      3 day blinds take the balance from your account once you are scheduled for installation, not when job is done and you are satisfied. My valance installation to the wood blinds was installed incorrectly, cut for my bay window was not correct. However, the installer put valance up overlapping each other and gluing together as he scratched up the valance and tried to colored it with a maker; really! I sent pictures to the design rep who sold me the blinds and she sent to a team lead who agreed job was horrible and sloppy. She then sent out an more experience tech for a re-measure on July 14; he told me he was requesting new valance be sent to install and i would hear from them in two days; four days later no call from anyone. I called and was told the remeasure tech didn't closeout his ticket, (so what does that mean, the remeasure was to no avail) I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, after 15 min holding, was told they was having issues connecting me and someone would call me back that same day, lies. As I am typing this now, the rep ****** they be trying to reach me but keep getting voicemail; lies, i have no missed calls from them. I am on phone again trying to reach a supervisor, been holding now for 15 min; here we go again, same old c*** was told supervisor will call me back; I said sarcastically "sure they will". So my next step is to try an contact the corporate office, but heard they don't resolve issue either. At this point, i want them to take down their product and refund my money, but if you can reach anyone, how can you get that down, I guess, in Court.

      I had ordered blinds from three day years ago. They were expensive but good. I needed some replacement slats and new hardware for the pull cord. The sales rep. came out and assured me that they could replace what was needed. This is why I ordered new blinds for my bedroom sliding door. They were expensive but as long as the could replace other old hardware I didnt mind, since it would be done all at onetime. For months Ive been getting a run around from different people. One said the sales person should never have said that to me. Then I was told that they ordered the parts. Weeks later they said they got the parts and they were the wrong parts. Then they got the right parts and said they could not install because the original parts were not theirs. They were theirs, but I didnt have a receipt from 20 years ago, but they were able to still get the same slates to replace from 20 years ago. They said it would have their name on a label if its their hardware. The ones that are brand new dont have a label on them ! I would never have spent so much on the bedroom blinds if I wasnt getting the hardware and slats replaced. For all my trouble they gave me $100.00 back and said theyd look into getting the hardwarenever heard from them again! And BTW the man who installed had the worst B.Oit took days before the smell was out of the bedroom. And many cans of air freshener.

      Terrible customer service and acting in bad faith. Spent literally several thousands of dollars on blinds that were promoted to have a lifetime warranty on the mechanical and structural components. The blind mechanisms are now failing at multiple locations throughout our home. Called to place a request for repairs in April. Was not able to get a hold of a live person or a call back. After several attempts I was able to speak with their answering service person who said they would have someone call us. No luck there either. Went to their new sales web site and messaged them. They e-mailed and called almost immediately with offers to speak about new blinds installation. Imagine that? I asked the sales rep to help me get service. The rep succeeded in getting me connected to the service department. We scheduled a time for a service tech to come out. They told me I would need to pay a deductible of $87 immediately. I authorized that payment from my bank account and they wound up charging me $93. Upon the day of the scheduled visit I was e-mailed about them cancelling the visit due to a tech being positive for COVID. As of July 11th I have not received a call back from their scheduling department since the cancellation of the appointment over 2 weeks ago. This company has committed fraud by not following up with their customers who have asked for warrantable repairs.

      Typical canned response of please give us more information rather than reaching out directly to address the issue. Let me see what I can dig up other than my banking statement that shows the charge of $93 that you demanded I pay up front.
