    Date of transaction: 4/28/2022 Amount paid: $219.61 Order No. ********** ***** TRK No. ************ They informed that my order's shipped on the following week of the time the order placed, but never came. I had to ask the tracking number many times and even after they provided the tracking number, it showed "label created" status for a few days. the package actually took 10 days to ***** possession and came to deliver to me on 5/13/2022, but it was too late and I already purchase the same item from other shop, so I refused to receive the item. But it looks like the package got missing on the way back to the sender. I contacted ***** and they advised to have the shipper file a claim. I asked them to file a claim with ***** and refund me, but they are not cooperating. They said that they will refund me when they receive the refused item, so I told them again that the package is missing. After a few more requests, they said that their shipping **** filed a claim, but no reply since then. I'm attaching the emails with them to prove I've tried so hard to resolve this issue by myself. But they are not helping me at all as if they already collected my money, so they don't care where the package is. All I want is a refund.

    I do apologize as I understand this process has been frustrating. At this time, as you mentioned our shipping department has been working with Fed Ex as a claim has been opened.     It's been quite long time since I asked my choice software to file a claim to ****** Actually, I had to ask multiple times!

    I request them to provide the proof of the claim filed. They should have received an email confirmation from ****** I've tried to file a claim, so I know the process.

    They just keep telling me their shipping ****** working on the claim as if they are buying time, but I didn't receive the package, so I demand a full refund.

    I paid for a product that was never delivered. I spent over $100 and contacted the seller. No response. I requested a refund and no respond. Ive call the number listed on their website and no one answers. Please help. I just want a refund for a product that I never received.

    The product that was purchased was out of stock. Within minutes of the order being processed, our fulfillment team had reached out informing you of the status of the product and letting you know a refund was recommended if this is something you needed right away. As we did not hear back from you, the order remained. There are no missed calls from your phone number provided and no emails from your email provided. As of now, the order has been canceled and refunded. If you have any further questions, please ensure to reach out to the email address [email protected]
