    Ideal tax I paid them $295 to handle a tax issue for me tried calling them several times left messages for them to call me back nothing *** sent me a letter stating that I owed 5400 ideal tax told me a daybefore that they will need additional 8400 for them to take my case why would I pay 8400 for them to take my case and IRS stating I only owe them 5400 this is the reason why I deal tax told me not to talk to the *** they will handle everything so now Im out of $$295 for nothing and I would like to receive my money back.     I hired Ideal Tax to help me with back taxes owed due to my having to live in Assisted Living since 09/2016. I couldnt do that and pay my IRS. I am *********************************************************** now $4925 per month. Finally after sending my contact person a message that I am completely dissatisfied with Ideal Tax, that it should have been settled a year ago and that I would be contacting the BBB to tell them of my disatification with the company I finally got a call from her stating that my resolution would be to pay IRS $800/mo and I tried to explain I could do that as I have other bills to pay and $150/month for medication, insurance, withholding for taxes, eye glasses, imcontinent items, clothing, car payment, car insurance, because I have no family to help me at all, 4 of my physicians are located 127 miles round trip from me and 2 of them are in psychiatric relationship I need badly for chronic depression that I dont possibly see being able to pay them that much money and why couldnt they try and get me the fresh start program as advertised. I owe them $41,000 and dont see how I could ever get that paid back. I got into trouble when I husband passed away in 2009 and when that happened I lost $2500 in household income. I lost my house in 2017 by a short sale as I could not make the payment and was having to pay for Assisted Living etc.

    I reached out to Ideal Tax solutions to help with my back taxes in June 2023. They made it seem very urgent to make a payment plan with them and send in all my tax documents or I could go to jail for the back taxes. I did as they said. Over 6 months, I paid $5300 for them to help with my back taxes. Every month, I would reach out to them and they would say they are still working on it. It is now Feb 2025, over a year and a half later and still no resolution on my taxes. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times through email and phone with no response. I feel like I have been SCAMMED! I want a full refund!

    My husband and I paid for services to Ideal Tax for $5000 to help us work with the *** on our past owed taxes which is around *****k. We went through 6 case managers, now unable to reach anyone. Previously they said they have been waiting on the *** for one of our old returns for one year now. The only way they ever called me back before is when I threatened not to pay our monthly fee. Now that we are paid up they have disappeared. Im getting notices, threats, certified letters from the *** now.

    I paid Ideal tax $2500 to either wipe out my debt. Ill get it low enough so I can afford it. They did not do neither Istill owe $12,000 and they got it down to $170 a month which I explained to them that I didnt need them to do that I called the *** myself and made up a payment plan. I want my money back

    I paid $940 and then paid almost $750 2 and was told it can get a refund if I'm not happy with this company. I tried to call and get refunded but no one calls me back. The only time I heard from them was when they wanted me to pay something. I need to get a refund asap and they don't call me back ever.

    About a year ago I entered into an agreement electronically with idea Tax . they asked for my bank information and requested $340 a month to settle my tax problems. I gave them my bank account information to withdraw the money from **********! I got sick and for months they have been withdrawing the funds from my account and i have not seen any progress from the ***. Recently I called them back as they have a Web Site and I wanted to them to be a legitimate company. However, when i got better i called the *** in ******************. they told me that they were not a legit business and i was scammed!!! The person that I talked with named ****** ***** Senior Tax Associate number was ************. Please help me to recover my funds!

    Our records show you first contacted us on April 5, 2023, to start our Phase 1 tax investigation, with payment made on May 5, 2023. The investigation was completed and presented to you on June 20, 2023, and a payment plan for ************************ services was set up on June 23, 2023. After a declined payment, a second arrangement was made for July 7, 2023, which was also unsuccessful.
    We made several attempts over the next year to contact you, finally reaching you on September 17, 2024.     I contacted Idealtax to assist in a state tax debt that I was unaware of until my wages were being garnished. I paid Idealtax $295. To place a protection order on my wages to stop garnishment on December 27, 2024. Mind you the garnishment had been in n effect for 3 months at this point. I received email stating my case was in the process of being closed and I submitted all documentation requested after they verbalized a payment of $250. But took $295. Out of my account. Since that day I can not get anyone to answer my calls or respond to a text or email. *** seriously? You just leave a guy hanging like this without so much as a 2 minute email response or a 10 second text. My wages are still being garnished with no information whatsoever. At this point my debt will have been paid in full and my time, my struggle to live off 1/4 of my wages, my hope and trust have been taken by this company who are " backed by the BBB"!? All the reviews I have read so far list the exact complaints that I am sharing here now. Why do you offer and guarantee a service that you can't provide? I want a full refund of my $295. Due to this scam that you all profit off of us hard working citizens. Nothing!.Maybe we all who have been scammed need to file a lawsuit against this company. Full refund wanted. I don't want to hear any excuses relay something factual that I can fact check because this is nothing more than a scam against honest working citizens who pay for your salaries. You can print this complaint out on a piece of paper and fold it in half. Repeat until it is small enough. Now lie down on either side your right or left. Lift the the outer leg up at a 90 degree angle and shove this complaint straight up the A__. Good day!
