      3 HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS.. RESTAURANT WAS A MESS , TABLES NOT CLEANED , TRASH CANS OVER FILLING , CONDIMENTS NOT REFILLED

      (Would give no stars if I could...)Placed a simple order for soft tacos (on Taco Tuesday!) via the app. Waited over (20) minutes to receive my order. After submitting a comment about the failed app service, received an email that I would receive a full refund in 7-10 business days. After (5) weeks and (5) follow-up calls, Del Taco can't seem to resolve this simple issue. What started with glitches with their app and this specific store has continued with consistent lack of customer service overall. Well done, **********************!

      This place doesnt accept legal monetary tender if general manager isnt there . Always forget food in order. Swearing from employees about employees in front of customers . Extremely rude and offensive

      This complaint is about their mobile app and ordering food through it. The final total not reflecting the displayed cost of items being purchased. It's a few dollars higher. This is pretty deceptive and there isn't any reason why the final total is higher.

      I have been to this location countless times and they are never open as the hours state on their doors. I was actually kicked out today by one of the employees who made me wait outside for a pick up order whole hour prior to the closing the dining room said on the door, she basically scolded me did not allow me to order food. Ask that I wait outside and then she would bring me. The food brought me the food and then lock the door behind her Was the most rudest and oddest encounter. Other times the dining room is just closed and they are supposed to be open until 10 PM. I have also read other countless reviews with similar experiences of rude employees at the same location and nothing is done. They are able to treat people as rude as they wish. This is Arizona and it is unbelievable that they can make a delivery person who has been outside in the heat all day. Wait outside when the dining room is supposed to be open and was open the doors were unlocked.

      The Del Taco employee Discriminated against me because. I have a Star of ***** on the back of my 2013 ****** pathfinder SUV. This employee intentionally overcharged me and got my order wrong.This was me ,and my wife and my kids Dinner and he ruined our Dinner. I returned back to the Del Taco. And The doors were closed at the Del Taco. So I went through the drive-through again for the second time. Because I didnt have a choice in the matter. I got up to the intercom for the second time. And was waiting and nobody was acknowledging me.This employee was rude to me on the intercom. This employee intentionally made me wait excessively before he would respond to me through the intercom. This employee was rude to me and told me to have patience rudely. I asked him did you just tell me to have patience and his response was yes I did in a angry rude manner. The Date that this happened was Tuesday 28 2024. Del Taco Tuesday. I asked for the employees name and he wouldnt give it to me. He said he didnt have to give me anything or tell me anything. I asked him again. What is his name was and he would not give me his name. He said I dont have to tell you my name.This employee knowingly overcharged me and didnt give me all my food. What I ordered the first time and didnt get.1 Chicken quesadilla, 2 Large fries 4 orders of soft tacos.2 orders of hard shell tacos.This employee was rude and disrespectful to me.This employee should be fired for the awful treatment of customers. Date 05/28/2024 Time 10:09 Order number is #** This employee should be fired. For the way he treated me. My name is *************************.I will be Filing a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this situation.And I will be talking to an attorney over this matter. My civil rights were violated. I was discriminated against.

      Would give a zero if I was allowed they are discriminating against people they have a GM ***************** that has a felony for involuntary manslaughter working there he has been charged with **** as well as guns drugs and did time for murder yet someone with a less background cant get hired. He was hired because he was sleeping with another GM ******************* and swept it under the rug for him but turned others away for less of a background. The media needs to take action on behalf of the others that were turned away

      Del Taco has chosen to not refund me for items I never received. They did however issue me a voucher to my email BUT did not share that info, so when I called back they advised me and when I went to *******, it expired. Its been over 6 months they keep telling me they are sending it up to corporate to get it re issued. When you call they dont help and prob just looking at the notes in my account that I keep calling in. Calling is not worth my time anymore. Even messaged them on ************ platform and they have now ignored me completely. And this prob wont do much either. They really dont care about their customers, they just sit back and collect $$$$ I wouldnt support them. The store managers or owners are actually great its just sad that the corporate people just sit back and laugh. Can I leave 0 stars????

      *********** Del Taco LIES and refuses refunds of order and has staff that tell LIES and has supervisors and manager that are Dishonest and refuse refunds and Owner name and telephone number. Ready to contact my attorney.
