      We purchased a Thermador Appliance package in March 21, 2022 and leveraged the Thermador One-Two-Free program which granted us a free Dishwasher with the purchase of a Range, and a free Range Hood and Blower with the purchase of a Refrigerator. The scheduled delivery date was September 1, 2022, which gives Thermador 5 months of lead time on this product. However on August 4, 2022, less than 1 month before the delivery deadline, **** appliance updated the delivery timeline to February 2023 for the blower and May 2023 for the Hood and stated the following:"Thermador is going through major supply issues. Hoods is the biggest concern here. I dont think they will have any hoods release until next YEAR 2023, as they are still trying to find a hood manufacturer partner. At this point Thermador doesnt know the timeline for their hoods. It is beyond our control. At any given point if you want to change or take the credit by all means you have the rights to."There is no way for us to get a refund on the Hood or the Blower on their own, as this was part of a bundle. The savings was a major factor in our decision to purchase Thermador. We are now no longer in a position to switch to a different supplier since we have designed our cabinets around these specifications, but are offered no remedy other than paying out of pocket to secure a different one (**** appliance did offer a $500 credit towards a different hood) but we are losing the **** value of $2999 on the Hood and $899 on the integrated blower. For Thermador to advertise a Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal with complete inability to deliver (known inability to manufacture) is fraudulent and a bait and switch for consumers. I would like Thermador to deliver the product or fair compensation to purchase a similar tier **** replacement.       We purchased a Bosch refrigerator and had it installed 3/31/22. We had issues with the ice maker not making ice in May and called for service. We had an appointment for June 1 however the ice maker started working again and we cancelled that appointment. We've had several similar issues since then with it quitting. We would go through the re-set process and sometimes it worked and others it didn't work for 3 days and then it would start working again. On 8/13/22 it went out again and I called for service. They scheduled a service call for 8/22/22. On 8/22/22 Bosch called and said they had to re-schedule as the technician was not available. It was re-scheduled for 9/1/22. On 9/1/22 Bosch called and said they need to re-schedule for 10/1/22 as a technician was called out on another call. I told her that was totally unacceptable. She said the best she could do was 9/19/22. This product is under warranty and I believe the ice maker is faulty. I want Bosch to figure out what is wrong with our ice maker or replace the refrigerator, in a timely manner.

      Purchased a Bosch dishwasher shx84aaf5n/28 fd011101507 from lowes april 27,2022 installed may 13. It worked for about 8 weeks then **** it wont turn on anymore. Called Bosch they gave me a case # and said call 3 Bosch repair places and it will be under warranty. Call the three and one of them said their contract with Bosch was on hold and the other two did not have a service department anymore. Call #2 to Bosch let them know said places could not help me so now what. I get another case number and they tell me to wait for a call back for another service provider. No call for two days. Call # 3 to Bosch get yet another case number and am told to wait for someone to call to make sure there is no one in my area that can fix my dishwasher. No callfrom Bosch. My call #4 to Bosch Im told to email my proof of purchase to them and they will replace my dishwasher. Wait for a call. I get an email with yet another case number telling me to wait for a call. A week later I decide to call #5 and they tell me that they never confirmed that there was no one to reapair. So I get another case # and they tell me to wait for an email 5 business days. Im tired of Bosch at this point and decide to call lowes where I purchased it. They cant help me because they only stand behind their products for 48 hrs after purchase however the appliance manager called Bosch and all of a sudden they find someone to fix my dishwasher mind you its been a month since I first called Bosch so I called given service repair shop and the recording said he was no longer taking appointments. Called the second number I was given they can come out and look at my dishwasher OCTOBER3!! So that will make two months without a dishwasher with rotting water in the bottom that smells. To say I am not pleased is an understatement. I do not recommend Bosch if you have a warranty service related problem. I have nothing but case numbers and a non working dishwasher!

      Bosch dishwasher SHEM63W56N13 failed after less than 3 years. Initially the dishwasher worked very well. Very good cleaning and drying and very quiet. However at 2 years and 8 months it started giving an error code indicating a water leak at the bottom of the unit. We called our trusted appliance repair company to check it and they said it was a leak in the sump assembly. The repair would cost about $735. Bosch warranty is only 1 year, except for the electronic board which is 3 years. I called and emailed Bosch customer service, whose repeated response was to refer me to their warranty and that they could not give me any information about a possible defect or technical issue with this model or consideration of discounted repair cost due to this early failure without one of their authorized service providers diagnosing the problem at a cost of about $160.

      I received a phone call with a promise to make a service call to repair the dishwasher. This has not been scheduled at this time. I will let you know when this happens and if the repair was in fact performed.

      In July 2021 we purchased a Bosch washer and dryer. By October we have some issues, had a repair person out, by late December 2021 the washing machine would not work at all. We did not move into the unit until September and were out of town December do the machine was only used September-November. We had repair people come out two times before finally they determined that there was a hole in the basin. We did not get this resolved until March 2022. My husband serves in the US military and was away for several week on a re deployment work up and I was very pregnant, managing the household on my own which led to added challenges. The customer service representatives were slow to respond and resolve the issue. I had to pay out of pocket and slept laundry to a laundry mat. I am looking for an extended (5 year) warranty on the new machine and reimbursement ($200) for the out of pocket expenses due to the machine failure, and poor customer service.

      We built a house and ordered our appliances several months before moving in we are now living in our house seven months without a oven. I ordered a Thermidor 48 inch double oven stove combination. It has been 20 months now and they keep postponing it month after month. I dont know what the reason is they just keep giving me excuses. I am very desperate cooking on a hot plate how long can this continue?

      In 2019, I renovated our kitchen and furnished it all with NEW appliances from Thermador. The new appliances were $29,000, including a $3,200 Thermador dishwasher. The dishwasher was the most expensive dishwasher that they make. Soonafter 12 months, the "projector" that displays the **** REMAINING on the floor, quit. A few weeks ago, the dishwasher became inoperable and was throwing an "E15" code on the monitor screen. We called a local appliance repair service (***************) that is authorized to do Thermador repairs for Thermador. They could not get the until to act up on the first 2 visits. For the 3rd visit, we opted for *************** to take the unit back to their shop, so they could monitor until they could get it to act up. After a few days, the technician called and advised that they were able to diagnose a leak in a component called a "ZeoLite Container" (part # ********). I advised the technician to order the part.On 8/14/2022, the technician called me and advised me that the part was on back-order and that I could call Thermador to help chase down the availability date.On 8/14/2022, I called Thermador at ************ and was advised by a Rep that someone would send me an e-mail with an availability date. Since then, I have rec'd no response e-mail from Thermador.I called the Technician at Maple App and advised him that I see the part available when I ****** it. I was advised that none of his 10 suppliers have the part and that he has another customer that has been waiting for the same part # since January-2022.I just called Best Buy and confirmed that several models of dishwashers with ZeoLite technology are readily available for delivery this week. This means that Thermador is getting this part, but is diverting ALL of them to production and making none of them available to consumers in need of a repair. I have a 3 yr old $3,200 dishwasher that is useless and unable to be repaired. This is unacceptable !!!

      November 18 2021 I purchased a Bosch refrigerator from Lowes in ********* ******* In February of 2022 the ice maker stopped working properly and after a few weeks it started making loud knocking sounds, I called for repair and they sent out a technician on 4/21. He informed me he didnt have a new ice makers but would replace a control board to stop the knocking. The knocking resumed after a week and I called Bosch again. They came out on 5/2 and replaced a board and said the ice maker would be in 1st week of August. On 6/23 the ice maker, water dispenser, interior lights and all control buttons on the door went completely dead. At this point we had to call in another Bosch approved repairman, he found water leaking at the top hoses had gone into the panel and shorted the panel, however he said he could not fix anything without the ice maker. Now the icemaker is due to arrive in September????? My wife is a cancer survivor and we both have medication that must be kept refrigerated, we dont know if they are being properly cooled!! Our efforts to speak to a manager have been useless. they dont call back!This is obviously a lemon and we would like it replaced

      We bought a Bosch Refrigerator in April and it just stopped cooling the other day. So i called Bosch because i have warrenty on the fridge and when i called they said no problem we will have someone come out to service and fix it. But then they couldnt find anyone to come out to fix it!!! The 2 companies they had me call to schedule service didnt even know what i was talking about, this is going on a week now and i want my fridge back!!! i have no fridge and i have 2 small children at home!! They told me to keep calling back until it done i shouldnt have to do this! they should take care of me. the ********* i talked to told me they would buy back i do not want to buy back i want it either fixed or replace! there is somewhere around where i live that works on Bosch and i shouldnt have to worry about this being that it is under warrenty! im tired of getting the run around and nobody would like this if it happen to them! all im asking is for good customer service and to be taken care of! Hopefully we can get my fridge fixed and come to a solution. They can call me at ************ My name is ******* thank you!

      This is in reference to complaint ID # ********- **********************. I was given another appointment to repair my oven for 8/9, appointment reference #**********. A repairman neither showed up, nor called.
