      Uphold is the worst. It seems at least once a week when transferring Solana from Uphold to another wallet, it seems to get stuck in pending. Solana transactions take about 2 minutes to complete. It stays in pending for 6 hours. This is unacceptable and they need to be held accountable.

      If I could rate this company with negative stars I would. It is very easy for someone to hack get your money transferred into this platform and withdraw it immediately. I am not interested in Crypto, I do not know enough about it to even consider using Uphold. I had no idea it even existed. Now granted I realized I was scammed into Uphold which I take responsibility for, once I realized someone was taking my money I froze my account contacted my bank to report fraud. My bank did not do anything to help get my money back. I reached out to Uphold and provided them with the information I had. They told me I had no basis to make a claim and would not refund or send my $1,000 back into my checking account. The only reason that I was even in Uphold was because someone hacked my ******** account and I tried to use a support number that was listed to call.

      I am writing to express my frustration regarding an issue with my account. I deposited funds on December 20th, and despite being informed that I would be able to withdraw these funds by today, I am still unable to do so. To make matters worse, an additional 24 hours has now been added to the timeline, without any clear explanation.This delay is unacceptable. It has been over six days, and I am deeply concerned about the lack of transparency and the handling of my funds. I have screenshots documenting that my withdrawal was originally promised for today, and I intend to report this issue to the *************************This situation feels deceptive, and if it is not resolved immediately, I will explore legal action to protect my rights. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.

      Horrible company, they will steal your money with no consequences on their end. I am going on every site and warning people to not deal with them. Anyone but uphold.

      UPHOLD HQ *** will TAKE ALL YOUR your money and crypto whenever they want to , my story started 2 weeks ago when i got an email stating that my account under review , few days later they send another email that they are no longer can offer me an account also mention that my money will be safe . Then they just ghosted me after i replayed to all there emails and provided all the info they need including ID verification . im still waiting anyone from UPHOLD *** to contact me about my money . my account at the time of the first under review email balance was over $112,000 ( ****** cash and over 33k XRP , and much more of other crypto hbar , xlm , bitcoin , eitherium and cardano . im stuck here and dont know what to do , if someone can help please contact me through my email eyad917 at. homtmail i need to know how to get my money out of this Uphold account.

      Worst ever they stole 11k xrp from my account and ghosted me. They wont do anything about it. I never authorized any transaction no approval email or anything. The crazy part is I see where the xrp went and its on another wallet on their platform I'm going to sue them. If this has happened to anyone else we should combine all the losses and get our money back and then some for all the harm they caused at current prices thats around $30k. They will never be forgiven.

      Absolutely terrible company. I have been trying to close my account since October. They have zero customer service that will respond back to you . Other then to give you the run around . I believe they want to stall you as much as possible. Or just plainly blow you off . They have not even come close to helping me .
