Bosch claim ********** Microwave unit bought on line 8/9/21, received 12/10/21. Paid $1579.27. After 6 months of use the unit broke. Service tech ordered parts, waited months for the parts. Put in the parts and it ran for less than 30 seconds. Tech said it was unrepairable and notified Bosch of this conclusion. I have called numerous of times, waited forever, but still no conclusion from Bosch. I need a working unit. All I have is a large space in the wall were the microwave should be. We thought Bosch was quality product but we may have been wrong. I just want the unit repaired or replaced. The unit was purchased from Lowes #****

Im am writing into the BBB because after many, many emails and phone calls to bsh home appliance (thermador) to exchange a range that I paid over 10,000$ for, I have been refused over and over again I purchased the range in late 2018 from pacific sales. A certified dealer of thermador appliances. Pretty quickly my oven started to have issues. Large Bolts were popping off within the oven Inside. After that it has been issue after issue. I was told that this type of oven never has so many issues and it is not normal. I clearly have a lemon and they have decide to not replace or exchange the oven, even after I have been asking for years. Ive had several service repairs every year since purchasing the item in 2018. Motherboard replacement Igniters replaced Bolts popping out The oven has never heated properly And food sometimes takes hours to when it should take 20/30 min. The oven continues to go from different settings on its own. bSH home has conveniently lost paperwork and has denied service visits even after I send over proof of these visits. They continue to deny me to speak to any supervisor when I call and only sendmy message to a supervisor. This has been nothing but stressful and sadness for me after spending thousands of dollars only to have a range that has never worked properly. They refuse to acknowledge that the range is not working properly and will not help. I have attached just a couple receipts of the many service visits I have had over the years. They continued to tell me to keep calling and schedule recent visits before they can do anything which I have done. Then I was told a supervisor will be given your Info and nothing was done concerning an exchange . Now after years of back and forth and then telling me I can request an exchange for review, I have been told its too late. I am so upset to potentially be stuck with a lemon range. Please help

Since 1st week of December 2022, I have been trying to get in touch with Bosch for helping me with the E15 error. First time I called, they mentioned there is a recall on my dishwasher as well. A part will need to be replaced for the E15. Since then, a technician has come 3 times now - twice in December, 11th Jan 2023, 19th jan 2023 and is finding out new leaks every time . They cannot fix the problem and keep on doing trial and error by replacing parts one by one on the dishwasher. When I called up Bosch to report this, they said my complaint has been taken and someone will call me within ***** hours .. No one did and the problem is still not resolved. it will be almost 2 months now . I suffer with dermatographia and having to wash utensils with hand and no resolution to my problem has been very frustrating .

I had a service call from Thermador on October 7th. The technician was unable to fix and needed to request a replacement part. A follow up visit was scheduled but no one showed up despite many calls -- wasting 4 hours of my time. When I did get through I was told no part available. I have been following up since then with no ETA on when they will get the part and then replace so that oven works properly. Each time I want to use the oven I need to unplug and plug it in. Or the oven beeps every 20 or min or so nonstop. Replacement will be free once the part comes in due to warranty but I don't think I should be waiting 4+ months. Each follow up requires waiting on hold for upwards of 45 minutes.Want oven repaired. If repair in not possible then want replacement vs being w/o fully functioning oven for 4+ months.

I live in a high-rise luxury condo in downtown, ***********. Approximately, 6 months ago my Bosch washing machine broke. It took me another 2 months to get a repair technician and 2 hour waits to schedule an appointment/visit. After the technician came, he claimed he could not fix the problem and said someone would reschedule. After another 2 months I never heard anything. Then about 4 ago, I got a random call from a repair technician saying that he was coming to look at the washing machine, on the day of the appointment which I believe was on our around Sept. 2023 the technician called and said he could not make it, and that appointment would be reschedule. Another 4 months passed, and in Dec I initiated calls to Bosch and got an appointment for Jan 11th. I get multiple confirmations via email confirming my appointment for Jan 11th. However, on Jan 10th I got another email saying my appointment was Jan 30th. No one checked the date with me, and I am unable to make this date. After being on hold for more than 2 hours and speaking to customer service representative all they could tell me is that my appointment for Jan 11 was cancelled and schedule for Jan 30th and there were not dates to reschedule. At this point I don't know what to do, I live in a luxury condo and do have have a washing machine. No one at Bosch seems to care and they seem unable and unwilling to help. **************** is worthless and rude. I can't get through now. Please help. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a Bosch refrigerator last year (installed in the middle of November of 2021). The fridge is 800 series with a special "fingerprint resistant" coating. Today, which is only a year later, the fridge's upper coating is peeling exposing lighter-color metal underneath (see pictures). I called Bosch and shared that with them. I waited for 45 minutes, then spoke to three customer "service" representatives. Each conversation was getting worse as the level of management was going up in terms of the quality of customer "service." The last "manager" I spoke to by the name **** directly blamed me for the defect claiming that I had used chemicals on the coating (I do not use any chemicals in my household), and essentially avoiding accountability for what is clearly a factory defect. The coating should not be peeling! ****, the higher-level manager, told me she was the only manager I could talk to, which I found strange, and put all the responsibility for this flaw on me. I was told I would be fully "liable" for changing the freezer door and also for the technician to come out and assess the defect. I believe that it is the responsibility of Bosch to replace the faulty doors with defective coating. The coating in NOT fingerprint resistant, in the first place. I am happy to take videos and pictures to demonstrate. Finger prints are extremely visible on it. But I do not wash the door with anything, no chemicals. We use a dry soft "dust" cloth that we use on delicate furniture to remove the fingerprints. I have read about this issue online and other people have had the same issue with 800 series and fingerprint resistant coating. Please advise how I can find resolution. Am I expected to keep paying over 1k a year for new doors for this fridge, or is it expected to look like this, even though the aesthetics is the most "expensive" part of this fridge? This is a new fridge that is expected to look good for longer than a year. The fridge was in 3800K price range.

Bosch Describes the lower rack of their recent dishwashers as an engineering failure to product a rack that is the correct width for the stainless steel interior, resulting in plaintive queries all over the Internet for how to fix the problem? Bosch is aware and self describes that following: The lower rack may disengage from the tub rails when the rack is heavily loaded. A fix does exist extended lower rack wheel kit, part number ********, provided that they have not been in stock, nor any other information is available on the potential ship date. They offer no other solution on a fix, and quite frankly could care less. I essentially have a $1000 dollar glass washer as you cannot place more than 6-7 pounds on bottom roller rack without the rack falling and damaging your dishes.

I purchased seven items online from the Bosch Appliance store on January 22, 2022 under the impression that doing so would enable me to receive a rebate of $1,500. The rebate paperwork stated that 1 of 3 items could be a dishwasher (therefore 2 of 6). But that is the lesser of the problems. I received the items November 10, 2022. Worried that I would miss the August 31, 2022 cutoff of the rebate submission, I called Bosch in June 2022 and was assured that the rebate offering would be extended. However, once I filled out the rebate items with the serial numbers, my form was denied for supposedly incorrect serial numbers. I filled out the paperwork again (this time using the option for the ** numbers, see attached) and again received vague descriptions of discrepancies. I am not told (through email or otherwise) what specifically is supposedly incorrect. This entire process is clearly deliberately designed to discourage customers from perusing rebates, especially since there is no recourse of speaking with a human or even a computer about what is wrong with the claim. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the form. I even provided pictures of the numbers along with my mailed submission. Also, the rebate that I am certain to soon be denied again is listed as being $1,000 instead of my expected $1,500. I have no option but to rely on the BBB to help me. I would like to somehow speak with someone at Bosch about receiving my full rebate. Thank you for your time and effort in this matter. It is greatly appreciated. Please see attached for the scanned submitted form that Bosch received and attached to my claim.

We purchased a new Bosch 500 series washer from ********** on October 10, 2022. Please see the attached receipt. We installed it and it ran once. It then showed two error codes, E5 and E17. We visited the Bosch website and selected a Bosch approved service provider who came out on October 31, and said it needed a new inlet valve. He said he'd order the part and be in touch in 5 days. When we hadn't heard from him by Nov. 10, we called him back and his number was no longer in service. His company was also no longer on their website. So we called a new company that was local - and not on their approved list. At this point it had been a month with no working dishwasher. That company said we needed an inlet valve and a new wash motor. At that time, I shared his estimate with Bosch. They stated that we needed to use a Bosch certified repair person, so they created a service authorization for ******* Appliances, an approved vendor. It should be noted that ******* Appliances only comes to our town once a week on Tuesday's. They couldn't get us on their schedule for two weeks. They visited on December 6 and said we needed a new part (not the motor, or the inlet valve). I do not have a written estimate as it was on the Bosch service authorization #.The part was on backorder, and they could not schedule for the repair. The service person finally arrived on Dec. 27, installed the part and it actually made the leak worse and added a loud knocking noise to the mix. He is now ordering an inlet valve (the part he installed was a replacement water inlet). So here we sit on December 28 with no working dishwasher. We paid $1200 (plus a service call fee to the second repair person). So I'm out $1400 and still do not have a dishwasher that works. Bosch customer service is rude, and continues to insist that our only resolution at this point is to wait for the new part, and continue to attempt to repair the machine.I'd like a refund, or a replacement .
