      Invoice number 9480654A-0004 Date of issue November 4, 2022 Customer: **************** I signed up for a subscription with Netvue for camera recording. The company bills me every year and it is impossible to unsubscribe. Their telephone goes to voicemail every single time. The website doesn't allow me to log in to any account.Nobody answers by email. I will have to cancel my credit card.

      I ordered Netvue OrbCam in March 2022 directly from Netvue website and product arrived in June 2022. It did not work so I contacted customer service and worked with representative who was not helpful. I had other responsibilities********************************************************* I reach back out to Netvue customer service for a replacement or refund of the product. I got the run around and still my device did not work. I would like a refund of the product that I received which never worked.
