Living Spaces sucks. Took them 2 months to deliver a bed that they guaranteed would take 2 weeks. Product was damaged when I received it. I was promised compensation for both the delayed delivery and the damaged product and never received it for either issue. Terrible company.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Thank you for getting in touch, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. After review of the account, we show this is a nationwide order, considering the amount of time transportation takes to arrive at the out of area delivery hubs our systems does not allow us to schedule deliveries on out of area orders. Once XPO picks the item up from our warehouse, they have 9 days to contact the guest and schedule delivery. Any delivery eta questions or concerns are to be directed to XPO as once the items are in their possession they are responsible for delivering the furniture to the guest.Tim M

Interesting you're choosing to ignore the fact that I received a damaged product and are focusing on the carrier. Again, Living Spaces is terrible. Don't buy from them.Review fromErin D

If I could, I would give zero stars. I waited for a daybed with trundle to come back in stock for my toddler. We placed the order, selected a delivery date and time, purchased mattresses and waited for that time to come. I received an email a week before the delivery date stating my product was in and could be delivered early. I didn't move the date for delivery because I had already scheduled the day off of work and was having the mattresses delivered the same day so the bed could be ready to use same day. I received an email 4 days before delivery stating there was a delay and now my bed wouldn't be available until some time in mid to late August. I called customer service to see what was going on and after being transferred to a manager was placed on hold for over 40 minutes without the manager returning. I finally hung up and called back and was told all of the managers were busy and someone would get back to me in 48 hours (same day my bed was supposed to be delivered). I said this was unacceptable and that I needed to resolve this today and was told someone would call me in 24 hours. I said I wanted to speak with someone today and as I was speaking the woman hung up on me. Worst customer service ever. I have never been treated so rudely by a company in my life. I've worked customer service before and would never have treated a customer this way. I am canceling my order and my credit card with them and will never purchase anything from this place again. I will make it well known to every person I come across that they should do the same.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologize for the overall unpleasant experience. During point of sale the guest are provided delivery dates based on the production schedule at that time, however, the date is subject to change in the event inventory doesn't come in as expected. When that happens, our Delivery Resolutions team are in place to call the guest to advise and offer a new delivery date. At this time, we are waiting for the headboard and slats to arrive. The guest spoke with our Guest Services department on 8/1/2022, their concerns were escalated and documented. We applied a refund on the delivery fee and the guest will be notified once the entire bed is in and ready for delivery.Review fromBrenda H

Purchased a sectional end of May through living spaces two of the pieces were damaged one of the reclining pieces damage my hardwood floor . I have filed a claim. I was told multiple times that someone will contact me within 24 hours, 48 hours , they can't seem to find the pictures of proof that it damaged my floor, my claim has been closed, I have to resubmit my claim, A supervisor will get in contact with me within 24 to 48 hours. IT's August now and not one phone call or email has been sent. I'm very frustrated with this ordeal. I'm paying my sectional however they will not try to make a phone all to try and solve this matter.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I purchased a Grand Down sofa on 08/2021 in Frisco TX location. I am so disappointed with my purchase. The first sofa were delivered on 10/2021, but the bottom of the sofa was ripped, so the store gave me a different material sofa. However the material was not the same material that I saw in the show room, so I went back to the store again, and chose an other material of Grand Down sofa. When I finally received the sofa on 01/2022, the feather of the sofa keeps coming out after few months, it's all over the cushions and pillows. I submitted a claim with pictures of the sofa under warranty on living spaces website, the warranty lady called after 3 days, and said her pillows also has same issue, so she did not approve the claim. I went back to the store and spoke to the sales supervisor Erika, and I also showed her the pictures of the sofa with the feather sticking out. She showed me the sofa in store and suggested me to take a picture inside the cushion to file a claim again. She thinks the sofa I have at home is missing a case, that's why the feather keeps coming out. So I submitted a claim the second time with pictures to compare the sofa in store and at home. Unfortunately no one responded to the claim after a week, I had to go back to the store and have the sales supervisor Erika contact the warranty department for me. But the store called back after 2 days, and said there is nothing they can do. This is such a headache situation, I am still paying for the bad quality sofa. The company does not want to take care the customer, and they does not make a good quality furniture.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I ordered a leather reclining sofa and matching chair. I did not pay the "extra" for delivery as inside the door was fine with me. Upon arrival, I explained I rented the apartment above the house and they refused to bring it to my apartment. He was beyond rude. I called Customer Service and they told me the same. I don't own the house I'm renting from - I only have access to my apartment. It has it's own outdoor entrance. They left the sofa and chair in the garage but again - not mine. The house owner was nice enough to let me leave it there. The C/S person transferred me to a manager but they did nothing but empty promises. I tried to make the point if I was in an apartment complex, they essentially left the sofa in the street. It's the same difference. So disappointing.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I wouldn't even give this place one star but you have to in order to leave a review. BUYER BEWARE we ordered furniture it came broken we returned but really just wanted to return all but they wouldn't let us our furniture is **** and so cheap we hate it and it makes us sick the $2800 is down the drain. Broken wood in couch zippers broken and they would just exchange with the same ****. Do not buy from them you won't be happy and your furniture will look so bad just after a few months. After review of the account, we show a technician was sent to the customers home in April to inspect the reported issues, per the tech report all items were up to manufactures standards. If the consumer is still unsatisfied, please email an overall photo of the furniture to ***************@livingspaces.com along with individual photos showing the defects. Once the photos are in, we will upload them to the customers account and open a new claim. Our warranty department will review the pictures and contact the guest advising of the next step.Tammi T

A young tech was sent out and just barely looked over everything and didn't hardly say anything and left. I tried to point out everything and it was like he didn't care and just said furniture is just like this. Oh no way I have furniture that's 20 years old that's better then this ****. I'll try to enliven pictures of what the furniture looks like now. It's a lot of work to fluff it up every single day and the cushions don't fit right and the stuffing is going flat and the seams don't line up. Just unbelievable they won't stand by there product. We initially bought a California king size bed with a dresser and two nightstands for our new home. We realized we had made an error, called back the next day to change the California king to a regular size king. They called us back and said that they had to make another purchase for the correct bed on our credit card that we got through Living Spaces via Synchrony Bank. They told us to call Synchrony Bank to "Push" the refund for the other bed. This never happened. We soon got a statement for two king size beds, dresser, and two nightstands. Synchrony Bank kept telling us that in order for a refund to happen Living Spaces had to push it on their end. Several phones calls between my husband and I and it never got fixed. Then we had delivery issues. Apparently Living spaces doesn't understand the concept of shipping address and billing address. They told us we couldn't get our furniture to our new home cause the billing address and the shipping address wasn't the same. Since we had our billing address as our in laws during the process of moving, we got so fed up we said fine just delivery to our in laws. At that point you can't argue with stupid. A month later we are suppose to have the delivery, so we rushed home to receive our furniture. The delivery truck doesn't make it because it breaks down. Okay, fine we call to reschedule. We call the delivery company only for them to tell us that Living Spaces had duplicated the order instead of receiving 3 out of the 4 items we are getting 6. The delivery company was so confused they canceled the order entirely. I proceeded to call customer service for living spaces because at this point we don't want their furniture. I asked for a manager. They kept giving me the run around. After I finally get a manager. The manager tries telling me they have to charge us again for the furniture. I ask how is that possible. Not to mention the manager doesn't have a direct extension. He tells me that someone will contact me.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Their warranty service plan they offer and push on you at purchase time is a complete scam. The way they market it honestly seems fraudulent. We submitted a claim through the warranty and they declined it saying we did not meet eligibility but did not give any feedback as to why. Extremely disappointed and will never buy from them again even though we did actually like the furniture we purchased. The warranty service has turned me off to this company as it is a complete waste of money.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Our sales reps are required to present the protection plan to the guest at point of sale as an add on option, however, the customers are not required to add the protection plan and can remove it at any time.
The protection terms and conditions along with that is covered and what is not covered are listed on our website. Upon purchase of the protection plan the guest are provided a hard copy pamphlet that provides information on how to file a claim and briefly describes what is and isn't covered and how long they have to report the issue.
