    I enrolled in Actify Solutions ************** Services" (customer ID: ******** in July of 2017, paying the complete amount owed of their fee in one lump sum of $11,830. This was to protect me from $36,600 in credit card debt I was unable to pay at that time since I was not able to work. They told me that if the claims from any of these companies or any third-party collection companies could not be invalidated, they would work towards settling them at up to about a third of what I owed with the fee I already paid them (Actify Solutions).I kept up on all their "check-in calls" and looked out for any letters from the 3 major credit agencies as well as from any of the credit card companies or their third-party collection companies so they could dispute them if they were improperly submitted. Their calls ceased around the time when the pandemic started but I did not ever receive any letters from the credit agencies or from any third-party collectors.I believe the last correspondence from them was an email on April 25, 2019 stating that they had checked my credit report and saw no claims from any collection companies (see attached).Just this month (June, 2022) however, I applied for a loan to install a rooftop solar system and got denied due to bad credit. I have tried the last four working days to call Actify Solutions as well as contact them through their website and have not received any responses (their recording says they will get back by the next day).

    Client has not made a payment since 2017, per signed agreement all 3 stages of the program were completed.  Actify is not a consolidation company and does not settle their debts, this is stated in the signed agreement.  Debt resolution is not guaranteed, per signed agreement.

    I did a program with a company called Actify solutions from *******************************************. Are they still in business, I need to get in contact with them and cant. The phone number*************) doesnt work I need to contact them as I did a consolidation with them and one of my account still shows a balance of 17k. How can I speak with them and get the papers I need to close this account?????????? Help help

    Client has not made a payment since January of 2019.  Actify has completed the 3 stages per the signed agreement.  Actify is not a consolidation program, this is stated in the agreement signed by the client.

    I did not owe any other payments to them. All I needed to do was send them paperwork. I sent the paperwork and never received any contact from them again. I actually sent photos and copies of paperwork on three or four occasions and the case was never followed up on by them. It was no more money that was owed to them and they never asked ****** they only ask for me to send copies of some of the paperwork that was involved in the claim how come I cant speak to someone at the company emails are fun and great but conversation is better .

    Client completed the program in December of 2020, all stages of the program have been completed, per the signed agreement.   As stated in the signed agreement we are not a consolidation company, we do not pay on the client's debts.

    No you lie to your clients, leading them on. Telling them that you will take the total that you owe and you will accept less and everything goes away. 
     Oh well you call people and say you will cut they debt down a bit and the companies would/cant come after you. That they eill be paid by insurance.
     Oh well again, you show a double standard calling out the companies when you are doing the same.
    You tell us that he people who buy the bad debt, (third party group) and try and collect cant by law.
    Oh well you are worst and should be arrested for leading people to belief that this program makes things better. 
    All I wanted was to talk to someone from you great company to get paper work, which I believe was that you paid off my debt. Thats what my discussion was  6/7 year ago. 
    That this would make things better , only thing it has done was had me pay YOU and my debt still sits on my account closed BUT UNPAID.
    THIS I believe is untrustworthy from the people who call and confusion people because I thought when I spoke to the Wonder Woman back then that this was good for me only thing it has done was KEPT my credit down.
