      Portfolio stood by their warranty claims and helped me out when needed. The advisor ****** went above and beyond understanding the claim and my particular situation. I felt that she heard my concerns and addressed each one. It is rare nowadays to have a positive experience and I had just that! Thank you!

      I have a warranty with the company. My car has been at the dealership since June 19, 2024. An inspector came to the dealership on June 25, 2024 to review the car. A review was send to Underwriting on June 27, 2024. No one has looked at the review, I call claims everyday there has not been any notes on the file. Today is July 8, 2024. They tell me my claim is in review. Reps at assurance said that this is unacceptable. I also had managers send emails to look at my review. Still nothing

      My cars warranty is through you guys. My car has been in the shop for 2 weeks with a blown motor and you guys are refusing to cover it saying i havent provided what you guys need, when i have. There is nothing in my contract saying it cant be handwritten receipts. Ive been getting thrown around. I have asked to speak to the guy in charge of my claim and no one will let me talk to him. Yesterday 07/02/2024 i asked to speak to a supervisor said i would like to speak to them that day and got hung up on. Whats the point of me paying for this warranty when you guys arent keeping up on your end???

      Its clear that warranty companies are scams and also dealerships. They look at me and encourage to purchase this warranty stating that issues that arise in this vehicle warranty company will fix anything. First stipulation is that my monthly cost to the vehicle will increase by 100 dollars. Im under the impression that this sounds like an ideal and safe investment. Was only provided a one page agreement on said warranty company. A year goes from purchasing the vehicle and my car is no longer running. The company gives me the run around for weeks just to deny my claim, but I understand the goal was to deny it anyways. Just like they deny the thousands of other people who are scammed into purchasing something like this . Its very unfortunate and I hope this review can help someone in the future when looking to buy a car. Dealers and warranty companies especially (Portfolio) do not have interest in helping customers. I will never understand how I can only have a vehicle for a year, under warranty, under the expired mileage, under the expiration help and I was offered absolutely no help. Not even meet in the middle help, not even we can cover this amount and you can cover the rest there was no help just a DENIAL after a month of waiting and given the run around. And when they cant help us what do we get out of return. Can I get a portion of the 3390 that I spent on the warranty back.

      I was told by the dealership that I couldn't purchase my 2024 without this insurance, this was after I inquired into why additional charges were listed on my contract. I'm seeking a full refund and getting the runaround. It's bad practice when consumers are misled and forced into a contract on products they didn't ask for.
