    Scam Alert! Shady business practices, buyer beware! The sales rep will call you and tell you to try the item risk-free. Pay the invoice and if you don't like it they will send you a partial rebate.
    However, this does not conclude your business with them. They then send you future product and invoices despite you NOT requesting or ordering additional products. When you call to dispute they claim they told you all about timhos and they threaten to send you to collections. This is their racket. The invoice was nearly $1,000. Then they will not send you a return label to ship their product back to them until you allegedly pay 20% of the invoice. The email I received was asking more like 50% of the invoice.
    They have no Google reviews for a reason. You are better off going with a number of better reputable ink companies. I'm handing this over to my company's attorney and reaching out to the attorney general of both my state and their state. This is deceptive business practices.

    Been ordering the ultra high yield compatible cartridges from Infinity Ink for more than a year now for several of our company's Brother printers that are not under contract. Sometimes compatibles can be touch and go but I've only had to return a cartridge or two and we purchase alot! When I have had to make a return, the customer service department was very easy to work with and replaced the product quickly. I'm looking forward to being able to buy the ink for my HP printers here as well, once the ink program I'm caught up in is over. I cannot stand being held hostage to have to buy OEM cartridges only. As a consumer, I should be able to decide who and where I want to buy from. Anyways, if you like to buy compatibles, give them a shot.

You are better off going with a number of better ***utable ink companies.
