1 starI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unacceptable customer service I have received in relation to my furniture order placed on May 10, 2025, consisting of 26 prepaid items scheduled for delivery June 3, 2025.Given the scale of the delivery, I scheduled the entire day off work well in advance to ensure I would be available. As you can imagine, taking a day off is not easy and required significant *********** approximately 12:30 PM today, I received an email stating that a delivery attempt had been made but no one was available. This is simply false. I was home the entire time, my doorbell never rang, my phone never received a call, and even my dogs, who always bark when someone approaches the door, were silenta clear sign that no one actually attempted to make a delivery.I immediately contacted customer service to report this, only to be met with a rude and unhelpful representative who informed me that the items would be returned to the warehouse and that I was essentially out of luck. I requested escalation and spoke with a supervisor, only to be told the same thing: no redelivery today, no set date for rescheduling, and that someone might follow up in the coming days. There was no ownership, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue despite the fact that I had done everything on my end correctly.TI was given another phone number to call, where I had to explain my situation for the third time, only to be told I would receive a callbackwhich never came. I tried reaching the store directly, only to be disconnected after being put on hold while waiting to speak with a ********** is clear from this experience that Living Spaces does not value its customers' time or business.This experience has been deeply frustrating, time-wasting, and completely unacceptable. I bought a bed frame from here which broke, and when I complained was only offered a replacement, which broke again. After this, I contacted the store, who would only offer me a replacement in the amount that was spent (some $650+). This offer was only contingent for 30 days, but I do not feel comfortable spending money here again. I requested a refund once more, but now the store wont even offer store credit, as their policy is only limited to 30 days for a replacement, and only 7 days after purchasing for a refund. I spoke with ******, and Will in the ******************** who were very condescending and unhelpful other than to regurgitate policy. I terribly regret spending a dime here, and feel pigeonholed into having to spend more money to replace what was lost.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Upon further review of the account, we show that the replacement offer was made on 3/20/ 2024, and the stipulations regarding the 30 days to take advantage of the offer were communicated during the conversation. If I could leave zero stars I'd do that. Living spaces has terrible customer service and communication. I purchased a couch, chair, dining table, bench and chairs for the table. Let's start with the couch. Delivery was scheduled and it didn't show up. I called the store and apparently they had failed to inform me that the delivery had been delayed. I took a day off to wait for this delivery. I went to the store to discuss because the customer service person on the phone was no help. I ended up getting my money back for the couch and took the chair home myself. Now the dining room set - It has been 2 months. I knew it was backordered and was promised early May. When it didnt come I called to check the status. Date changed to mid May. That time came and went and they promised part of the order had come in and it should be any day when they get the rest. Now it is May 31. Today I went to the store and apparently it will be another "two weeks". I asked them to sell me the scratched up floor model (and it is scratched pretty bad) and they said company policy doest allow they to sell items they still carry. I told the lady that apparently they don't really carry this item because I have been waiting two months. - But my real issue here is why dont they contact customers and tell us that our orders aren't coming? The lady at the store said it is a constant complaint she hears from other customers as I was canceling the order.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Dear Living Spaces I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a recent sofa delivery associated with my order.Upon delivery, the sofa was visibly damaged. I immediately contacted your customer service team and was advised that if I chose to keep the sofa despite the damage, I would be compensatedspecifically, I was promised a protection plan. Based on this assurance, I agreed to keep the item.However, I was recently informed that there is no record of this promise, and that no further action will be taken. This is both disappointing and unacceptable. I made a good-faith decision to accept a damaged item based on a verbal agreement from your team, and now I am left with neither the promised resolution nor a remedy for the damage.I am requesting that you honor the original agreement that was made to meeither by applying the promised protection plan, offering a partial refund, or arranging for an appropriate resolution.Please consider this a formal complaint and a final attempt to resolve this matter amicably. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 57 business days, I will have no choice but to pursue other avenues, including filing a dispute with my credit card company and posting a public review of this experience.I look forward to your prompt resolution.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Upon further review of the account, we show that the guest contacted Living Spaces on 5/26/2025 requesting to add the protection plan on an item that was delivered nearly 2 years ago. The request was denied, as per our policy stipulates that the protection plan cannot be added beyond 72 hours after delivery. Unfortunately, there is no documentation supporting the offer mentioned by the guest, we are unable to honor the request to add the protection plan. I would NOT recommend LIVING SPACES. The worst customer service. They are horrible. I bought a chair in a taupe color and after months they got the fabric wrong two times. It was a light grey. And they were not nice about the problem. The chair was nothing like the photo and the fabric was far from what I ordered. They REFUSED to give a refund because they said if you order a different color that makes it custom and would charge $400 to return it. What a rip off. BUYER BEWARE...Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I ordered 2 recliner chairs for my Mom in her new assisted living facility. I measured & although they did fit, once the delivery men left I realized the 2 chairs in the space created a trip hazard for her (she's 87). I called immediately & asked if I could return the 2nd chair given the unique situation. I spent 30 minutes on the phone & was told they would not allow a return since the chairs were considered custom (per the customer service *** & the supervisor). I offered to pay a restocking fee & even said they could do a store credit as I'd likely be purchasing other items down the line. Still no. I'm frustrated & annoyed. I've purchased many items from the store over the years & would have continued to be an ongoing customer. Now...for $750 ish dollars...you've lost a customer, received a poor ************************ will tell my **************** not to spend money there. Shame on you Living Spaces. Custom Special Orders are manufactured by customer request, and because they are not items that Living Spaces keeps in stock, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, production cannot be stopped. If you wish to modify or cancel your Custom Special Order, you have until 8 pm on the day of purchase to do so at no charge. Any changes or cancellations to Custom Special-Order items after 8 pm on the day of purchase will result in the loss of your 25% non-refundable deposit. Returns are not accepted on Special Order items, and Special Order items may not be returned due to customer preference, no-fits, or any other reason.
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor the return request as the items are final sale.

We ordered some furniture from living spaces. Decided to have it delivered. The delivery guy pushed the furniture across our brand new 20k floor and scratched it twice. Also, apparently theres no attention to detail to follow the box instruction to keeping the proper side up. Living spaces was contacted and continues to deflect the problem. How about dont use a third party delivery company and then refuse to address our damage.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

****Terrible ******************** I just received my sectional. My nephew stained the chaise so I called Living Spaces. They referred me to a 3rd party who told me Yes they have the cover I need, but can only sell to living spaces. Called Living Spaces back, "Too bad, so sad" if you want the cover buy the whole unit $950.00 Really? Let's not even get into the fact they messed up the order and I have to call to fix it. I guess working together is a one way street at this company. Once they have your money, no service will be given. I would not purchase from this company again ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! FYI Restoration Hardware store is still servicing the furniture I bought from them over 10 years ago. I should have gone back to them. Sigh!!!!!Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

The couch is fine. Don't buy the warranty service because they do not honor it. They have been giving my husband the run around and refusing to clean the couch. ******** warranty and Living Spaces keep passing the buck to each other and leaving us very unhappy.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I highly recommend to not purchase any furniture from living spaces. We bought a couch about a year ago that they replaced due to poor quality. We have not had the replaced Couch for quite a year and the quality is poor yet again. They denied replacing the couch And offered to clean it. They scheduled to Cleaning without talking to me first so I canceled the cleaning. I called back today to reschedule the cleaning to take the proper steps to read file a claim for the quality of the material and I have been transferred eight times nobody seems to know who supposed to take care of what the warranty department is telling me I have to talk to an extended warranty department. I went back-and-forth with them for an hour. It is the worst customer service as well as the worst quality of material. I am extremely unhappy.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Upon further review of the account, we show the initial claim was denied due to pilling. pilling is a natural occurrence with certain fabrics. Loose fibers have a natural tendency to move to the surface of the fabric, where they are subject to friction, causing them to twist together into small *****. It doesn't affect the quality of your fabric or the durability or functionality of the fabric. Pilling is easily removable by using a battery-operated pill ****** to remedy the situation. It is important to note that pilling is not a fabric defect. The second claim was for a stain; Living Spaces doesn't cover stains or accidents of any kind. The guest will need to contact Carefree directly at ************ for assistance with the spot clean.M. P.

I will have to disagree. The material of the couch is very poor quality, and I never asked for a stain to be removed. I denied the cleaning that you offered at first because I was hoping to get this resolved. I have decided to at least try the cleaning since thats all you guys are offering and now I cant get anyone who knows what department I need to talk to. I called a few days ago and got transferred EIGHT times, you will see that noted on my account. I have yet to hear from anyone to get the couch cleaned. I have followed all of the steps that you guys have recommended. Again, I do not agree with your response.
