all photos, expressed how unhappy I am, and that I am out the money as I cannot comfortably wear these shoes. Now there is also a hole I noticed where the sole meets the shoe. I received these on 5/31 and reached out withing 20 days during which they claim is normal wear. These should last for years, not days. I am sickened by their treatment and having been through this which I feel is next to fraud, I will never buy another pair in my life to know I could be at complete loss of money. I am a student and this was an extreme hardship for me being out this purchase and stuck buying another pair. They have denied every request for a supervisor to call me to discuss. So unprofessional. To be okay losing a lifelong customer is sad. I will be filing with ********************** also. Be very aware you could get a clearly faulty shoe and they will not stand by their products.

      I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received regarding my recent purchase of the solution swift 2 I placed this order on Dec 8th expecting it to arrive before Christmas as promised, but the shipment has been repeatedly delayed, and I still have not received the item as of today, Dec 26th 2024To make matters worse, your use of Pandion as a shipping carrier has only compounded the issue. After researching the company, I found that they are not recognized by the Better Business Bureau and have numerous negative reviews involving delayed and lost packages. Unfortunately, I am now experiencing the same issues, including:Repeated shipment delays with no clear updates or resolution.Poor tracking and lack of accountability from your shipping ********** assurance that my package will even arrive.Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this issue with your customer service team, I have not received any meaningful assistance. This experience has been deeply frustrating and **************** this point, I am requesting one of the following resolutions:1.Immediate delivery of my order with a guaranteed arrival date. Or a 2.A full refund for the order.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating further by disputing the charge with my bank and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies, including the Better Business Bureau and the *************************Sincerely,Paying customer

      I wish I could leave a less than 1 star review. HORRIBLE customer service. I remember a few years back I had a pair of Asics shoes and loved them. So, I used their website to purchase another pair recently since I'm running races now and needed new shoes. Upon ordering, a pop up showed stating that if I registered for the free membership my shipping would be free. The confirmation window had a link to click within 15 minutes of ordering to cancel the order. I clicked so many times with no progress on having the order canceled. I sent an email to customer service to cancel my order since the link was not working. They told me, after lengthy conversation, to sign up and they would waive my shipping fee. I signed up, but the login in window loaded for over 5 minutes, even after refreshing multiple times. I recorded the screen and shared it with customer service who told me I did not have an account and therefore they could not waive my shipping cost. I'm not mad that I'm paying shipping, I'm mad that this brand has such a faulty website and is willing to lose customers over this. I will be sure to share this wherever I can so nobody shops directly through this site.

      I bought these shoes for working out and they fit perfectly but after only a few months of usage the back heel of the shoe, the cushion part that cushions the back of your heel, the part thats at the top of the heel of the shoe, the cushion fell to the bottom of the back of the heel part of the shoe. This has never happened to other shoes of mine. The cushion part is now at the bottom of the shoe and it almost forces the heel of my foot up and out of the shoe now. I would never recommend these shoes to anyone.When I reported the issue to the company they denied my claim saying the shoe is not defective. I sent photos but it is difficult to see the issue in the picture because it is the cushioning that is inside the heel and it is behind cloth. If you put you finger on the inside heel you would notice the problem immediately. If you buy this product you will not only have have a bad product and waste your money but you will also not have a reliable warranty with the company. I would recommend going to another company. This one is not reliable.

      Why have a 90 day return policy if you must not wear them, have the tags still attached, and in the original box. How do you know of you like wearing them, especially before you break them in? Horrible return policy. And horrible customer service. Do not recommend this company.

      I purchased a pair of Asics Gel-Nimbus in ******* 2024. In a short whil I noticed that my heel was bleeding and it was caused by the hard plastic heel cup penetrating through the lining. I contacted Asics. Told me that the reason this happens is most likely that I dont unlace my shoes when I put them on. **. I reviewed other compaints and see that this has been a common complaint since 2012. My replacement/refund request has been of course denied. If Asics is aware of a problem and doesnt make manfacturing changes to change it, it is clearly a manufacturing defect.DONT BUY ASICS SHOES. They are juk

      Purchased Noosa tri 16 on 9/6/24. Shoe made a horrible squeak every step of the way. I wore them one time. I think shoes are defected. I filed a complaint with Asics and was back and forth up until 10/8/24. After back and forth getting a video of me walking, pics and many conversations with customer service absolutely nothing was accomplished. The email said claim was denied! That shoes do not meet the criteria for warranty, as product has been determined not to have a Manufactuing defect. This is unreal! SO I have shoes that cost $135 and can't wear them inside a building without being embarrassed! I think they should change name of company to ******! I look at other reviews and I don't see how they are still in business!

      Asics sent me an email on THURSDAY stating my order had shipped. Its now Sunday and the package is still sitting at Asics. When you call the **************** number it rings one time and then disconnects you. They dont reply to emails you send other than to send you an email with a ticket # acknowledging they got your inquiry, then you never hear from them again.

      I ordered a certain color of shoes then they come out with a color that i like more and just ordered a couple of hours before and they won't switch colers for me that hasn't even been considered shipped and saidthat i need to re ship my oters upon receiving BUT wouldn't it be easier to just change the colors without me reshipping the ones that hasn't been shiped yet but that right there explains theway they take care of there customers... They SUCK!! Will never buy that brand ever again since they're customer service SUCKS!!! Never again!!!!

      I purchased a pair of ASICS shoes and immediately noticed arch pain in the right shoe. The discomfort persisted and eventually required a visit to the doctor. To make matters worse, ASICS refused to honor the warranty. Given this experience and seeing that others have reported similar issues, I wont be buying ASICS shoes again.
