    Ordered 2 Orb Cams and 2 micro SD Cards and 2 Power Adapters and 2 Wall Mounts.Cameras arrived quickly and included Power Adapters. The other items were allegedly sent separately but I never received the Wall Mounts. I do not need the 2 Power Adapters since they were included in box with Cameras (although not stated on web site), never received the Mounts, and have since realized the price charged for the two SD cards was almost 100% more than others (Charged me $42; can buy for $24)

    Product was a christmas gift and the camera has failed. it is claimed to be under warranty. Despite multiple attempts the company continues to ask the same questions. We have attempted to contact them by email and phone. Both have not worked.

    Netvue is a security *************** I have been trying to make changes to my account . Their webpage does not recognize my email address. I have tried contacting them via their site. I am getting no response. I am concerned that they have been hacked, which would be very bad for a security camera company. They continue to take monthly debits from my account. I should be able to contact ANY company that is doing that.

    I purchased a Netvue bird feeder for my Mom for Christmas. I purchased this product on 12/09/2022 for $209.99. I celebrate Christmas in the new year with my Mom. Once she opened it, we gave it a try and unfortunately her phone was not compatible with the device. We did not install this device but simply just tried to connect. We sought out the company numerous times for a return slip/refund. We did not receive a response. She and I e-mailed several different times their customer support. All without a response, until I e-mailed saying I was in contact with both my bank and soon to be in contact with the BBB. They responded with what seemed to be a robotic response "Dear,The package has sent out to you, and has delivered successfully.Here is the tracking number - 1Z62X7940320079334, sent by UPS.Best Regards,Netvue Shop" We did not ask for delivery or tracking, we reached out for a return slip and a refund. Neither have been given and it's been almost 2 months of trying to contact this company. All I'm asking for is a refund and I am happy to return this package. Thank you for your help!

    This camera was given as a gift so I can't give any details as to purchase. I would be happy to have the company respond to me about fixing the faulty equipment. They so not respond to my calls.

    On December 18, 2022 I ordered a Birdfy Birdfeeder with Solar Panel and Hummingbird feeder attachment. As of January 24, ***************************************** solar panel. My credit card was charged $255.99 on the day I placed the order. I contacted the company on January 14, 2023 through email and chat. The customer service agent named *** told me my order would be escalated to Level 2 and I would hear from someone within 24 hours. It has now been nine days since I have contacted customer service and I still have not heard from anyone from this company. I try to call the phone number and all I get is a busy signal. Further attempts to engage someone on the 24/7 chat line have gone unacknowledged. I did receive the humming bird attachment but what good is that if there is nothing to attach it to???!!! When I try to track the shipment through their "Shop" tracking App, it says my order has been delivered but I have not received anything except the hummingbird attachment which is currently useless. Customer service for this company is non-existent.

    I purchased a gift from NETVUE for the holidays. The person I purchased the item from was not going to be able to use the item so I immediately reached out with the company to process a return.ITEM PAID FOR WITH AFFIRM 1/9/23. Got an automated response from Zendesk Bot when asking about policy to return.1/10/23. Got an automated response from Zendesk Bot when asking about policy to return.1/11/23. Got a reply from NOYA @ Netvue asking "Why" I wanted to return the item & wanting Order #.1/11/23. Got a replay from *** @ Netvue saying my request would be forwarded to "Level 2 Team" - Said they would be back in touch with me via email - Also asked why I would be returning the item. I responded with information.1/18/23. Had been 1 week since I heard from company. I resent all information INCLUDING the tracking number for ***** as I had returned the item (to be delivered by 1/19/23). ***** Shipping #************.1/18/23. Got an automated response from Zendesk Bot.1/20/23. Tried to Chat with Netvue. No response.1/20/23. Got a reply from *** @ Netvue saying I needed to "share more information about my concern." I resent information for the 4-5th time!1/21/23. Reached out to the **************** team. Got this response: "Hi''Thank you for your email, you have reached the mailbox of Netvue. I am currently off work with limited access to email, I will be back in the office tomorrow and will reply to your email within 24 hours. Please contact another agent via live chat if you have urgent matters. Thank you for your understanding! Best regards, Netvue"1/23/23. I received notice from AFFIRM that my 4 payments to Netvue had been paid in full.1/23/23. Sent another email to Netvue - received automated response.Here's what I have been sending them in every correspondence (regardless if it's via email or chat)This item has been returned to you.***** Shipping #************.Just ************ was delivered to your Offices on Thursday, 1/19. (Your Agent's gave me the instructions on where to send the Item too.)Looking for a full refund. Order #*******-29877 Total = $244.99 I am putting in a formal complaint with the BBB and any other online corporation that I can - I have also sent a letter to AFFIRM asking that they do not do future business with a company that doesn't support their customers.     Placed an order for the Birdfy bird feeder on 12/26/22 at a cost of $239.00. It was birthday gift to be delivered to my sister and with a ***** day ship... plenty of time. Order confirmed by email. 1/10 sent email re tracking #. Netvue confirmed it had shipped stated they would send me a tracking number. Never came. I emailed... called... left messages... told them I would need to report it and stop payment if I did not hear from them. .. silent!I have reported them to my credit card company and found similar reports here ********************************************************** Shady.

    Date of transaction: January 9th, 2023 Amount paid: $104.01 Business committed to provide an additional solar panel and provided a tracking number that did not work. Order number: ***** Tracking number provided: UG855228845YP I have made several documented attempts to reach the company with either no response at all, or a response of "I will escalate the situation" and no one reaches out. I was provided a tracking number that does not work. They have acknowledged that they owe me an additional solar panel.
