      I recently had the need to submit a claim for the replacement of 2 tires on our RV. The phone staff that I worked with at Portfolio was polite, courteous and knowledgeable on the status of my claim and what the next step that was needed to complete the process. With their assistance the claim was submitted, processed and paid within 1 business day. I feel that I made the right decision when I purchased the warranty from Portfolio.

      I would have only given you 2 stars. Except after being transferred around to 7 different people over three different days. I got a hold of a gentleman named *****, he works in cancelations. How or why? I got transferred to him. I do not know, but what I do know is that I got the same *** answer from everyone I talk to until I got to *****, who said the same thing and then said, but let's find out what's really going on. And within an hour, it was all taken care of. He contacted claims he contacted the underwriters. He contacted the company that sold me the warranty. He contacted the people that were doing the work on my truck and the other six people said it's under review. Thank you, *****, you are amazing and should get a raise.

      I had no idea how stressful it would be to lose a key, not just any key but an Audi key fob! I am very grateful that my dealer talked me into purchasing this protection policy. To make a bad experience more bearable, I had the nicest, polite and helpful agents ******************* to help guide me through the process. With their help, they made the experience not so bad assuring me that it could have been a lot worse (no insurance). With their help and a couple of visits to the friendly Audi dealer it was almost a pleasurable experience, and before I knew it, it was all over. Thanks to all that help, I am back to leading a normal life again. It is always nice to have good people on the other side of the screen understanding & helping out without a lot of drama. I will highly recommend this option to anyone that *** benefit from this service.****************

      Worst company ever!! My original loan was fulfilled on 12/15/2021, as I refinanced my auto loan with another lender. My odometer reading at the time was *****. This company never issued a refund of remaining service contract.I contacted my dealer when I paid off my refinanced loan on April 24 2024, odometer reading *****; to see if I was eligible for a refund. I was notified that I was supposed to have received a refund of service contract 12/15/2021I contacted Portfolio and submitted my supporting documents so I can be reimbursed the difference for which I am entitled toI was contacted by the administrator at Portfolio by the name of *********************, I was declined a refund of the difference. This company owes me money for the difference of mileage, ***** milesIts not hard figuring out what the value of the remaining contract at that time is minus what they send to the original lenderDo Not Buy Their Products!!

      in a world where customer service has Been replaced by automated response service and can never get to the bottom of the problem it is refreshing to deal with portfolio and the agent ********************* who assisted me and followed threw without any bs and got me a quick resolution to my problem by direct communication with me ... great customer service 5 star rating from me...
