********** cam to House on June 6th to look at Dish washer and water dispense in Freezer, tech created major issues on first visit and came back 3-4 times. last visit new tech came and admitted last tech did many things wrong and he had to fix issues from last tech's visit. was here Friday August 12th and stated water line was crimped to water/ice dispenser. ************** ion Freezer started making noise, called ********** and they suggested turning breaker off ( which we did) also now both fridge and freezer off and food had to be thrown away. Saturday while we were out to lunch freezer stated to leak water and has ruined base molding due to flooding in house. I have about 10 calls in last almost 3 months into ********** and they have been NO help.Not sure what next, damage due to water leak and food losses easily in the Thousands. they will not come out until August 18th to look at and there is definitely water under fridge/freezer due to leak.Business Response

when I contacted the company on 8/8 it was NOT WORKING! And they agreed to review to replace it I waited nearly two weeks (after they said it would only be one week ). Nobody ever responded back I had to call again ! This is a LEMON and needs to be replaced under lemon laws ! week prior) that they needed to process the request. I've called every 2-3 days for status and they keep saying will have answer soon. Today has been nearly 2 weeks and still no answer (I just called again today 8/21/23). Every time I ask to speak to management they said nobody is available and will not offer to have anybody call me back. I want a new fridge immediately!Business Response

rson came out with a k*** and no parts for their cracked burner. Now being advised another 2+ weeks for this to come in. Frustrated because 6+ weeks after our first call we are no closer to a resolution. PER THE WARRANTY, WE WANTED TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR AN UPGRADE and they are not honoring this. Read all of their reviews....as mentioned this company doesn't stand by their product. 4 months after receiving a crack develops and their only answer is to have it repaired, not replaced. This is not what the warranty claims. Totally unethical. Read the reviews all over the internet...all the same feedback and not surprising they have a D- with the BBB. Agree with all the reviews! from telephone conversation with them: "that's the best we can do"; Told us ************** is on vacation, so asked "there are 8.5 M ppl in **. you don't have another service person???" Answer was "That's the only one we have in your area for now, who is taking appts." It has been almost 3 weeks with no resolution in sight. Bosch would never replace an appliance without sending their own accredited service specialist. They contacted a local accredited store (Mr. ********** to repair the dishwasher. After multiple calls between Mr. ********* ************************ (because Mr. ********* had not received the service order from Bosch), they arrives at my home in Mid June. I was told to wait 48 hours and someone from Mr. ********* would call me back with a status update after they contact Bosch. I did not hear back, so I called Mr. ********* who said, we have nothing to talk to me about, Bosch wants me to contact them. I contacted Bosch, they did not have a record of any discussion with Mr. ********** On July 3rd after spending 45 minutes on the phone with Bosch customer service, I am asked to provide proof of purchase and that I would be contacted to next steps for replacement of the appliance. Today is August 10, I contacted BSHG for information, they told me to contact them tomorrow. I just want the appliance repaired.Business Response

My husband and I purchased a Bosch 500 Series 24 in. StainlessSteel Top Control Tall Tub PocketHandle Dishwasher with StainlessSteel Tub, AutoAir, 44dBA (Store SKU # **********) from ********** on April 26, 2023. The appliance has not properly worked since I received it (the door latch does not work properly and the dishwasher door opens all the time even midcycle). I have contacted ********** about it who told me to contact Bosch's warranty department which I did. After many phone calls, and me filing an initial claim with BBB, the dishwasher repaired in August 2023. The door latch was replaced and the issue was resolved for about a month. Fast forward to September 2023, the dishwasher door again does not close properly and opens midcycle. Despite my repeated attempts at calling BSH, I have not been able to speak to anyone, the call drops after me being on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. I am tired of this and have not had a reliable and properly functioning dishwasher since April 2023. I want for Bosch to replace the dishwasher with a new one as originally requested but I was told that it was a minor door latch problem that could be easily repaired. **************** of BSH has been dismal to say the least! At the end this doesn't resolve the issue. After speaking with Eastern Shore (who are only marginally more communicative than Bosch), it took two full weeks for them to receive the replacement unit.
Additionally, their calendar is full until the end of September. This means that I've had a junk appliance for three full months so far with another month to go -- a THIRD OF THE **** lost on poor quality and poor service.
There is at least one other appliance guy in the state (the guy who I initially used to replace the dishwasher -- Another Cycle in Londonderry). Instead of working to resolve the matter quickly, however, Bosch prefers to hide behind their subcontractor who's an hour-plus further away and buried under work.
Handing off the problem to the next guy in line isn't service, nor is it an acceptable resolution.
a newer one (Model SHS43CF5N) at no cost. This came as a cryptic email that I almost wrote off as a spam/phishing exercise. After calling and confirming it was a legitimate offer, I accepted.There was no communication until 7/25. I received an invoice (via email) for an appliance exchange. It looked like phishing again, especially with no forewarning. Upon calling, I learned that Bosch had shipped a replacement to their local repair house. They said delivery would take 3-5 days and then Eastern Shores Appliance (******, **) would call to schedule installation.There was no subsequent communication until I called Bosch 8/9. They could only say it had shipped and had no further information. I've left a message with Eastern Shores for a status, but regardless it will still likely be several more weeks until the dishwasher is replaced. The company has shown no concern whatsoever for the issues caused nor at any time shown a capacity for proactive communication.Business Response

I reached out to Eastern Shores and they reported they were scheduling out in late September.
They did not actually schedule any installation that they've made me aware of.
As such, the communication frustrations -- and one of the key rationales for this BBB complaint -- remain woefully unaddressed.

eded to come down. I spoke w Thermidorian representative multiple times and explained, I am requesting brand new coffee machine since no one knows the problem with this one and it is defective. If I will take the wall down one more time, I need a new replacement coffee machine and not to go thru the process again, fixing something thats already failing to be repaired. Every time technician comes to my house, he doesnt know how to fix it and where the problems lies. Thermador company failed to respond to my request multiple times by telling me they would get back to me which never happened until I would have to intiate call for updates. This time I was denied for exchange saying I needed another attempt for repair. I will not allow any incompetent personal to repair because clearly they keep saying they do not know where the problem lies. Lowes is not giving us the replacement because Bosch didnt give them the full price as the credit. Bosch as the manufacturer needs to sort this out with Lowes. Regardless of the price we paid, we would need a replacement. Regardless whether we bought the fridge on a discount or not, Bosch still needs to ensure its a functioning fridge. If it is not, Bosch needs work with Lowes to give us a replacement or fix the fridge as it is still under manufacturer warranty
