      In May 2025, I returned a defective hummingbird feeder to Birdfy following the return instructions provided to me after working with their chat support. I used the ***** return label they supplied and also notified their team via the existing support email thread, as instructed.Since sending the return, I have received no further communication from the company regarding the status of my return or a replacement. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, there has been no acknowledgment or update.For reference, I have saved the chat history and email correspondence, which clearly document the return process and my communication efforts.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Birdfy due to unresolved issues with two of their products and their lack of follow-through on promised refunds.I received two Birdfy feeders as gifts: one hummingbird feeder and one standard bird feeder with a camera. The hummingbird feeder stopped working within 8 months. Despite being sent two replacements, neither functioned properly. I was assured I would receive a refund for this item.While attempting to resolve the hummingbird feeder issue, the bird feeder camera also stopped workingwithin six months of use. Although Birdfy sent a replacement, I never opened it, as I was again promised a refund.Throughout this process, I have submitted receipts and device ID numbers multiple times. I have exchanged over 100 emails with Birdfy support, and they continue to ask for the same information repeatedly. No return label has ever been provided, and no refund has been issued, despite their clear promises to do so.Both devices were covered under a 2-year warranty and failed within 6 to 8 months of normal use. The handling of this matter has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming.I am seeking your assistance in obtaining the refund that Birdfy has promised for both products.Sincerely,****** ******

      I purchased and received a camera bird feeder. This feeder was inoperable and did not function properly. I requested customer service or replacement. Was told to wait ***** hours for a call. I never received. I called back and when through the same conversation and was told I would receive a call in ***** hours. The called never came but an email did saying they would be sending a new replacement. The replacement came and does not work properly. Different issue. They just want to fix and or try to replace but it is not working. I just want my money back

      The product never worked and they keep promising a replacement and just keep putting me off week after week after week with promises that will be sent in 24/48 hours and this has been going on for over a month.

      I purchased two items from Birdfy/Netvue on 12/29/2024; a ************ Panel and a Birdfy Anti-Scattering Seed Cover, at a cost of $53.72. On 1/4/2025, I received an email that the items had shipped; as of 4/8/2025, nothing has arrived. On 2/1/2025, I called and messaged about the lack of delivery. They said the shipment was still out for delivery, and that they would not cancel or refund the order until it was delivered. On that same day I received an email saying We will confirm the latest status of your package with the logistics provider and get back to you within 1-3 business days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to contact us.I have received no such confirmation, and indeed zero communication since this message was sent committing to communication within 1-3 business days. It has been over 80 days since I paid for this product, and I feel I have done what is reasonable to report the withheld items to the company.

      Ordered (confirmed) 11/29/2024 with the promise it would arrive before Christmas. Shipped email received 12/12/2024. Clicked the link, no record. 12/23/2024- still no record so I reached out the them. received new tracking link which showed it had successfully passed customs and was in a processing facility in my state. Excellent. 12/30, still no movement since 12/23 so I email again. No reply.1/2/2025, um hello?? I email again. no reply. Sent message on messenger and received a new tracking from *******?!? via ****. New estimated delivery 1/6. 1/6- no package. We had a snow storm so thats fine, Ill give it a couple days. 1/9- checked **** tracking for an update- unpaid postage, package will not be delivered. Once again I message them, blissfully unaware that now two packages are undelivered- we are in contact with **** to resolve it. Thank you for your patience. 1/11- still no update so I had to reach out to them for how they are resolving it. Hello. After communicating with ****, we have discovered that the package has been lost and cannot be delivered at this time. We will rearrange the shipment. We appreciate your understanding during this time. We will confirm the tracking number, and estimated delivery time with the logistics team as soon as possible.1/13- still no update so I reach out again. I get a tracking number from ****** shipping this time and estimated delivery for tomorrow.1/14- No delivery. Delivery attempted. Then This package is being delivered by another carrier.I reached out to Birdfy again, they told me the delivery had been attempted it unsuccessful and I had to reach out to ****** myself. I had other deliveries made same day and my house is very accessible. They also said **** Burnie which is not my address.

      Birdfy Netvue products purchased are not reliable, stable and customer service does everything they can to upset the customer and delay replacement or refund. No resolution has been adequate including replacement products because they simply dont work. Additionally, customer service is in the *********** so naturally there is a language and understanding of issues. These barriers and lack of communication between the customer and corporate office have left us with $1000s of dollars of lost money and dozens of inoperable feeders and security cameras. Others should be made aware of the circumstances before they purchase from this company based in *****.

      On November 11, 2024, I purchased the Birdfy Birdfeeder 2 Pro from the website ********** which is owned by Netvue. I paid $216.69. It didnt work with the internet strengths in the location we wanted it so we wanted to return it. On November 28, 2024, I emailed the support email on the website to proceed to return for refund as it directs you to do on the website. They responded the same day with more information on how to try to make it work, and if it still doesnt, to respond back with the camera number. We did their recommendations without success. On November 29, 2024, I sent a picture of the camera number via email. On December 1, 2024, we were sent instructions of how to return the item via Fed-Ex. On December 4, 2024, the package was sent via Fed-Ex by label provided by customer support, with tracking number ************. The package was tracked and delivered on December 9, 2024. Since receiving the instructions on December 1, 2024, I have not received a refund or had response from any communication. I sent an email on December 11, 2024, then gave ***** knowing it was holidays. I called on December 30, 2024, and there is no longer a live representative but a voicemail. I left a message with information and my contact details. I sent another email on January 7, 2025 and January 9, 2025. I called on January 10, 2025, and received the voicemail again. They have taken down their live chat feature. Under refunds it states: -Orders placed from November 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, can be returned by January 31, 2025.Step 1: To start a return request, please reach out to our customer service team by sending an email to [email protected] 2: Once your return request has been accepted, we will promptly provide you with return instructions and arrange for either a refund or replacement.Step 3: We require that you ship the product back to us within 10 days of receiving return instructions.All was followed. Id like more than a refund at this point.

      the video birdfeeder we ordered did Not sync with our WiFi so we need to return it. i sent the appropriate serial number of the camera, as i was asked to do by customer support. we of course need to return the whole unit and extras we ordered with it. this was Jan 4. i have yet to receive any correspondence from this company. not only that, ive tried to contact them 3 times because we will be leaving next week for several weeks and obviously need to return this before we leave. im just seeking to return this so i can get my money back and am having no luck via phone or email. please advise or help, if you can

      I ordered a product from Netvue, who agreed to deliver it by Christmas. On January 6th I called to find out where it was. I was told they ran into inventory issues and it would be delivered in late January. Nobody contacted me to advise of this and we entered into an agreement when I ordered it, to have it delivered by Christmas. Since they knew there were issues and failed to resolve it or give me time to find my mom a new present, I believe they are in the wrong.
