      I had an issue transferring an extended service agreement until I contacted Portfolio in *****, most of my dealings were with ******, she is the most polite and knowledgeable person I have ever worked with in my life. All of the people that I spoke to at Portfolio were all so very polite, I want to thank Portfolio employees for all of their help.Regards *****

      Currently the single worst warranty provider I have ever had to associate with. Everything physical effort they put forth is to avoid payment of covered parts, labor, towing and rental. I will no longer even associate with a dealership that offers their product. ************************* specifically was not only ignorant, but lacked any empathy to their customer. Have you attorney ready if you need any claim over $500.00 paid...

      I spoke with ****** about the warranty problem. She made it very smooth, painless and easy to fix. She is very knowledgeable and helpful as it all should be. She should become a trainer for your customer service. Amazing person to deal with.*******,****

      I had numerous issues with getting my warranty straightened out. The long porcess took almost 4 months to completely get done. Dealt with ******, and she gave me the good news it's finally processed. She was such a great help working with me and delivering the good news!!

      I bought a maintenance contracts for my Lexus through the Lexus dealership and it was sold to me under the guise that I would have a certain number of visits to have my car routinely maintained (oil changes and inspections) Portfolio has given me headaches from the first time I took my car in for an oil change. It has been a struggle getting this company to approve services. ******* at the service dealership and myself have waited on the phone for someone to know what is going on every single time my car got serviced. Today, I took my car in for an oil change and they denied payment because the contract expired 2 months ago. I have 4 visits left!! They were rude and would not extend a one time courtesy approval no matter how many times i explained I was assured I bought the package with number of visits. I did not know it expired!! they made me wait on the phone for an extended period of time. The manager ***** was useless. Portfolio shame on you for keeping my 4 visits!

      I had an issue with my car warranty. I needed a clear, understandable explanation of the contract. *************** was patient, knowledgeable and thorough in directing me to where I needed to go and how to resolve my dilemma. After speaking with the representative I was directed to, not only were my concerns addressed, I was confident in keeping my coverage. Thanks very much.

      I work at a dealership, and we too appreciate good service. I have to say that I am impressed with how professional, nice, and quickly I was helped today. What ever their policies or procedures are there in place internally are fantastic. The speed in which I was helped and issue was taken care of was outstanding! Great job! and I don't give praise that easy either.
