if I could rate 0 stars, I would. The order went as smoothly as any furniture order.Then, delivery day came. It gets there, and its the wrong material. right couch, right configuration, opposite material. it was fabric. So I refused delivery. I called the customer service number to let them know the situation, and THEY COULDN'T HELP OVER THE PHONE.I had to drop everything and go to the store to get help. But then they couldnt process the exchange until the wrong couch got received at the warehouse. They said they would call me the following day to order and schedule delivery.The following day comes and they call in the morning, order and confirm the furniture, and schedule for 2 pieces to be delivered that evening, and the 3rd to be delivered from a different warehouse in a few days. That was fine with me. I was told nothing else needed to be done on my end.SEVERAL hours later, they called and asked why I hadnt submitted the payment for the couch. I told them that I had financed it through synchrony, so no payment should be due. I was then informed that I needed to use my synchrony card to pay the new balance. Problem is, I dont have a card because it was a newly created ********** they told me they needed to re-process the synchrony application. I was told I needed to come in to give them my ID. But at this point Im on vacation out of state. So they canceled this order ****** I go online to order it and apply for financing online. But the delivery date magically changed, with the earliest being listed as 4 weeks from that date.I called to find out how I couldn't get a closer date, as I was told it was in stock in the warehouse.Magically, it is now out of stock.Every person I spoke to on the phone was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to transfer to someone else when I requested. They are unable to help with the most simple things on the phone, always telling you to go to the store.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Yes, I understand the limitations for online ordering. This was why I initially ordered in the store, but each experience dealing with a customer service *** resulted in either more mistakes or an inability to solve my problem. At this point I dont want to have to make any more calls as this experience has been a nightmare. Im just hoping it isnt incorrect when it finally gets delivered.If you want to do SOMETHING to improve future experiences, additional training for customer service ***s will be needed, as well as improved processes for incorrect deliveries.M. I am filing this complaint due to a deeply frustrating experience with Living Spaces delivery and customer service.I purchased a couch valued at approximately $3,000 and scheduled a home delivery. My partner and I were home, waiting during the scheduled delivery window. However, the delivery team mistakenly went to our neighbors house instead of ours. I can confirm this because the driver took a photo of our neighbors house and submitted it as proof of attempted delivery.Whats most upsetting is that we were never called or texted to confirm arrival a simple step that could have easily resolved the confusion in real time. We were ready to receive the delivery at the correct address and did everything we could on our end to ensure a smooth process.Despite the delivery failure being entirely due to their error, Living Spaces refused to waive the redelivery fee. They insisted we pay an additional fee in order to receive our furniture effectively holding our couch hostage until we paid for their mistake.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

1 starI ordered the **** Pecan Queen **** 4-Piece Bedroom Set from Living Spaces website. The listing on the website described the set to "Include a queen size bed, two nightstands, and a dresser." The photos on the website showed the bed, two nightstands, and a dresser with a mirror over it. I assumed based on the photos and listing description that the mirror was part of the dresser. When my set was delivered they brought me the bed, dresser, mirror, and one nightstand. I called customer service that same day to ask why only one nightstand was delivered, and I was told that the four pieces in the set were the bed, dresser, mirror, and one nightstand. I told them that it was advertised differently on their website, and even sent them a screenshot of the website listing. I asked them to send me the second nightstand that their website promised. They told me they couldn't do that, but they could offer me $100 off a second nightstand with free delivery if I wanted to purchase another. I didn't find that to be a satisfactory resolution - this felt like false advertising at best, and a scam to get me to spend more money with them at worst. I followed my call up with an email to both the manager I talked to on the phone and the general Living Spaces customer service email. I told them that I didn't find the offered solution acceptable, and would like to have the nightstand they promised me sent. I received no reply, so I send a second email. I again received no reply, so I called their customer service line again, who once again told me all they could offer was the discounted nightstand with free delivery. This was a horrible experience, and the fact that they won't honor the listing on their website leaves me feeling incredibly frustrated with the company. I would never order from them again - they feel no need to actually send you the products they list on their website, and will not help you if you have a problem.Review fromVal A

1 starNEVER purchase a product from this company! They took 2.5 months to deliver a table that they said they would deliver much sooner. When it arrived, it was only part of the table. When I tried to get the missing piece, they promised me multiple call backs which they never called. Finally I was promised a leg to be *** shipped to me and tracking number to be provided in 24 hours. After being given the run around, and not being provided any shipping number by Living Spaces, Incalled to inquire yet again and they refused to escalate my call above **** the supervisor at the call center. They refused to give me a name or any alternative number to contact. They were VERY unprofessional. **** stated the item is out of stock and couldnt do anything about it. He offered a refund, but stated he couldnt refund until the partial item that they took 2.5 months to deliver in the first place was picked up by them, and he was unable to give me a date of pick up, not that they would adhere to the promised date since they didnt before. Order from the actual supplier, which is TOV. DO NOT buy anything from these people! This is by far the worst online shopping experience *** ever experienced.Review fromJohn S

Refusal to honor Warranty on Defective Sofa Purchased safe " ***** Grey Fabric 103" 2 Piece Convertible Futon Sleeper L-Shaped Sectional with Right Arm Facing Storage Chaise" on 5/27/2024 from living spaces website.Defects developed within 1 year:1. Sleeper mechanism is stuck/jammed and unusable.2. L-shape section cushion sank severely, creating noise and uneven seating.Contacted customer service on 6/22/2025. they refuse repair/replacement because the " 1-year warranty expired," redirecting us to third party repair.This is unacceptable for a premium-priced item (it cost us 1524.69$).Request: full refund or replacement for this defective produce!!Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Living Spaces offers a one (1) year limited warranty on most of its furniture, covering manufacturer defects in workmanship and material. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Upon review of the account, we show that the items were delivered on 6/02/2024; the guest did not contact Living Spaces about the issue until 6/22/2025, by that time the manufacturer's warranty had expired. Unfortunately, we are unable to move forward with the claim as the reported issue is not covered.Review fromAL

Fairly nice furniture...gimmicky warranty and horrible customer service. I tried putting several claims in and was denied every time. The first was months after the purchase. It's a total ******* a very high level, we bought some items a few years back and when doing so were sold big time on the care free program (aka a warranty of some sort). We paid for the program then a few mere months later, as my original review references, tried to utilize the coverage given our power recliner was no longer working. No such luck. We didn't even really get much of a response from their third party partner. It was a terrible experience and no one would own up to it or help out. Now years later, they email us providing a credit given we never used the coverage (though again, not because we didn't try). I recall this being a sales aspect of the program, which quite frankly was the only reason we bit on it...yet the way they issued this "refund" / "credit" was absurd. For one, we got ONE SINGLE email that went to spam. Secondly, they give you an extremely short window to redeem it. This is a complete and total gimmick and they certainly bank on 90% of people forgetting this was a thing in the first place, never seeing the email, or not having time to use it. With that said, I called trying to see if they all would make an exception and extend the expiration date given we didn't even see it until now. After waiting on hold for the customer *** to raise a ticket / check with a "lead" I was told that it is indeed too late and if it had been closer the time, they could have made an exception. She was also quite rude and pushy about it. What kind of arbitrary BS is that? Especially in the context that the original program / service was not even serviceable in the first place. My experience with Living Spaces Warranty program has been a nightmare. Four out of seven of my **** recliners broke a few weeks ago. I submitted my claim in the link they sent me, I submitted pictures and videos showing what was not working. I followed up on 10 Jun *********************************************** that my claim was denied due to my recliners broke more than 30 days ago. The customer service representative (***) told me, I was supposed to file the claim as soon as my recliners broke, as stated on terms and agreement (on the back of my receipt). The *** also emailed me a copy of my receipt. No where in the terms and agree does it mention to file a claim within 30 days. I went to my local Living Spaces store to inquire about the situation. The salesman that I worked with when I bought the **** recliner set showed me a copy of the Carefree Warranty Plan. On the plan it says I have 60 days from discovery of damage to report the claim. There is a disconnect somewhere. I feel the Living Spaces/Carefree Warranty Plan should honor my request to have all my recliners repaired or replaced.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

For purchases made after 2022, there is a 60-day window from the date of discovery to submit a claim for carefree returns. For purchases made before 2022, there is a 30-day period to file a carefree claim. The order in question was purchased in 2021. Ordered furniture back in in early March to arrive in early April. Not one mention that the product was on back order. I follow up after I have not received any communication on my sofa and told that it will be coming in may. May comes around and no communication is sent to me at all. It is now ***** don't know where or when my sofa will be delivered. No updates from customer service and now my product is on back order. At this rate I don't know if I will get my couch. For what its worth-How DARE you lower the limit on my card- that Ive had for almost 8 months- AFTER I make a LARGE purchase so that it reports negatively since the ratio of owed to limit has drastically increased. I PURPOSEFULLY set a budget based SOLEY on not going over 50% of my limit. I SETTLED FOR A COUCH THAT I HATE TO NOT GO OVER THIS RATIO. Once our purchase was made- you DROP my limit to that purchase amount so that now- its reporting as maxed. SHAME ON YOU.
