    Order in early Dec and still not shipped. Have asked for updates and have not received a response. Very disappointed as it was a gift. Would really like an update.

    Netvue Upgraded Birdfy Lite Camera is a great little camera to use, received it quickly from the online store and they answered all my questions immediately on ******** and their app. The directions were clear and concise and after the initial charging of the product it was up and running in less than ten minutes. The pictures are beautiful and you feel like you are with the birds eating with them. The app picked up asap and it is quick to process the videos and what a great watch..This little camera is a great animal watcher and you could even place it in more places to animal watch because of the bendable adjustable bracket gives you a wider array of coverage. The battery seems to hold up strongly as well. Looking forward to more fun with this camera.***************************

    I have now purchased a handful of accessories from Netvue for my Netvue Birdify camera feeder including a pole to hold the camera system in my yard. I've been consistently pleased with the quality of the products, communication from the NetVue team, as well as the performance of my Netvue Birdify Camera system which I use to do some casual birdwatching in my yard. I would recommend these products to anyone.

    I got last year for Christmas have enjoyed it. When something was broken they sent replacements. Being a disabled veteran who sometimes cant go outside have enjoyed watching the visitors to feeder only problem I have is with squirrels.

    I have had nothing but positive experiences with Netvue. Ive always received quick responses from support staff and the company has been very attentive to any concerns. The products are excellent. Highly recommend!

    I have received and highly recommend their product, Netvue Birdfy feeder with a solar panel. The solar panel keeps the feeder charged 100% of the time and the feeder takes amazing videos! Their customer service is second to none. They will work with you until the situation is fixed and usually replace product parts that break for free. Highly recommended!

    I have nothing about positive words for this company. I have ordered several products from them and received them all as expected. The birdfy nest had a delay, but that was expected as it was a Kickstarter. They had clear communication throughout the process and the final product is amazing!! Their customer support is top notch! They stand strongly behind their products. I have nothing negative to say about this amazing company. I now own 4 of their products!

    I've bought several products from this company and I highly recommend. They have always went above and beyond to fix any issues I may had. Even when it wasn't their fault. Such as an animal broke my antenna. They replaced my birdfy. Most companies would not do that since it was not at fault of the product. **************** has always been so helpful. I also love all of the cameras I have bought from them.

    Placed an order Dec 1 and never received any email confirmation but my card was charged. Upon contacting customer service they could provide no information but told me they'd have someone from their Tier 2 team contact me within ***************************************************************************************************************** tracking information available. After contacting them a 4th time I was given the same explanation that they could not provide any info but promised it had shipped. I finally had to contact my credit card provider to cancel the charge. I feel this was a scam and they never attempted to ship me anything.
