    I had a tax problem because I had failed to file for a number of years. When I went to them I was in the situation where I couldnt enter into an agreement with the *** because my filings werent current. I went to them in 2021 just to get my filings up to date so that I could get back to paying my taxes and enter into a payment plan. Its now been three more years and Im further behind than when I went to them. Meanwhile, theyve threatened to stop working if I wouldnt pay the next years fee for preparing tax returns. I just hired a different company and before they asked for a dime they called the *** to get an update on what I owe and learned that ideal tax hasnt filed any of my returns they were paid to prepare and file. I intend on filing a lawsuit for the more than $60,000 Ive paid them. I can provide the proof of payment if requested.

    I have made contact attempts to Ideal tax via phone and email beginning December 5th and I have not received any communication back per my request. I've called phone numbers and they are now disconnected. I've called other phone numbers I have found on the internet and left voicemails but no one has called me back. I have emailed every person that I have been in contact with but they are all coming back undeliverable. I must admit that this is the first time I have had this problem with Ideal tax. I have used them to file my taxes for the past 2-3 years. I simply want an update on my 2023 taxes. I have paid them in full for their services, I should not have to research ways to contact them via the internet. I am owed an update and that's what I want!

    I was bombarded by constant text messages by Ideal Tax, I contacted them to resolve some tax issues. I gave them my credit card number, should not have done that. I suspect that someone from Ideal Tax used my card to purchase something from ********com.When I spoke to someone, they assured me that no one at the company would dare do that. I then gave them my ABA Routing # and bank acct# should not have done that either.They got $295.00 to get my tax returns from the **** I have not been able to contact anyone at the company, they do not return phone calls.I have since moved on. Something has to be done, I will deal with the *** myself.

We can guarantee once card information is inputted into our system none of our associates can access any of your information such as your credit card number. We highly suggest you contact your bank or ******* to investigate that further. Additionally, per our records a member of our team was trying to get in contact with you November 21st, November 26th and December 2nd to go over your tax investigation results. Most recently, you were in contact with your Tax associate about moving forward with our Phase 2 on December 5th. Your phase 2 began on December 13th and a case manager reached out for additional information on December 17th to introduce themselves.     CASE NUMBER ******* Transactions begin July 3, 2024 ******** which is a 20% fee of ***** for the Filing Amendment Penalty with monthly installments of ****** for August and ****** August which total to ******** These payments should have been on going until February 2025.I stopped paying for October and November due to noticing that Ideal tax was not corresponding with me via email, mail or phone. **** in billing would text me about my payments other than that I would hear from no one. When I would try to reach out to someone, no one would answer the phone I had another company call the *** with me on the other end, and I was told that I did not owe the amount of money that Ideal Tax told me that I owed. I was also told that Ideal Tax has not negotiated on my behalf, they just Got the *** that was needed. The nature of this dispute is I have requested for a refund due to services not RENDERED and no one will return a reply via email or text. I spoke to my case manager and explained to her the information that I received from the *** and I would like my money back. She said she will speak to someone.....It seems as though, since I found out this information no one knows what to do.I found this company on *******I AM REQUESTING FOR A FULL REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED

    Ideal Tax has charged me close to $5,000 per month for the last 9 months with the promise of filing my 2023 taxes and rectifying outstanding debt that I have with the ***. I have repeatedly called them asking for a status, as well as emailed them, and asked for my money back, with no replies from anyone there. My calls always go to voicemail and no one is returning my emails. I have provided all of my tax documentation as requested. The last interaction I had with them is October 7th of this year. I am demanding a refund in full.

    Good morning This took place 6/19/2024 when they send me a fake or scam contact to sign quickly throw my email while on the phone of monthly payments. I also find out from *** not receive nothing from ideal tax solution. I call ideal tax solution calls forward to voicemail mail boxes always full. Also email got response with apology. I emailed back told **** I wont full refund $5,485.12 . I found out from Better Business Bureau that they were scam people that put in complaints about service. That why ideal tax solution have u to sign that fake,scam contract so they dont have to pay your money back. When you find out ideal tax solution not sending nothing to IRS.Stay away from ideal tax solution bad business SCAM

    I hired them on March ******* I paid them $2780.24 to assist with a tax issue I have and prepare my 2023 taxes for **** have a contract with them that says they will do that. But since March I have not gotten much from them. I got a couple phone calls to let me know that they were almost done, and the paperwork was coming. However, that never happen. They reach out to me about a month ago to get me to fill out some more paperwork. I did that. But have not heard anything from them since. I tried to call them, but I got a message that states "no one is available at this time". I would like to get a refund of what I paid them. No, they have not concluded their work for me and they have not tried to send me any type of updates. So I have no idea if they are even working on my taxes.

    I requested an update you have taken my monies since spring. I had 2 caseworker. Had I known fraudulent acts of funds were taking place I Never would have given you any hard earned money. I will also show government all payments taken from my bank account. Also the $298 taken with representative over the phone I am very disappointed when I could have paid IRS myself. I will let SC state legislation and BBB know immediately. Nothing has been done since the process started. I am retired and refuse to let you get away with such acts.     I signed a contract with Ideal Tax on or about the 24th day of June 2022. Ideal tax was supposed to make negotiation with the *** on my behalf to work out a lower cost/solution to my back taxes. I have paid them completely in full about $8800.00 and to date nothing has been worked out with the ***. In fact I received a notice from the *** that my bank accounts were about to be levied. *** stated to me that they did not have on file any noticed from Idealtax that they even represented me. It has been two years. I paid Ideal Tax an additional $557.00 in 2022 to do my taxes and another $557.00 in 2023 to do my taxes. They drag out the process to negotiate with the *** each year by telling me cant settle until my taxes are paid, but they have said this for two years now. Currently my 2023 taxes are paid for but Idealtax has not sent anything to me to sign nor did they file an extension with the *** on my behalf. I want this matter settle but Idealtax just drags it out each year to get more money from me. I have requested my 2023 taxes to be completed numerous times. I call them all the time and I can never get ahold of anyone. They are impossible to reach. My case manager has changed at least seven times. I want my money reimbursed back to me. I do NOT want to move forward with this company. They do not honor their word. They are going to get me in such trouble with the ****

    I am emailing regarding my complaint #******** regarding Ideal Tax. I do not want this complaint closed. Please reopen the complaint. I am definitely rejecting Ideal Taxs response to my complaint. I first entered into a contract with ideal Tax in 2022. I have paid over$8800 and my tax issue with the *** is still pending. what Ideal Tax promised me was they could help resolve my back taxes with the ***. Well, the first year they waited so long they told me I need to get the 2022 Taxes done. I paid them an extra $500 and they did my 2022 taxes. They never reached out to *** to resolve the back tax issue. By 2023 they told me I now needed to do the 2023 taxes before they can resolve my back taxes with the ***. I paid another $500 and I still do not know if my 2023 taxes have actually been filed. I believe they will drag things out again and tell me I need to pay to get my 2024 taxes done before they can resolve my tax issues. I want this matter resolved with the ***. I received a letter from the *** stating if I did not resolve my back tax soon they would levy my bank accounts. I told ********************** this and they did not seem to take the matter seriously at all. I want this matter settled very soon or I want ALL my money back. I can not wait much longer.
