Purchased Bosch fridge in Mar 2022, delivered in Apr 2022. About a month later, noticed lots of noise from the ice maker and water droplets around the ice maker. After requesting a service visit from Bosch in May, a representative came out in June and found "ice maker noise is normal". Shortly after this visit, ice maker stopped working and there was (as still is) an error code "E2" and the lights on the display are not working. I immediately requested a second service, visit which was escalated and scheduled for early July. The evening before service visit in July, Bosch called and unilaterally rescheduled the appointment to Aug 2, 2022--an entire month later. On Aug 2, the technician came out and "Replaced IWS board", tested the unit, which worked at that time. Later that day, the issues returned, there is still error E2 showing, the ice maker is not working, and display lights are not working. I called Bosch to request that they replace the refrigerator under my warranty due to the defects. Several days later, Bosch emailed me and requested that I call them back, which I did. They notified me they are unable to replace the refrigerator because it is still repairable. I spoke to a supervisor and explained my entire situation and history. They still were unable to honor the replacement and the first available appointment is not until Aug 26, which is unacceptable. The supervisor also had the nerve to tell me that a replacement, if approved, takes **** months. I also unsuccessfully requested a refund, and was informed that, if approved, would take months to process. It is now almost the end of summer and I live in an area that still reaches 100+ degrees. The ice maker continues to malfunction and I've have no ice; I cannot wait longer. The primary reason I purchased this specific fridge was the ice maker located on the outside of the fridge door. The fridge is defective and Bosch is in breach of warranty. There is a BBB alert with a pattern of identical complaints.Business Response

Bosch dishwasher almost set my house on fire due to a faulty power cord. I paid my local appliance repairman $125 to address the issue. When he pulled the dishwasher out, the power cord was literally melted and fused to the back of the unit. Bosch refused to consider this part of their current power cord recall, but eventually conceded to have their local repair person come diagnose and take photos after weeks of calling. Weeks later the repair man came and sure enough, the repairman submitted his paperwork that the power cord fried the heat pump and it was indeed a safety issue. Bosch still refused to believe this was covered under their power cord recall but after a month of me calling daily, agreed to cover the repair and issued an authorization number. Then their local repair person fell off the planet. Number disconnected. No reply to emails. I called Bosch to find our recourse and they scheduled an 'official' Bosch person to come a month and half from now. I asked them to just send me a dishwasher and they want a proof of purchase receipt form 2019 even though they have my online product registration! They just can't seem to do the right thing here. This is now 2 months in, daily calls and headaches for a $500 dishwasher! I want a dishwasher and I want reimbursement of the $125 I'm out for my own very attentive, very proficient repairman who could have had this fixed in a day! IIf this is not resolved, we will purchase a new dishwasher and file a suit in small claims court for all costs.Business Response

I bought a new Bosch built in Coffee Machine last year for our new house that we were in the process of building. We purchased it early as appliances were taking a long time to get. The vendor we purchased it from, warehoused it for us until we could occupy the house. Our house was not completed until late January 2022, and we moved in February 1, 2022. We enjoyed the use of the coffee machine for approximately 5-6 weeks, when it stopped functioning. A repairman came and ordered several parts. The parts were delayed and it took 3 1/2 months for them to arrive. When the repairman came out to install the new parts, one of the parts that had been defective in the original machine, came in with the same defect. The repairman documented this and he felt the coffee machine was unrepairable. I have submitted a substantial amount of information to Bosch per their request to document our home occupancy. I have reached out to Bosch numerous times, and I have tried to speak to a supervisor about a refund and on all 3 occasions a call was never returned. It has been extremely disappointing that this did not work out, as we have always enjoyed the quality of Bosch products in the past. We have been going through this process with Bosch since the end of March when we first contacted them regarding repairs, and have found their customer service to be unresponsive to our request for a refund.Business Response

I bought a 48 range stove from thermador. The approximate cost was $14,000. Ive had the stove for a year and a half and have nothing but problems with it. Currently the oven doesnt work at all. From the first week Ive had this range it has not been reliable. There have been approximately 7 service calls to my home for this appliance. They just come replace a mother board over and over again. I have two pending cases for the range. One of which is for replacement. However they wont replace the stove until it has been reviewed by management. Ive been over a month without an oven. Im at my **** end. Purchased Bosch refrigerator/freezer from Lowes for $2600 in June of 2019. Icemaker low output then stopped working March 2022. Paid $300 for repair to Mr. ********* in ********* **. They ordered the icemaker part at same time. Bosch cannot supply the part. I have contact Bosch several times and gotten several dates ( all wrong) that the part will be available. Their email responses have been mostly form emails about supply chain problems, etc. Mr. ********* just contacted me again and said Bosch now says 11/7/22. Having no confidence as Bosch has broken their word several times I am turning to you for help. Thank you.Business Response

I purchased a Bosch refrigerator for $3000. About 1-2 months after I got the fridge the freezer and water stopped working. They came out to fix it and it worked for a bit then the freezer completely stopped working and has defrosted. They sent someone out to fix it and he has been to the house numerous times and can’t fix the problem. I asked for a replacement as the problem started under warranty and they are only offering me discount on a new fridge. This is the email I sent to corporate:My double oven broke April 4, 2022. The first appointment your service department gave me was for June 7, 2022. Two months after it had broken. The tech came, gave me an estimate, and said I would get my next appointment when the part came in. My next appointment was for June 23, and the tech said he had to order another part and would give me another appointment when that part came in. Then I got another appointment for July 5. The tech came and said the couldnt do it and he needed help. He said the original tech had to come possibly with another tech in order to install it. Your service department called me and gave me August 9 with a window of ****. Then I got an email telling me my window was moved to 12-4:45. When I called at 4:30 to find out what was going on, I was told my appointment had been cancelled. I was given another appointment for August 16. I purchased my first Bosch product on May 20th, 2022. It is a 500 series French door and also counter depth. I was told that this was a terrific refrigerator and it had a option that really interested me. That was the fastest making ice maker compared to other makers. My husband has Stage III cancer. His feet and legs swell and we use a lot of ice to keep the swelling down. I thought this was a terrific looking refrigerator, carried the Bosch name and could deliver an unlimited amount of ice. I received my refrigerator the next week. After 3 days the ice maker quit working. I read the manual and there was a suggestion to power off the refrigerator. Which I did. The next day the ice maker was working again. Then, about a week later. The ice maker quit working again. Made an appointment for the Bosch repairman to come out. Which took another week. He got the ice maker going again. Unfortunately, his fix lasted about a week. So, I bought the refrigerator May 20th. 2022. During that time weve had ice for about a week. I contacted the store. The manager was helpful and said, hed talk to his ******** called me and said, Bosch would not replace the refrigerator. He suggested I contact Bosch. After being on hold for 30 minutes, the phone went dead. Anyway I have spoken to the Bosch **************** several times. Today was the first day that someone in **************** was extremely helpful. Her name is ****** and she works out of NC. Before her, I was given the runaround. She had me email my receipt to her and she supposedly set it up with an exchange credit with the store. The last item is that I was questioned by the Bosch repairman if I might a floor model? No, I didnt. However, the unit was made in 4/21. Its extremely frustrating and disappointing that this was my first Bosch purchase and has been a horrible experience. A new ice maker was ordered 6 weeks ago and nothing. At this point. I want a new refrigerator.Business Response

TWO MONTHS ago I requested service for a Bosch Oven Model HG18056UC/1 as the oven had gone out. We had a wonderful rep come out and we need a new brain. We have been waiting for almost 6 weeks for the brain. In checking with Bosch's website I see the same model is being manufactured. My question is if they have brains to manufacturer a new one why can't they send one to repair for a repeat customer? This is totally insane unacceptable behavior.I want my part immediately.Business Response
