      I paid thousands of dollars for an extended warranty for them to cover my truck and they have yet to cover anything, Im paying out of pocket for repairs that are in my contract to be covered. When I asked why they told me they sold my contract to Assurant and they can only cover what is in my contract. So if its in my contract why are they not covering it and I now have to pay even more out of pocket. Do not use them, they are a trash company with trash customer service and dont follow their own contract.

      ********************************* from the ****** office has been wonderful to work with. She emailed back and forth and even called to get one more bit of info from **. All done in a timely manner. Very friendly and knowledgeable too! She helped us transfer a service agreement on our new (to **) Sprinter Van. We will have peace of mind that we are covered until **** or ****** miles! Thanks ******!

      We purchased an extended warranty on my husband's truck. We called the NUEMEROUS times to make sure the issue would be covered, and we were told YES. An adjuster took a look at it and said it needed lifters on both sides, not just the one that has an issue and a cam shaft. When he was there, he would have seen that a 61-year-old drives it and takes care of it, not a 16-year-old being abusive.We were denied the claim because we didn't have a record of oil changes. Our son is a mechanic and a State Inspector and did all the oil changes at the correct times and maybe even more as this vehicle is my husband's 'baby'. We don't have the money to fix this issue as my daughter has a Brain Injury and my husband has a Traumatic Brain Injury, and I am the only one working in our household. I would NOT recommend wasting your money on buying an extended warranty with this company.I just had an entire transmission covered in my vehicle with a different warranty company NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!

      We bought a new 2021 salem rlb destination trailer to be parked on our lot up north. 2nd yr after opening it for the season (april)our residential fridge did not cool anymore. After calling and speaking with claims they said find a tech to come to us. After searching for a tech 45 min away he came and diagnosed the issue as ********** and it would cost more to find out where inside fridge it is then it would to replace ******. So I call insurance and tell them they said they can't talk to me they need to speak with repair guy. So repair guy said we don't talk with insurance. After talking to portfolio again they said that the diagnosed issue isn't good enough send the tech back out to do it again. Here we are $500 into trip charges I'm which they wanted atleast $250 to continue. Out of my pocket I had to pay repair guy to come back out. He came out and determined same thing he did before freon leak and it's inside fridge not on exterior. So I portfolio again to relay the info they wouldn't talk to me even tho I'm the owner. They wanted repair guy to call them. He called them gv them all the info they needed and the told repair guy gv them 48hrs for authorization. Here we are week later and nothing from portfolio. So I call they said they sent authorization to repair guy. The repair guy says they got nothing. Portfolio would not send to me the owner or tell me my claim# or what email they sent it till they wanted repair guy to call again. So they'll repair guy called again and they would not talk to them without yr/mk/model which they had claim# my name and already spoke once today. Here we are almost close of season and still no new fridge. Or reimbursement from insurance for the trips. They are telling me to seek reimbursement from repair guy. I paid good money to have extended ins as we can't haul our rv anywhere. Complete BS and not happy. Don't buy extended ins it ain't for 5k.
