  ******! Get a quote up front for resolution services. Services are $5000. The person you initially speak to is a salesperson of their services; NOT A TAX EXPERT but will pretend to go over your finances with you VERBALLY NEVER WRITING ANYTHING DOWN. The salesperson will say you qualify for relief based on the financial information given: Penalty Abatement, Hardship, Offer in Compromise, Partial Pay Installment Agreement; later to say you only qualify for a payment plan; without submitting any request to *** base on your information. If I had $7000 to give them, I could pay the *** on my own. CALL THE *** F***T OR OPTIMUM TAX!

  Horrible. Not able to get refund for service that was never started. Some Money Back Guaranty.Hello my name is ****** ******. I had a tax issue and inquired thru the internet how Alleviate Tax ************** could assist me on March 17th, 2025. I was contacted by an Alleviate employee by the name of ***. She was very pleasant and gave a lot of information. I explained I was a senior citizen and didn't know how to proceeded with my issue. *** assured me they would be able to assist me, so we went into an agreement and I paid the money *** ask for. The day of my appointment I discovered thru IRS the amount I thought I owed was a considerable lower amount than what I gave ***. I called *** to explain and request a refund and she didn't act like the *** I initially spoke with. She was not polite nor friendly. She said she would have to transfer me. The person she transferred me to, answered the phone and advised me that I would be given a call back. I received a call back from a ******** ********* and ******* ******** , who were very professional. I was told that I would be getting a refund, but I haven't received a refund yet.

  I just met with ******* and was very encouraged with her help. ******* was very helpful and came across very professionally. She alleviated all of my concerns and was able to answer every question I had. I was impressed with the focus she gave me as I shared my issues I've had with the ***. Not only did she take the time to gather information she needed, she showed personal empathy to my circumstances as she did it. In the end she even went out of her way to ensure that I would feel secure and confident that her company would represent me well with the *** as they help me resolve my situation. I recommend Alleviate Tax for all of your IRS relief needs.

  The people at Alleviate Tax has been a huge help to me. They helped me file past tax returns and helped get *** off my back. I thank you guys so much. Any taxes I owed have been put in Currently Not Collectible Status for nine years thanks to their hard work. Now I can breathe without worrying about it.
