  DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I was charged $10,000 & didn't sign any papers or told who or what was the loan company or rates & terms. The loan company told me to tell Alleviate to give them back the money they paid them and hung up the phone, I was told by **** that he used my voice to accept loan. I asked him to send me the recordings and he agreed but never did. I was passed around to person to person not getting anywhere. I sent faxes, text, certified mail, emails, it was a awful experience. FINALLY, resolution department sent cancelation of services to loan *********** pray it's finally over.

  Hello my name is ****** ****** and after a long hard search I decided to speak to Alleviate Tax Relief about my Tax problems..A very courtesy and friendly voice answered the phone.I was introduced to Ms.**** *********** listen to my tax concerns in depth and was patient and professional. I decided after she pitched why Alleviate Tax Relief was a good option for **** was very relaxed and felted comfortable with her knowledge and confidence. She assumed me that it would most helpful to resolve all my tax problems..She was warm and caring.I felt really good about my decision and I have no regrets about choosing Alleviate Tax Relief..Thanks **** for all ur help and looking forward to resolving all my tax issues with ur help and dedication..

  I was contacted by Alleviate Tax and basically was told I needed services in paid 200 of money I do not have as I am homeless..,only to find out no taxes are needed to be filed....I got nothing for this service and I want my money returned immediately...BAD SERVICE

  Although Alleviate Tax did help me to settle my tax account, finally, it took 12 months and they charged 3x the amount they were able to save me. I could have filled out the paperwork myself if that's all they were going to do. Unless you're situation is dire, I'd look elsewhere. Alleviate Tax has continuously over the span of the last year transferred my case to multiple other employees, stating it was a level of complexity issue. Then, with one exception, every time I reached out to Alleviate Tax representatives, my emails or phone calls would go unanswered for weeks, if not months, until I followed up. Even then, I wouldn't get a timely response in most cases after follow-up. It wasn't until they finally got a lady by the name of ****** to assist, that I finally felt like I had someone working for me. Even then, it was after months and months of racked up interest on my *** account, and there's no removing that interest. When I asked to speak with a supervisor/manager of Alleviate Tax, after my case was completed, I was told they'd get back to me within a week. That was almost 4 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a call, even though I've reached out at least 2 more times since then to inquire. Overall, Alleviate Tax in my opinion, does not live up to what they state, and they overcharge and under deliver their services for tax relief. Highly advise you look elsewhere for your tax relief solutions.

  I was lied to from the beginning and the end result was nothing like I was told. I would have been better off paying the *** and not giving this company $4500. They told me the initial all in cost would be lower than I what I paid (after I already gave them $500) and that my end result would be paying nothing to the ***. Come to find out none of that was true. I ended paying $4500 and I have to make installment payments to the *** for the total debt. This was truly a nightmare and I regret ever contacting them. Please don't sue this company and save your money. Go with another company or talk to the ***. You will regret giving them money. They will do what it takes to get your money and then "work" on your case for months and months just to let you down.

  When consulting with this company they told me they could help me with my back taxes they told me that they wanted to file my 2024 taxes that it was included in the fee that they were charging me to represent me once they went through my taxes they said that I was not eligible for anything from the *** and that I needed to make a payment plan that I had a $400 disposable income and they wanted me to come up with $150 to 200 monthly payment to the *** as well as pay $125 for their services monthly for a couple of years until the fee is paid off. I am unable to commit to 150 to $200 payment I feel that I have been taken advantage of when they told me in the beginning that they could help me get some of this back tax forgiven or a payment plan that was affordable and they have literally done nothing for me but file my taxes please beware if you are a regular middle-class person making it paycheck to paycheck and think these people will help you they will not now I feel like I'm open to even worse but I don't know what to do I'm very scared

  Hello, please whatever you do, do not go through this company to help out with your taxes. This is fraud. I signed up with the company back on March 20, 2025 with ******* ******** (tax consultant). She sold me a game plan telling me how they could help me with back taxes. On April 2, 2025 a man name ****** ***** texted me for my credentials, then I had to send my tax returns. He called and told me all he could do for me and I believed all of them. They are truly convincing. Then ***** ******* text and introduce her self to me as the Resolution Case Mgr. Within 24 hours from the initial call back, I had to send them $4999 plus a start up fee of $500 to start my case. Since April 15, 2025 nothing has changed. I would have to call them to see what's going on with my case. All I keep hearing is a tax preparer is working on my taxes. I received a text today (June 20, 2025) now this is past the deadline for taxes and now I have more fees according to the ***. This has been a horrible experience. They are never available or call you back until you start telling them you will turn them in as fraud. At this point, all I want is my money back. They are showing me more then what I owe on taxes for 2023, & 2024. As a matter of fact, my 2023 taxes had already been prepared and paid for. My 2024 taxes I got them prepared by another company so see what the difference would be and I tell you, I will be turning them in.. FRAUD in the making !!! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
