    My elderly grandmother purchased a set of the in ear Hearing aids and she received them not working. So I called the customer service on her behalf to get her money back with "45 Day Money Back Guarantee" and accepted the return. So I packaged them up, taking pictures off all components and shipped it back to them. They said they received them damaged and they will not refund her $300 for the hearing aids. They were inoperable when she purchase them originally that's why she wanted to return them. I have called their customer service and return everynight for the past week regarding the refund and they are not refunding my grandmother the $300. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

As mentioned previously, Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and perfectly clean. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return, original packaging, User Manuals, Inserts, and other printed documents as this was written in our policy. Based on our record, it shows we received the returned hearing aids under order #****** but it was inspected with Physically Damage (The right side of the hearing aid was physically damaged- screwed volume knob). We have confirmed the way in which we received your product back at our warehouse was not the way in which it was sent out for you to ensure your customer satisfaction. Your ********************** aids will be reshipped to you based on our conclusion but repair fees may apply as you have no elite protection plan that covers any damages.     tried 3 sets of hearing aides . either left side or right side did not work! i sent back third set. when i called them back after three weeks. they said there was damaged on the hearind aides. and now they are saying i get no refund back? i also had insurance on it as well.not right to keep my money . and now i cant hear without hearing aides because of nano

    Deceptive company. I received my hearing aids and tried them, and they wouldn't fit due to the fact I have a collapsed canal. I returned them right away. I made sure I sent them back mail certified due to the fact they were giving me a hard time returning them. I was told I damage the volume part. They stated if I paid ***** it would be repaired. They refuse to give me my money back. They are totally false advertising. I want my money back of $297.00 and there are refusing they state I damaged the product. Don't buy anything from this company!! There are taking advantage of people.

    When i received the hearing aids, one of them did not work properly and they gave me advise on how to make it work, which I tried and it still did not work. It took two weeks to get an approval to return to get a full refund. Once I sent them back with all their requirements, it took another 4 weeks to get a response, that the hearing aids were damaged and no refund.The only damage was the hearing aid did not work. **** F

    bought these hearing aids, took them 2 weeks to get them, their cic charger was damaged when they arrived. it still worked by was damaged. I called Nano Support and told them about it. Then when I sent them back (2 weeks later cuz I can't at all with them) I got a response that they were going to take 20% of the price..then they sent me an email saying the cic charger was damaged when they got them back. (that was already addressed to the company when I received the hearing aids). now their telling me I am NOT getting any kinds of refund. Their keeping my money.Well not for long cuz I will call a lawyer and they (nano) has been told of my intentions.
