    Shrub hub did an excellent job in creating my backyard to my liking and specifications. They added their experience with my ideas to develop my perfect back yard. I want to thank ****** and **** for all there help in making my vision a reality!

    Fabulous process and even better outcome! Prior to using Shrub Hub, we paid a landscape architect to come up with a backyard plan for us. We paid $2,500 and were extremely disappointed. When I started working with Shrub Hub, I knew this would be different. They are very intentional with their process, ensuring you are heard and provide everything you can wish for. ****** is my contact and she was able to ask important questions to get exactly what we wanted. We were blown away with the incredible design that they came back with. We have a few tweaks that they will make for us, and now we can meet with contractors to show them exactly what we want to implement. We paid for the 3D visual walk through and it made a world of difference for the outcome. If you aren't certain, just do it - you won't regret it!

    My experience with ShrubHub has been nothing but wonderful this far. Our project manager, ****, who we have been working with has been easy to work with, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of our questions. We have a decent size backyard (in addition to the front yard) that we wanted to make comfy/cozy, functional, and relaxing, which would include a little waterfall, outdoor kitchen, and a lot of plants. The design that was created by ******** and Myca is exactly what we have been looking for. Choosing ShrubHub was the right decision based on the knowledge and expertise we have received.

    Im confused at the rating on this page - ******************* is my project manager and I think people should ask for him directly. He is OUTSTANDING and I am fussy, particular and have been described as hard to please. We have an almost two acre property and I was overwhelmed and did not have a vision. I just knew I wanted it to be something special. An incredibly fast turnaround was presented to me with a full sports court, pool, screen porch with retracting roof, pavilion, outdoor kitchen, they delivered THE DREAM. It will be LEGEND when we get it done which will take many years in stages. I have been impressed with the level of ease and of customer service provided. Work directly with this designer and you will not be disappointed. I am in the process of making super minor changes to this design - I could not be happier.

    I had such high expectations for Shrub Hub, I read numerous success stories online and thought I would receive a high level of service. This began in July of 2022 and still today I do not have final plans. My original designer missed the first two calls, then left the company. The plans he started were for my neighbor's house, which I informed him of. After he left, I was assigned another designer. She was nice and after an hour phone call I felt reassured that I'd get what I was looking for. I had been emailing back and forth with SH from July-September then nothing after mid-September. I contacted the manager (who originally contacted me when my first designer left), and she was surprised that I was expecting an email. Another miscommunication. I thought I'd be notified that my plans were completed.The plans were finally complete in November. SURPRISE! They were still of the neighbor's house. This is the 2nd time! ** told me they had two budget options, great. When I went to see my plans there must have been at least 20 sets of plans with no designation of high or low budget (and most with my neighbor's house). All the while SH didn't offer any compensation for their egregious errors. Not even an extra meeting session, discount on supplies from them, ***** They just keep (present) saying they are "always happy to help." I've been working with ****, ****** ********* ********* *********. ''I know I had high expectations, but to use my neighbor's house instead of mine TWICE is a bit much. They also gave me a play-set twice even though I do not have young children.

    My yard design is beautiful, modern, and exactly the style/features I requested. This service is worth the cost even at full price but especially with the promo. Despite delays on my part which were out if my control, the representative was understanding and professional. My inquiries always answered promptly. I tried several other design services including diy apps and Fiverr which do not come close to Shrubhub's 3D design with full explanations; this company is the real deal. The design falls within my budget but doesn't look like it at all and is adjustable in materials, colors, placement, plants etc. They can even help you hire someone to do the installation! I highly recommend Shrubhub to anyone that wants an affordable yard design solution.

    This company does really provide expert opinion on design projects. They are very professional and do delivered a great product, especially the 3-D rendering. Their price point is affordable and I would absolutely recommend them over their competitors.

    I have been blown away with Shrub Hub!! They have been working on my design for the past two weeks and the detail and quality of work is comparable to high $$$$ landscape architects! So thrilled and I cant wait to see the finished product!??

    I had a great experience with my yard landscape design. **** is my yard designer and **** is my plant consultant. I'm ver pleased with the service and impressed with their design. I bought basic package with rush order. I uploaded my yard pictures and some inspiration pictures. With 7 days, My initial design is ready as promised. And then I did some minor revision with ****. He came up with new design quickly and i'm very happy with it and looking forward for the new look. **** is an expert on plantings. I had some questions on plants and she gave me good alternatives and suggested new plants options because lighting condition is different. I worked with the landscape designer before and they cost way more than shrubhub, but not necessary better results. i think shrubhub has holistic design approach. Design comes with plan options and plants options compensate very well with hardscape.
