      Poor service once the blinds are installed. Its disappointing to say the least. The gentleman I spoke to was rude and condescending to say the least. If youre reading this - keep looking for other companies. I used Peachtree Blinds in the past and had no issues. I only went with this company because the sales person was nice - the price was a little higher. They do not honor the warranty and make you feel bad when you ask them to. 18 months in, Im stuck with a problem

      What a wild ride it has been with 3day blinds. To begin with, their name does not really mean what it says. 3day blinds is far from the truth and it took us about 3 months to receive our 6 shades. But only 5 of them work. They told me they would reorder the faulty one, but it would again take about 2-3 months for ONE SHADE to come in. In the meantime, the string/rope on one of the shades just snapped in two so it can no longer go up or down. I emailed our sales *** and received no response. I emailed the scheduling coordinator who was going to look into where our missing shade was and have not received a response back. These are not in-expensive shades, so I expect better customer service and much better quality of product from them. I do not recommend them.

      I purchased custom blinds for my living room windows & for my door on 4/8/25. Unfortunately, I had pet damage to 6 individual slats on the living room windows. I requested the individual slats be replaced & installed by 3-Day Blinds at my expense. However, I was told they couldnt replace the slats because the blinds were custom made, and that I would have to purchase new custom blinds. I refuse to purchase new custom blinds as these blinds I have are only 2 months old. All I want is for the 6 individual slats be replaced by this company AT MY EXPENSE. I will no longer do business with this company nor will I refer my friends to them becsu They refuse to do this.

We would love to be able to replace just the slats for you, but unfortunately that is something that we do not sell or manufacturer individually and would not be able to accommodate your request. A new blind would need to be ordered, as you are aware, pet damage is not covered under warranty.

      I ordered new drapes for the living before the 4th of July 2024. The installation was pushed out several times due to delivery. They were installed on 12-20-25. At the time the installer came there were issues with getting the creases out of the drapes. The installer said that over time they would come out. I knew that was never going to happen. It wasn't till around April when natural light was coming into the house is when I saw how bad they looked. A consultant came out and took pictures and advised would reference this matter, I'm assuming to customer care, and have a someone come. Pictures were taken at that time. I received an email on 5-15-25 with order request ******* and advised the request was sent to *************************** with a call back to me within 3-5 business days. After 8 business no one called and I had to pursue it. To find out that ******* received the order in error. It should have gone to ******. At no time was I ever made aware of this. Who knows how long I would have waited for a call back. The drapes are not pleated correctly and they have odor to them. When that room gets warm or the sun comes through the odor is worst. I've had drapes before that never had an odor. I actually get headaches from the smell. I have no idea when ****** is going to call. I've been inconvenienced for way too long. I want someone out here to get this matter solved. I'm tired of having to make the calls. I only used 3 Day Blinds because a neighbor was satisfied. What a mistake. I need someone to work with me. I don't want to wait months to get this problem solved as I waited over 5 months to have them installed.

      An installer came out on 6-6-25 and it was determined that the drapes needed to be remade. A case was sent to customer care and a time frame 24 -48 hours for a response. I'm glad this is being cared for and a resolution can be met.

      Title: *********************************************** Delayed Fulfillment I am filing this complaint to report my negative experience with 3 Day Blinds. On March 31, 2025, a sales representative named ******* ******* visited my home to finalize an order. He promised the shades, including specific cassettes, would be installed by April 8. This did not happen.After several follow-ups, a technician visit, and a failed installation with incorrect products, I had to escalate the issue to multiple managers. Only then did the company agree to re-cut and replace the shades. The final installation did not occur until more than five weeks later.Additionally, Mr. ******* required full payment of $3,000 upfront, stating the company did not accept deposits. When I inquired about satisfaction, he assured me that he would ensure I was pleased with the final product a promise he did not honor. He also misrepresented the order internally, which I was able to dispute using the original email documentation.The lack of accountability, misleading sales practices, and poor communication throughout this process were unacceptable. I am submitting this complaint in hopes that 3 Day Blinds will address their sales and fulfillment processes more ethically going forward.

      The agents were friendly and helpful. The products were ok. The problem was with the collection of payment. I paid the required 51% at the contract signing. I was expecting to pay the remainder after installation. However they pulled the entire total from my checking account a few days later. Unknown to me I was writing checks with insufficient funds and was charged for multiple overdrafts!

      I made a recent transaction with 3DAYBLINDS, which was discussed through financing arranged by *********On April 22, I agreed to purchase a product from 3DAYBLINDS and was referred to ******** to finance the purchase. I was informed that the product would be delivered and installed approximately two weeks later.I decided to cancel the transaction before the product was delivered or installed. When I contacted 3DAYBLINDS customer service to cancel, they informed me that I only had three days from the purchase date to cancel the agreement, and that after that window, cancellation was not permitted even though I had not received the product or any service.I then contacted ******** to explain the situation. They confirmed that a balance had been placed on my account and that ********************** had already taken part of the funds. They also stated they could not prevent the company from taking the remaining funds.This practice is unfair and misleading. A customer should be able to cancel a purchase, especially when no product has been delivered or installed. It is also concerning that funds were taken before any service was rendered, leaving the customer with a financial obligation for a product that has not even been received.

      I am beyond disappointed after the install from 3 Day Blinds. We wanted the duel roller shades that allow partial light and then blackout and we wanted to be able to pull them down on our own as motorized isn't in our budget. I was never told that these didn't have any hardware, and I was unaware that you have to pull to lock / unlock the blind. This makes it extremely hard to line up the slats of the blinds... I'm sitting here spending all this time trying to tug and line them up.On top of this, the lengths of the blinds are wrong so to completely close them so people can't see in, they have to extend passed the bottom of our window onto the window seal where they flop outwards which separated the blind.Last but not least, the blinds don't fully stretch across my windows. Half the blind is against the window while the other half pops outwards.I'm so furious and upset about this! I wish I could get my money back. This has been the worst experience and if you are reading my review I suggest you stay far away from this company! The service, installation, and quality of product is not good!

      3 wrong reorders for now. 4th reprder on the way. 15 hours on the phone. Installers do a horrible job. 3 Day customer service won't ever call you. Good luck. 60 days in, home is damaged everytine an installer comes, and they install incorrectly. 2 weeks to get them to my home. Install company *** Installations have no business installing shades in ********* or *******************.
