  For some unknown reason my tax refund was sent to this company. They have had it for some time. I have called several time to only get the automated voice. They seem to have technical difficulties to be able to talk to a human. They have also deducted over $150.00 from my refund. The automated voice tells me my refund will be in my account in two days which was over a month ago I am filing a complaint with the BBB to see if they can get some results. This refund is for tax year 2021, so they have held it for over eight months.

  Same issue as every one else not receiving my return but being told I did. Being on hold for over two hours customer service refusing to transfer me to a supervisor forcing me to take a call back that never came. They refuse to communicate with ***** though ***** was open to communication stating that a quick phone call with each other could settle promptly. I notice many people have been waiting much long than me. Nevertheless my return was said to be in my possession in Mid August. I'm a looking to see who regulates them to hopefully initiate an investigation.

  TPG SBB&T has stolen my tax return this year!! The *** issued a Wire Trace on my refund money and they still havent returned the funds but posted on my account that they funds were "RETURNED TO ***". Lies, Lies & more lies!! This company or hoard of Theifs have had my hard earned money since Feburary 2, 2022. They place u on hold for hours, Tell u ANYTHING to get u off the call, Check in the mail, couple more days,etc and if the lies no longer work they just HANG UP on u. I have literally "Mad-Cryed" a couple times when they make it impossible to get any truth. The *** have now issued a @nd trace in order to get to bottom of things but I am not hopefull at this point for either of them . I was told a trace takes around four months or longer and with this second one, the clock stated all over again. I will NEVER use this service EVER AGAIN! Its now almost time to file again, fingers crossed We all get this years money , & to all of u guys like me out there... If anyone wants to build a suit, Count me In.

  SBTG issued my refund check over $5000 was stolen from me in April. I cannot talk to anyone at SBTG after being on hold for 5 hrs multiple times my calls get dropped and a representatative doe not answer my email inquiries. I contacted the *** who stated ************ issued me a check and I have to go through Civista to refund my check. I called ******* who transferred me back to SBTG line and my call was dropped again. SBTG are crooks and scam artists who pray on tax payers & steal refunds. I would love to file a class action lawsuit with others that have had tax returns stolen by ****. They don't even rate as one star. 0 stars! This group are thieves. Class action lawsuit!

  This business is refusing to give me my tax return. They answer the call then pretend that they can't hear, then block you form calling. I am most defiantly getting my attorney involved, and I want my fees returned as well.

  I have been a ERO OVER 6 years and this has been the worst year ever. They have held funding in my account For over a month and they are having issues to release my deposit. How is that possible, *** never comeback to this bank again.

  This for sure is a racket. There's no way I would have paid for any kind of an advance payment or sped up payment on my refund but somehow between TurboTax and these shysters I paid $168 on $1,000 refund just for them to who knows what. Really disappointed in TurboTax that it interfaces with this kind of shyster organization.

  They tell you they will mail a check and you will never received the check.   SBBT has been great until they sold the tax products part to TPG. TPG have steadily decline and this year is the worst year ever. As an ERO with over 500 clients who need bank products, I have yet to see reports. Some clients have had to wait months for refunds sent by IRS. Some with errors in banking information were told they have to wait 4 months to receive a check directly from them. This year was a deciding factor for me to continue or leave TPG; after over a decade with SBBT, I am leaving TPG.**********
