    This is my second review. I dont know why this company is not considered a SCAM. All they need to do is send my money back to they *** and they are just holding it in they account. They hang ** in your face after holding for hours. No one ever has an answer! They just run you in circles to make you wait longer and longer. I asked them to send my refund back to the *** in April when I called in June they still hadnt did so and when I called in ************ September guess what they STILL havent. I dont understand the problem its not yall money. Yall are crooks. This has to be considered stealing. I received one email after sending about 10 and when I responded no one ever responded back that was two months ago. This company is ridiculous and need to be sued.

    They took me for over 9 grand. People do crazy things over money. I warned them not to mess with me. I have cancer. Nothing to lose lol you want to f*** me out of 9 grand you need it that bad. You think the *** would help or TurboTax. God help both companies. Here I come all you had to do was send me my hard earned money. All this could have been avoided.

    **************** is poor. Proper accountability and resolve has not been a priority with this bank. Have been waiting 6 months for a tax return check. Have blocked me from being able to call in to inquire about my case. Has made me fill out several forms to no avail. Was told false information like we were mailed out checks on 4 different occasions but has yet to receive any check. Only response was by auto generated email system. I have requested a callback from a supervisor or manager to no avail. We've requested a certified check for reassurance of delivery no avail. I've sent multiple emails request proper and swift resolution or have contact with a case manager only to be ignored. We've requested several different possible avenues of resolve such as site print check, direct deposit and or certified mail, or possibly mailing to tax preparer. Last contact with a rep from the bank on my part was on 8/2 in which I was instructed to resend a form on phone with a rep. ***** was sent on 8/17 informed us that a check was mailed out on 8/10 were in ********* ** and the check comes from Santa Barbara **********. As I previously stated this is the 4th check said to be mailed to us without us receiving any check.

    EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I've called MANY times and after holding on for over an hour sometimes, someone answers and PRETEND that it disconnects. I can tell by that they were instructed to do that! Some of them had bad acting skills!...lol They are taking money from my company by way of enrolling me in programs that I DID NOT sign up for! I am VERY upset and am poised to call the police and report them by months end if they do not respond to my inquiry!~******************

    I'm a tax professional who uses their bank for my software ( quick links) I've been reaching out since may and I'm still owed over 70k . This is my business my lively hood and TPG robbed me and failed to correct it . Here we are in August and i'm finally filing a lawsuit . I really don't recommend this bank i think meta bank is the route for all tax professionals

    No type of score in this case would be valid for the TPG Company (SBTPG). My amended refund was sent on July 15, 2022 to SBTPG, reflecting in the system on July 19, 2022, IRS notifies me that I have to wait 5 days able to reflect in my bank account (*****). On July 25, I called SBTPG to get information about what happened and they replied that I had to wait only 3 days for the refund to be sent to my bank. On July 29, I called them again and they told me to wait until Monday (August 1, 2022). On August 2, 2022, I called again and they told me that they needed identity verification and they provided the email thus sending my documents without any success since they never received the information, at that case I decided to send it through the SBTPG website accepting my case with the reference number and closing it since according to them the front of my identification was not visible, on August 4, 2022 I sent the documentation again and called the bank to verify if everything was correct, clarifying that everything was in order, that same day they gave me my case number and sent it for review, I called again to find out how long the process took, informing me that on Saturday or Monday at the latest my refund would be in my ***** bank account, arrived on Monday, August 8, 2022, I called them first thing in the morning and they told me to wait until 9 am that my deposit was going to be reflected, p I called at 9 a.m. because my refund never arrived and they told me to wait until August 10 at the end of working hours since it was a fixed day and time that they would send my money, which never came, calling them twice consecutively and they gave me the information that now I have to wait 7 days so that they can review my identity documents and after being reviewed wait 7 more days so that they can refund my money to the ***** bank. Today, August 10, I am looking for a place (SHELTER) for me and my kids

    I have to even give this company ONE STAR! We have tried since April to receive our income tax return from this terrible company. We used a tax preparer and everything got approved and sent out to this company. We have tried THREE Different times to fill out affidavits to receive our check that we desperately need for our family of 5! 5 emails wanting proof of the checks being sent and gone unanswered. Call and talk to many different employees and have expressed our frustration to be hung up on. At this point I believe it is a refusal of payment. This company is holding over *********!!! Of our money. And of course the one who prepared our taxes has got her money, while we are left with no help. TPG seems like they do not care and no one can hold them responsible. I was devastated to get on this site and see people have been struggling with this for over a year. Does not give me hope. They keep confirming my address but refuse to give proof of the checks actually being sent. May need to go the legal way at this point. If possible avoid this company! What terrible customer service and was a terrible company. I hope someone does something about this company.

    I filed Feb. 16th 2022 with turbo tax. They said my expected refund would be direct deposited to my account on March 23rd, 2022, in which case it wasn't. I finally found out thru Credit Karma that SBTPG was holding onto my refund. So I called them. And as of today I had sent 3 Intertinment Bonds. That means I had to cancel each of those checks and start over cause I had never received any of them. I talked to them today. And they said I requested to have my refund sent back to the *** and check back at the end of the month for any updates. This has been nothing but a s*** show. Never in all my years of filing thru turbo tax have I ever had this problem. Seriously ****** off cause I depend on my tax return. I have 3 kids and I'm close of getting evicted from my home. I want SBTPG to pay me my refunds thru direct deposit today or I will find an Attorney and file a lawsuit against them. I'm tired of all this run around c***

    **************** hung up on me. It took 4 days and numerous hang *** after waiting for hours. Im currently still on hold three days now
