      On December 18, 2022 I ordered a Birdfy Birdfeeder with Solar Panel and Hummingbird feeder attachment. As of January 24, ***************************************** solar panel. My credit card was charged $255.99 on the day I placed the order. I contacted the company on January 14, 2023 through email and chat. The customer service agent named *** told me my order would be escalated to Level 2 and I would hear from someone within 24 hours. It has now been nine days since I have contacted customer service and I still have not heard from anyone from this company. I try to call the phone number and all I get is a busy signal. Further attempts to engage someone on the 24/7 chat line have gone unacknowledged. I did receive the humming bird attachment but what good is that if there is nothing to attach it to???!!! When I try to track the shipment through their "Shop" tracking App, it says my order has been delivered but I have not received anything except the hummingbird attachment which is currently useless. Customer service for this company is non-existent.

      Placed an order for the Birdfy bird feeder on 12/26/22 at a cost of $239.00. It was birthday gift to be delivered to my sister and with a ***** day ship... plenty of time. Order confirmed by email. 1/10 sent email re tracking #. Netvue confirmed it had shipped stated they would send me a tracking number. Never came. I emailed... called... left messages... told them I would need to report it and stop payment if I did not hear from them. .. silent!I have reported them to my credit card company and found similar reports here ********************************************************** Shady.

      I purchased a gift from NETVUE for the holidays. The person I purchased the item from was not going to be able to use the item so I immediately reached out with the company to process a return.ITEM PAID FOR WITH AFFIRM 1/9/23. Got an automated response from Zendesk Bot when asking about policy to return.1/10/23. Got an automated response from Zendesk Bot when asking about policy to return.1/11/23. Got a reply from NOYA @ Netvue asking "Why" I wanted to return the item & wanting Order #.1/11/23. Got a replay from *** @ Netvue saying my request would be forwarded to "Level 2 Team" - Said they would be back in touch with me via email - Also asked why I would be returning the item. I responded with information.1/18/23. Had been 1 week since I heard from company. I resent all information INCLUDING the tracking number for ***** as I had returned the item (to be delivered by 1/19/23). ***** Shipping #************.1/18/23. Got an automated response from Zendesk Bot.1/20/23. Tried to Chat with Netvue. No response.1/20/23. Got a reply from *** @ Netvue saying I needed to "share more information about my concern." I resent information for the 4-5th time!1/21/23. Reached out to the **************** team. Got this response: "Hi''Thank you for your email, you have reached the mailbox of Netvue. I am currently off work with limited access to email, I will be back in the office tomorrow and will reply to your email within 24 hours. Please contact another agent via live chat if you have urgent matters. Thank you for your understanding! Best regards, Netvue"1/23/23. I received notice from AFFIRM that my 4 payments to Netvue had been paid in full.1/23/23. Sent another email to Netvue - received automated response.Here's what I have been sending them in every correspondence (regardless if it's via email or chat)This item has been returned to you.***** Shipping #************.Just ************ was delivered to your Offices on Thursday, 1/19. (Your Agent's gave me the instructions on where to send the Item too.)Looking for a full refund. Order #*******-29877 Total = $244.99 I am putting in a formal complaint with the BBB and any other online corporation that I can - I have also sent a letter to AFFIRM asking that they do not do future business with a company that doesn't support their customers. Order number: ***** Tracking number provided: UG855228845YP I have made several documented attempts to reach the company with either no response at all, or a response of "I will escalate the situation" and no one reaches out. I was provided a tracking number that does not work. They have acknowledged that they owe me an additional solar panel.

      I purchased the Netvue Bird Feeder AI along with the Hummingbird Attachment. After reaching out multiple times via email as there's no other way to contact customer service, I was told that my shipment was delayed as the item I purchased was out of stock; I was only told the item was out of stock after I completed the purchase. I was then informed that my package was delivered, great! However, I found that the package ONLY contained the Hummingbird Attachment and the actual bird feeder/camera is not included with my shipment. I've continued to reach out with no resolve and I've not received an update on the bird feeder which is the (more) important part of my package. I'll likely be contacting the ************************* as I'm unable to reach anyone at the company and would not recommend purchasing any product from this company.

      On December 14, 2022 I ordered a Netvue Video Bird Feeder from Netvue's website. The total was $283.48 and Netvue's website stated it would arrive before Christmas 2022. My order # is 35750.It's now January 18th 2023 and I still have not received my order. I have sent emails and left messages on their customer service line that nobody answers. I have not received any response yet.

      I was gifted a Netvue Birdfy Bird feeder for Christmas. It's costly and only worked for one week. I tried contacting support, you can only contact them by chat or email. They do not answer the phone or return calls. I went through all instructions to try and resolve the issue (it will not charge). I just want a FULL replacement. Not a camera that I have to take the birdfeeder apart to install. It's a week old! **************** is non existent!

      We ordered a smart "Birdify" bird feeder, with camera, solar panel, and AI capability on November 26, 2022. We paid $244.99 USD, which for us in ****** is over $300. In December, only the solar panel arrived. We began contacting the company through support chat on their website. At first it seemed the issue would be resolved, they answered the chat promptly, and we were told the issue would be escalated to the level 2 team. We received an email from level 2, with a tracking number. It showed us package that said it had been delivered... on the day we received the solar panel. We contacted support again, by replying to the email and then later by website chat again. We explained that we did receive the package for that tracking number, but it only contained the solar panel. We were told they wanted to resolve the issue, and asked for an alternative address because we have a ** Box. This doesn't make sense, since they were obviously able to send the solar panel to the ** Box, but we want to work with them so we provided an alternative address.Since then, there have been no updates. I have tried calling the phone number available on the website repeatedly. The recording states no agents are available and asks me to leave a message with my name an email address, which I have done. My husband and I have both tried contacting them on website support chat again, but they don't answer unless you start again from a new device, restarting the process, leading nowhere.We would really like to receive the feeder, it was supposed to be a Christmas present. If they are not able to fulfill the order, obviously we will need our money back. Either in full, which we understand *** involve returning the (still sealed) solar panel, or less the cost of the solar panel.

      Ordered on 11/27/22. I have not received the item. Nobody is answering phone calls, emails,********* messages, etc. They charged my credit card for something that I have not received. The app marked the item as shipped yet has no tracking information.

      I ordered this product November 25, 2022. I received confirmation and my credit card was charged. I received an email stating that the product have been shipped. There is no tracking number. I contacted the company no fewer than 20 times I received one email that said the product had not been shipped and nothing else, I have left messages and emails and demanded a refund on the product because it is clear to me. The product is lost or is never going to ship. I have an order number see attachment I have a charge to my credit card see attachment but there are numerous ignored messages to the company with no resolution. In fact today the company sent me an email asking me to review the product a product that I never received . I want an immediate refund I do not believe this company exists and if it does it's in ***** and there is no customer service. There is no product tracking and I'm definitely sure there will be no product quality if a product even does exist. I want a refund.
