    I ordered a duffle bag from Inland Leather for my husband for his birthday. I paid expedited shipping to ensure it would get here in time. I contacted the company before the bag arrived and asked for him to cancel the order and issue a refund. He rarely responds but that time he did respond and said it had already shipped. The bag arrived 2 weeks late. The bag is not leather and the zipper is broken. The zipper is very hard to move but when you do its open on both side, cant zip the bag closed. Their website says you have to contact them if you want a refund which I contacted him again about returning the bag and I never heard back. I would have kept the bag even though I had to go out last minute and spend more money on a birthday gift but the bag is poorly made and is damaged. $260 is a lot on something that I will never use. Or Per the website the purchase fits the criteria for a refund but when I click on start return I get a message that says the bag is non refundable. I should be able to return the bag first because its within their refund policy but also because its damaged. I have reached out to him numerous times and no response. I would like some help in returning this bag and get a refund. It is in the original condition it came in, stuffed with the paper it came with still inside. I also have videos of the bag being damaged. Thank you for your help!

    Dispute against: Inland Leather Company for their failure to refund $307.87 back to my PayPal account. I purchased a leather jacket from them on (12/13/23) through PayPal. Subsequently, on (12/26/23). I returned the jacket to Inland Leather with their approval, citing that it was not a good fit. The ***** package, containing the returned item, was signed for by: SSIERA on 01/03/24.On (01/08/2024), Inland Leather's customer support assured me that the $307.87 would be refunded back to my PayPal account. Despite numerous email exchanges with customer support, I still have not received the refund I was promised.I decided to escalate the matter by notifying the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Inland Leather's deceptive and unfair business practices.In a final attempt to address this issue directly with Inland Leather, I contacted their customer support line on (01/22/24) at ************. I left a voicemail requesting a return call, but as of now, there has been no response.Regrettably, I am currently being billed $307.87 by PayPal for a leather jacket that was returned to Inland Leather. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

    A Big and Tall made to order 3XB, which is not eligible for refund.

    On 10//17/2022 I purchased 2 pair of leather sandals blue and red. The sandals were too small so I immediately began the return exchange process. The return was approved as an exchange for the correct size 7.5 or 8. I shipped the items back via **** The tracking number is 1Z6Y2F950332980894. I've made several attempts to resolve this with the company to no avail. I am asking for the merchandise or full refund

    I ordered a blue leather jacket order #**** from inland leather on 12/01/2022 and they sent me the wrong style. So I sent it back because I did not like the style or color, it looked faded. On 12/23/2022 the jacket was received by them through **** because my tracking on the receipt states this. I've went on a live chat with a representative named ****, and I've asked for a refund. He told me that the refund would take 3-5 business days. 10 days later I've reached back out to inland leather on the live chat and guess who's on the chat? **** again which was great cause I've lready spoken to him prior. I let him know that I'm still waiting on my refund, and was told to keep checking my email because the system started an initial refund. I've been checking my emails everyday since 12/23/2022 and still no refund... Today is 01/30/2023 and no refund. I've reached out to them again this morning and was told the same thing by GUESS WHO? ****. I'm starting to believe that this is a run around game their playing... I just want my refund of $189.99 PLEASE AND I PROMISE YOU I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN EVER.

    I returned this item last May. Sending a receipt. Sezzle continues to want payment. I have emailed them many times in response that the item was returned to Inland Leather. Filed complaint and they said I would have to file with Sezzle. Cant even login or sign up. Why dont they contact merchant?? They dont answer phone and are Not listed with BBB.     I ORDERED A BLACK LEATHER JACKET WITH FOX TRIM AND RECEIVED IT VIA DHL ********** ON 12-20-22. IT WAS NOT REAL LEATHER OR FUR AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A 3X AND WAS SO SMALL I COULDNT PUT MY ARMS IN THE JACKET. THEY ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT RETURNING IT AND SAID THEY COULD CUSTOM MAKE IT. I ASKED THEIR ADDRESS TO SEND IT BACK, *** 1ZZXX82860322253051.THEY RECEIVED IT ON 1-4-23. AND I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED THEM FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY KEEP PUTTING ME OFF. NOW THEY SAY THE SYSTEM WAS BUSY DURING CHRISTMAS AND TO BE UNDERSTANDING. ALSO SAID I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO. I HAVE CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, ***************** AND FILLED A DISPUT WITH THEM I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A SCAMMING BUSINESS.     I ordered a leather jacket from Inland Leather that was received on 12/28/22. The jacket was too small. I initiated a return on their website on 12/29/22. Since then I have been trying to get a return shipping address from them. When I entered the return information on their website, the system said the request was pending approval and a response would come in 3 days. I thought that meant a shipping address would be provided. But no...to date I have received no response nor return shipping address. I have emailed twice...no response. I called 3 times left a voicemail... no response---or no answer at all. I am beginning to think these tactics are intended to push my return outside their 30 day return window.
