    Order Number: ****** Order Date: October 7, 2022 Order Amount: $232.95 Returned order: October 28, 2022 Amount returned: $167.95 The last communication I have from the company is on Nov 25, 2022 saying my refund is processing. I still have not received the refund and have emailed them 2-3 times since then with no response. I tried calling the number I found on ****** and it says your call can't be completed. I have attached my original order, **** receipt of the return, and the email chain I started with the company. I am looking for my full refund of the returned items asap. Thank you!

    I am begging you to remove me from your emailing list. I have unsubscribed from the link in your emails several times at this point and I continue to get them (multiple times a day).I have no interest in buying from the company for many reasons, one being that they also sold me an out of stock item and then simply left it out of the package without saying anything. That issue has since been resolved but I can see from this thread that that experience was not uncommon. I have no interest in receiving marketing materials from a dishonest company.

    I placed an order 6/9/22, Order #******. I received a confirmation email at 12:32pm.BoutineLA had a 35% off promotion going on at the time. I forgot to input the coupon code.I emailed BoutineLA at 12:45pm, with *URGENT* headers, saying "Please either cancel my order or discount me the 35%"6/10/22 at 9:15pm, they said: "Thank you for shopping with BoutineLA.We will be happy to apply this promo towards your order. A refund back to the original form of payment used for the order."Since 6/10/22, I have been emailing with them constantly, trying to get my refund that they promised me.They kept saying it would go through, and it did NOT. I can show you ALL of my bank records to prove it.I told them I did NOT receive it, and their last communication to me was saying that "It shows that it went through on their end". I have been emailing them more and more since then, and they have ignored every single email I have sent since then.Side Note: I sent back merchandise using their return protocol, and had to fight for that refund as well. They DID refund me for the returned merchandise, but have NOT refunded me for the 35% discount that the explicitly said they would apply when I asked them ******************************************************** apply the discount. These are $80 swimsuits. Obviously I wanted the discount or did not want to order, as I expressed to their customer support.
