      Their warranty service plan they offer and push on you at purchase time is a complete scam. The way they market it honestly seems fraudulent. We submitted a claim through the warranty and they declined it saying we did not meet eligibility but did not give any feedback as to why. Extremely disappointed and will never buy from them again even though we did actually like the furniture we purchased. The warranty service has turned me off to this company as it is a complete waste of money.

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Our sales reps are required to present the protection plan to the guest at point of sale as an add on option, however, the customers are not required to add the protection plan and can remove it at any time.

      The protection terms and conditions along with that is covered and what is not covered are listed on our website. Upon purchase of the protection plan the guest are provided a hard copy pamphlet that provides information on how to file a claim and briefly describes what is and isn't covered and how long they have to report the issue.
