      If I had read these reviews, I would never have bought a bosch cooktop. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT IS THE WORST. I had to wait almost an hour on the phone for someone to pickup.Then after waiting a month for the ************, I must now wait a week for the second repair.

      We purchased a Bosch dishwasher model (Silence Plus 48 dBA) which turned out to be a complete lemon. After having it about a year, it started having a major problem where it stops mid-cycle (multiple times per cycle) for most loads for no apparent reason. When it stops, it usually has to be restarted several times to get through the cycle. I have been working with Bosch for over a year to try to get it fixed or replaced. A Bosch authorized service tech came out five times over a period of months, replaced some parts, but was unable to resolve the issue. Since then, Bosch has been giving me the run around, stringing me along that they will replace the machine, but then finding excuses not to. Bosch **************** is terrible and the machine we got is junk. Now Im having to go out and by a new dishwasher because Bosch has refused to keep their promises and stand by their machine.

      New Bosch dishwasher came out of the box doesn't dry at all. Dishes come out soaking wet. Took 3 hours to get in touch with a human on the phone to schedule service. The only way to reach their customer phone line is to wait for hours for a mysterious silent other end to magically answer. Text option doesn't work. Online service scheduling is impossible. Upon inspection, repair guy said the board is defective. So I got a total piece of junk. Will need to have part ordered and come back. The next day got a mysterious email from Bosch that they will arrive on a day of their choice to fix the dishwasher. I have never seen a company select their own service date. So had to do the same dance all over again on the phone to reschedule this appointment that they have selected for me. Again, online rescheduling is not an option. Another 3 hours of my life wasted on Bosch. So how do I bill them for the 6 hours of my time? in conclusion, Bosch makes terrible products and even worse customer service to follow. This company hates its customers and wishes everyone nothing but regret, frustration and stress. I have bought many things and this is by far, the worst company that can exist on earth. It's amazing how it can continue to sell things. Wonder how long it can continue to exist? I give it ZERO star.

      **************** is absolutely terrible! Warranty work took 8 weeks just to come out to the house . My range has not worked since sept 6, 2022 thats almost 4 months. It was less than one year old. Calling Bosch service is such a joke, I have wasted at least 3 hours between 3 phone calls on hold. They have said they are going to replace my range, still waiting, I am so frustrated. I will NEVER buy a Bosch product again!

      BSH has the absolute worst customer service on the planet. I purchased a brand new range 2 months ago. It hasn't worked since day one. The oven cooling fan comes on day and night and wont turn off unless I flip the breaker. The oven has never been used. The salesman from ******* Home Appliance in ************ advised just turn on the breaker when we need to use the oven. We invited 15 guests for Thanksgiving Day. The oven wouldn't turn on. BSH and Thermador completely ruined our Thanksgiving. When I called for a service appointment, I was on hold for literally 5 hours and no one ever came on the phone. This is after spending $5K on a range. I finally went on LinkedIn and trashed BSH. Surprise! someone finally contacted me and helped by providing the same number I was on old for 5 hours. Its like I'm trapped in Thermador/BSH Hell! My salesman called and finally got a service appointment in mid-December. Don't buy Thermador or any other appliances BSH markets. You will be sorry. This is the worst customer service I've ever received. Stay away!

      We have called Thermidor over five times to help fix a brand new dishwasher thats only a month old. Thermidor uses contracted workers; Which means they are not actual Thermidor employees. The first contractor wanted to up charge us on the repair. We reported them to no avail. The second service request call came with another 3rd party contractor. He came over and provided an assessment and we then called Thermidor to set up an appointment the following week The servicemen called us the following week and asked us if we had called to give a green light for the repair - Thermador representatives had failed to contact the technician and subsequently he did not have the parts for the service* wasting time.. Adding criminal insult to injury: the service man decides to verbally up charge us an additional $180 from the initial document of repair for receipt that Thermidor had sent us via email - He kept on repeating that hes going to order parts - I told him do not ordering anything* under the pretense of you being caught manipulating the initial documented price for the repair call. He said he would contact ********* and will call us back and he never did..Here is Thermidor as a corporation that fails to communicate with their third service contract technicians: And we have had two contracted technicians all quietly tryingto up charge us every time we had a call for repair..This ************** has no intention of upholding any type of service in our good country. - ****** zie failure We are still waiting for service Now the caveat seems to be if we receive service from Thermador* the likelihood of them sending the same service men that tried to up charge us is again high in probability.Catch 22 - Poor corporate exercises in communication and also allowing blatant criminal up charging from 3rd party reps * while under their corporate watch: is a call enough for a proper consumer audit.       Worst in the world been waiting 2 months for my dishwasher to be fixed and still waiting
