    I bought the Birdfy nest. Right out of the box it needed a firmware update. Update kept getting stuck at 60%. Finally got a hold of support who asked if I would be willing to try a firmer update via ** card which they would ship to me. I hesitantly said yes because its nesting season. Im already late in the game getting it set up. It took almost a month for me to receive the ** card And the issue still remained. I contacted support immediately who asked me to send a bunch of documentation which they could easily pull up with my email address. I waited an entire week and heard absolutely nothing. I sent another email asking for an update only to be told that they never received my first email. So I sent screenshots with the time stamp showing that I had sent them something a week ago and havent heard a thing at this point Im out 200 bucks plus Ive missed the season. Ive been waiting so anxiously for with this product. support is useless and the product is clearly c*** since this issue has been reported by multiple buyers.

    Ordered single surveillance unit. Nowhere does it say it cannot be downloaded to a pc. I found this out after downloading all my info with pmt. numbers as well. I do not own a cell phone, and when I called to cancel the order for svc., the person was rude and pretty much told me "too bad". I said I had no cellphone, and he replied "I guess you better get one". Description says it will take an SD card and leads you to believe it can be used in a pc. Cannot access the svc. without cell. I was refused a cancellation, and they have been billing my card every month, knowing full well they have provided not even one second of svc. to me. The person emailed me asking for email address that he obviously already had. Demanded my full bank statement, not just the parts where I was being charged by them. I deserve a FULL REFUND on basis that they have not provided any svc and cannot. My bank said that Netvue has the deductions set up so they cannot be blocked by my bank. Will be sending complaint to Atty. **** of CA as well.

    I am trying to return accessories. First response was a bulk email in which the company shared personal information. "Dear customer, We are sorry to say that it cannot get return as the product has been shipped."The second email was an apology with ***** return instructions.And yet another email with a different address requesting "freight charges" and asking for my Paypal account to process the refund.I called the customer service number only to have to leave my phone number. When I finally spoke to someone, it was to be told that someone would email me. Awful "customer service."

    Tech support ghosted me after initial pleasant chatbox conversation. One month later, after following their directions, cameras still broken. ****** bird feeder gift is trashcan bound soon. Contacted Apr. 4, 16, 21 and May 13. Bad return policy, bad support, bad communication. This was a pleasant gift that turned into a nightmare.

    I currently have several Netvue products, from Birdfy Bird Feeders to a stand alone camera with a solar panel. I enjoy bird watching and their products make sure I don't miss seeing any of the birds. Everything was easy to set up and only took a few minutes. I recently purchased the Birdfy Hummingbird feeder and was impressed with the quality. I also had this up and running in a few minutes. **************** has been wonderful. I've had to contact them a few times and they've always gotten back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. They have been great!

    I also have had no issues with Netvue in the past year of owning one of their products. I received the Birdfy Birdfeeder as a gift from my Husband and Children and it has been fantastic. One time there was a video issue but they were prompt to respond and rectify the system issue. It's technology, it glitches sometimes but their quick response was the key. The images of birds are crysal clear, the bird identification is spot on and as I mentioned the customer serviced needed was swift and wonderful. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys viewing birds and wildlife (we've caught several possums and racoons even enjoying our feeder at night).

    I have had a positive experience with Netvue, their products work well, I own multiple devices with no complaints or issues. Customer support has always been very prompt and helpful.

    I've had nothing but an excellent experience with Netvue. I own two of their quality products and have been very happy with them. I have also had a great experience when I have had to reach out to their support, they are quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

    Having issues connecting a Netvue Solar Panel to my Birdfy feeder. Tried to email on company website using their form. It does not work. Called the Customer Support number, waited on hold forever. Finally left a message. No call back. Sent info via email to the email indicated. No response. Very much regretting my purchase. Customer support is non-existent.
