      J&N. ****** On 7/14/25 I contact Portfolio *** because I got the run around from the dealer I bought my 2020 Equinox from. When I asked for my warranty information they printed me out a non descriptive statement or reference that did not answer my questions. I talked to serveral employees, only to be further annoyed. After several phone call attempts to contact a representative from Portfolio, my phone call was answered by ***** ********. Already flustered, I assumed this conversation was not going to go well. His greeting put me at ease. Yay, I got a live person, and he sounds polite and genuine from his tone. YES. Because of his tone I wanted to be kind and respectful first off. As I explained my reason for my call, he understood. He listen. He proceed to answer my questions, as well as, read my mind. Before I can formulate the next question he offered clarification. He broke down everything I needed to know and more. I know I had to leave him a review. In todays world, customer service can feel like you, got invited in, only to be left alone in annoying environment, frustrating. Especially after you invested money to have a peace of mind. I can express my appreciation enough. If we were in person, I would hugged you.Thank you

      the dealer sold me a car with a bad toque converter. New the first time driving it. repairs were $3,211 warrenty only covered $1,500. never again

      We do a large amount of business and communication with Portfolio. I especially need to give a large rave review to **** *******. He goes above and beyond to ensure that my questions are always answered, good, bad or indifferent. ***** ******** has been wonderful to work with as well and I appreciate both guys for their prompt and satisfactory service day after day.       I was attempting to cancel a long term warranty on my one month old new vehicle as I decided it wasn't necessary for my purpose. I contacted the car dealer who would not provide assistance, then I talked with the manufacturer's financial department who, over the course of two calls, kept me on the phone for over an hour, without being able to address my request. I then contacted ****** **** at Portfolio, the third party who had issued the warranty, and she was able to immedfiately provide meaningful assistance with my request.

      $6700 RV Warranty, never used once, valid until 2028, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESP[OND AT ALL FOR DAYS. THIER AUTO ATTENDANT JUST TELLS YOU TO GO TO OTHER WEBSITE, OR EMAILS.. I CAN NOT GET ANY INFORMATION TO AUTHORIZE A REPAIR, OR BETTER YET, GET A REFUND ON THE REMAINING TIMES. THEY ****, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR THE COMPANY YOU BOUGHT YOU VEHICLE FROM!!

      ***** ****** dug me out of a hole that I had buried myself in and corrected my problem with very professional knowledge of what we needed to do to get my problem corrected.       As a newly promoted manager over the Appearance ************************** at my dealership, my experience with Portfolio has been nothing short of fantastic. Once I submit the claim, they respond quickly (within a few hours), and they approve them as long as it is within the coverage outlined in the contract. My clients have also been very happy with the quick approvals and repairs under the warranty they paid for. When the repairs are complete the claim adjuster processes the payment quickly (within a few hours) which also makes my job a lot easier. They stand by their products and the warranty that protects my clients. Thank you for a great job.
