    So I signed a contract with Ideal Tax today. It was a painless experience with associate **** ******. He explained my current status they found from both the Maryland Comptroller and the **** Maryland has put a Lein on my property, my husband had experienced a stroke and had stopped paying bills. As soon as I found out I began trying to repair the damage so we could move to cheaper housing. I connected with a tax preparer 4 years ago and trusted my situation with her company. **** was able to review her work and found the errors that *** and Maryland Comptroller were holding me accountable for. We went over a plan and he was clear about how we would proceed and the costs involved. He was able in short time to aquire a loan to cover Ideal Tax Fees for service at a payment rate I can fit into our budget!I will continue my reviews of his teams performance, I have done my homework before choosing this company and am aware of the negative reviews as well as the excellent reviews. I will post further reviews as we move forward in this process.

    Made parent arrangement for me and I could done that myself and they did not do a satisfactory resolution because they did not put any effort to have a satisfactory resolution and ask for refund could not get it so as they say

    Zero stars. They strung us along for over four years and charged us over $3,****** the end they did nothing for us. We're still getting threatening letters from the *** for owing all the back taxes plus all the fines and penalties. They've washed their hands of us and won't even talk to us. I wish we had found someone locally instead of a company in ********** that didn't care.

    Worked with IdealTax for 3 years to handle my tax situation (failure to file, mounting debt). After completing everything they dragged their feet to the point where I was getting notices from the *** despite them telling me I had nothing to worry about and everything was moving forward smoothly. I always had trouble reaching a person who knew anything material about my case. When I began to see delays and lack of progress I talked with several tax attorneys that said that companies like IdealTax are filled with empty promises and I should research and contact the *** directly. What I found out was that I almost certainly wouldn't qualify for *** or any relief programs and that I was wasting time, incurring more debt in penalties and interest. My experience with IdealTax could not have been any worse... they gave me false hope and ultimately failed to help me get any break from the ***. If you have a problem with *** debt, my advice would be go directly to the *** and read everything carefully and contact the *** directly. Do not waste your time with IdealTax.
