5 starsVery impressed by the service of this company and what it offers. My designer fully understood my wants and needs and provided a design that suited perfectly. As there was no hurry for the design I was happy to wait. Their customer service is exceptional and they are quick to rectify any issues brought to their attention. 5 starsI was skeptical at first, however I was absolutely blown away by the amazing design. I am an Architect and was struggling with the design of a decent size yard so I figured let me just give this a try. Being in this field, I know a landscape architect would have cost me thousands of dollars which is why I was so skeptical on how the design would come out. The design was soooo much better then I anticipated and I will always work with ShrubHub on all future projects. *********************** was my designer, and she was great. She took all my inspiration photos and made it to a reality. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend her.Review fromLee T

5 starsThe entire process was flawless. I think I got an ad on ******** or Instagram and for ~$270 ish got a really nicely designed plan. The initial consult with ************************* was great, he and I discussed the needs and my overall thoughts on my plan from my existing yard. I did ask for them to expedite the plan given my timeline which they were able to accommodate. The plan was very detailed and except for a few minor items (a minor amount plant couldn't take full sun as designed) was really nice. I highly recommend their service. I read some complaints here on BBB and none of my experience was similar- they do upsell you on extras like design revisions but that's ok for me as I understand revisions take time and they have to make $- it isn't a charity. really pleased.Review fromKathy K

5 starsThe design was more than I expected. Actually, I was stunned at how beautiful the design was when I received it. Absolutely ********************* layout for my home. I cant wait to get started on it. Would highly recommend this company. So easy to work with. I read some negative comments on here regarding not getting what you want. If you want exact specifics, you should use someone local in your area so you can frequently collaborate in person and have them come to your home. If youre looking for inspiration, creativity and *************, especially if youre a DIYer, ShrubHub is the ticket. I will definitely use them again. Thx!!Review fromGregory P.

5 starsI live on the island of Maui ****** and there are many local landscape designers that would have been thrilled to let me pay $3,000-$5,000 to help layout a design for our home. Fortunately; I found Shrub Hub online. It was an great experience working with them and they met and exceeded my expectations. Since we had a good idea of what we wanted in our layout; it was easy to take the photos and videos for the team. We clearly laid out what we wanted in writing and when we had our consult; they had a full understanding of what we wanted to do.We explained fully what we wanted and realized immediately that we were asking for way more services than what was in the clearly explained costing for the consult. When we asked for each upgraded service; we knew what to expect for additional costs and never felt the bait and switch as other reviewers are stating. If you read the services offered for the initial cost; you should not be surprised for paying for additional services that you ask for. We were never offended by paying for the extra charges we were asking them to do.The designs turned out great from their first submission; we only changed material types and added in some more design elements for the revisions. Started upcharging from the moment the first call started. They told me there would be an upcharge for my front yard being on a slope and also because it was "30-40,000 square feet". My front yard has maybe ***** sq ft of planting area. An absolute scam.

5 starsShrubhub has a team of excellent designers that really look over all of the requirements and provide unlimited redesigns. They were a fraction of the cost compared to other designers, that charge up to $3000.Weve had hours of design discussions with our project manager, *****. he was delighted to provide zoom, and teams screen share sessions and go over everything multiple times. After multiple re-design sessions with all of the minor tweaks we finally have a perfect design. We really appreciate all the help from Shrubhub team and ****. You guys are the best!
